I just want to know where to find my shared libraries on the stupid new iTunes. The layout was fine before, but when they changed it, I can't seem to find them. The articles on Apple are a million years old, before the latest iTunes update, so they are no help. Thanks.

It's only 7 months old and it is still correct.

  • Where can I find the "Shared Variable Properties" VI to be used in my program for configuring SV remotely?

I was using the "configure Alarms" and "configure Logging" VIs to design two user interfaces to make use of these VIs when I came across a problem.  In both VIs you can enable logging of alarms.  So which one is valid?  Which one has priority?  Then I looked at the "Shared Variable Properties" built into the project explorer.  Now I realize that I am spending all of this time redesigning this properties dialog (which also has two options of enabling logging of alarms (on the Alarms tab to the far right side as well as on the Logging tab).  So now my question is, how do I access this "Shared Variable Properties" dialog through my program (Note: this would be on a different machine than where the shared variables are set up.  The point is to configure shared variables remotely).
    Thanks
    Matt

Here is a VI I re-created and posted for all.  I'm not sure why NI doesn't provide their VI to the developer.  The only thing I can't figure out is that when reading in the "Ack Type" into a variable, it generates an error.  It will work if you go into "project explorer" and right click on the library with the shared variable and "deploy" but eventually stops working.  I have tried using the "undeploy library" and "deploy library" to see if this would be a work around but had no success.
Just pipe the path of the shared variable into the vi.

  • I can't find the sharing quotes button in iBooks 3.

I googled and see the screencap of that sharing button in highlight section. But that's different in my iPhone and my iPad. After highlight a word/sentence, the option remain the same as in iBooks 2.
Is there a setting or anything I have to change to make the sharing button appear?

It appears that sharing is only available for certain books (probably non-DRM ones) I'm afraid. I've tested it with a DRM free book and it works fine.

  • Where can I find the right LIB_DBSL.SAR??

    hi all,
I want to connect to the other DBMS.The detail is: my BI application server DBMS is oracle, it  runs on linux,64 bit,and the target DBMS is MSS 2000.
The question is where can I  find the right LIB_DBSL.SAR,could you give me a link address?
        Thx..

    Hi,
You need to log in to  service marketplacewith S userID& password. After logging into SMP, we need to find the relevant Database to find the Shared libraries that is LIB_DBSL.SAR file & then need to unarchive in order to load the DB dependent shared libraries.

  • HT4557 Hi, we have just purchased Apple TV and having some problems connecting to the iPad. It is asking us to 'connect to Home Sharing in iTunes' however I can't find the link/ button to press. iPad has been updated. Any help please

    Hi,
We have just purchased Apple TV and can't connect to Home Sharing. We have wifi, the iPad is updated. I can't find the link on ITunes on the iPad that the tv is telling me to click. I've also tried turning it on via settings then music which seems to be connected. I can view YouTube clicks on the tv, but not an app so I can watch the footy. What am I doing wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
    Thanks

Make sure your Apple TV is on the same network as your iPad. The SSID and password of router must be set in your Apple TV.

Be sure Safari does not have the Block Pop-Up Windows preference set.
Where I work now there are several unencrypted VLANs that require authentication, and Safari promptly pops up a window for me to register every time.

  • Since downloading iTune10.4.1 I can't import from shared libraries. The import button is gone.

The show menu and import buttons are no longer at the bottom of the iTunes window when i am accessing a shared library since the last iTunes upgrade. Has any one else had this problem and, more importabtly, how do you fix it?

I have the same exact problem! I can go into between the shared libraries and see them, however there is no "Show" dropdown menu on the bottom or Import button on the bottom!! Why is this???
    Thanks

  • Where can I find the 11g XE client conectivity libraries for download?

    Hi to all,
I'm new to Oracle and I have already installed the Oracle Database Express Edition 11g server and now I want to test connections from client PCs but I can't find de client libraries installer for this edition. In the online documentation I found a link for downloading de client libraries but it is broken.
In the download page there are no client libraries for downloading. Should I install all the database on client PCs?
    Any help will be appreciated,
    Regards,
    HDuqueC.

Should I install all the database on client PCs?
Not necessarily. On clients PCs you can install any compatible Client version.
But... why do you need a client software on Clients ? A browser should be sufficient...

I'm trying to share a folder between users on a single mac.  I want both users to be able to read and write so the folder stays current on both accounts.  I put the folder in "shared," set permissions on folder so other user can read and write, enabled file sharing, but can't find the folder on the second user's account.  Any help?

Did you log out of one account and into the other or just used Fast user switching?
Is the permissions set to anyone?
When you move data to teh Shared folder is it copied or just moved?
If copied then it's not a folder both can access, just a way station like a USB thumb drive that things are coped too and off of likely.
You can run this #5 on each user account to reset the user permissions once they are taken back out of the Shared folder

  • How do I import music using homeshare with iTunes 11...I can see the shared libraries but I can't drag and drop and there is no import button.  Thanks!

How do I import music using homeshare with iTunes 11...I can see the shared libraries but I can't drag and drop and there is no import button.  Thanks!

Yes, that appears how Mavericks works right now. However, you can open the Address Panel, select all your contacts, then click the To (or CC, or Bcc) buttons to move the selection to the address field.
If it is not already in the Toolbar, right-click on the Toolbar and select Customize Toolbar…
Then, drag the address panel up to wherever you want it.
You may also want to add it to the New Message window in the same way.

  • Wine can't find the 32bit opengl libraries

So WINE can't find the 32bit openGL libraries. Playonlinux complains about it, and touhou(a game (or actually, a series of games)) crashes horribly (or rather, spouts out an error) (and changes my resolution(lolwut)) when I try to launch it.
    Seems like a no-brainer, doesn't it? Just install lib32-nvidia-utils.
What's the catch? I already have them installed. Had them installed since I installed my system (like a week ago).
    Playonlinux says

I'd post the error touhou gave me too if it weren't for the fact that it changes my resolution to the point where it is unuseable, so this should suffice.
I gotta sleep now, sorry, I'll reply tomorrow
    EDIT: Things I already tried
    - Reinstalling lib32-nvidia-utils
    - Removing my .wine folder

    Welp, fixed it.
Still doesn't fix the weird resolution thing but I think that has to do with a certain DLL

  • Profiling the shared libraries w/ native compilation

Sorry for cross posting, I was told this forum is more appropriate:
    Status quo
Using Oracle 10 native compilation works very well. However I would like to gain additional speed using profile-based optimization:
In general it is a three-step process:
    1. Instrumentation: Compile the program to prepare it for profile
    collection.
    cc Oprofile=collect O2 -c sample.c
    cc -o sample.exe Oprofile=collect O2 sample.o
    2. Data collection: Run the program with representative input(s) to
    collect statistics.
    sample.exe < input.file1
    sample.exe < input.file2
    3. Optimization: Recompile to optimize based on profile data.
    cc Oprofile=use O2 -c sample.c
    cc -o sample.exe Oprofile=use O2 sample.o
As I have only shared libraries but no executables I have to define SHLIB_FLOW_DATA:
To profile shared libraries, you must set the environment variable SHLIB_FLOW_DATA to the file that receives profile data. Unlike FLOW_DATA, SHLIB_FLOW_DATA has no default output file. If SHLIB_FLOW_DATA is not set, profile data is not collected. This allows you to activate or suspend the profiling of instrumented shared libraries.
Note that you could set SHLIB_FLOW_DATA to flow.data which is the same file as the default setting for FLOW_DATA. But, again, profile data will not be collected from shared libraries unless you explicitly set SHLIB_FLOW_DATA to some output file.
Question How and where can I set this variable for native compilation?
The problem is: whatever I tried in step 3. +Oprofile=use it always complains it can not find the profile statistics and does not compile.
Any help is appreciated very much!
    Best regards!
