Can't get ACD working not sure what's wrong
First off can users with SNR or shared extensions work with ACD? I'm following the guide but can't get anything to work.
I made a basic ACD called 515 as the pilot number with all basic settings and put 2 of my extensions as members. I then put on my autoattendant that pressing 1 goes to the ACD.
If I call the auto attendant and press 1, it says connected, then just hangs up.
I also don't know how to tell if I'm logged in to the ACD or how to log out. It says in the help that you use the HLog key to log in and out, and I do have that key on my 7970 and 7960 but its grayed out on the 7970 and on both phones just says That key is not active here. So not sure what's wrong, it seems like it's just not working in general based on it just hanging up when the AA transfers a call to it. If I try to dial the pilot number I get a busy signal but I think it has to come from the AA from what the guide said.
Not sure what's going on or how to troubleshoot this, any suggestions?
Okay good to know because the help pages on setting up hunt groups say the extensions can't be shared ones so thought maybe that's why. It seems to be something though because I made a new normal extension, removed the shared ones from the ACD members list and added just the normal one. Now when I press HLog on the phone it logs in and out it says.
However calling the ACD does the same thing, just hangs up.
Is Shared extension not what I'm supposed to use if I want to have say extension 300 show on a physical phone and IP communicator? Since normal only lets you add it to one device, I assume share is the right option? Just seems like it causes issues with ACD.
Not sure how to run that command you said above, I'm just following the built in help which seems straightforward just not sure why it won't work.

I am not sure what is wrong but I think my laptop has viruses and I can not even update my virus software.
When I go to google and type in anything, say I type in virus protection it takes me to the search results but when I click on any of the sites I get redirected to other search pages. I can not get to any page even if I type it directly in the address bar.

DeniseThe problem is that, a lot of things work themselves deep into the Registry. Clearly you have some kind of click hijacker on your system if all your links are going places you don't want.
OK, so you can try a couple of things.
First, figure out if there is a way to update your anti-virus without doing it from within the program. It may be possible to download the update files on your other computer and burn them to CD. I would not recommend any method other than a CD-Rom. If you use a USB flash stick you may transfer the infection back to your other computer. If that's not possible...
Secondly, you can download a program called Hijack This on your other computer. http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis It will tell you what is running on startup, what kind of browser helper objects (BHO's) you have in your browser, etc. If you can get this installed and run, post the log here, that will be useful to getting it fixed.

Installed OS 6. Started using Evernote. All of a sudden last two days battery is listed as 69% after 5 hours. In the past it has lasted 2 or 3 days. Not sure what has happend. Could it be the new OS? Maybe a setting in iPad or in Evernote?

So the problem is, I cannot click on anything in the Recovery Disk and Log in screens (to enter your password), but I can move the cursor. My trackpad works fine everywhere else except for these screens. If I connect a USB mouse, I am able to click on things in these screens.
NOTE: I am not just tapping, I am really clicking on the trackpad.
I recall some time ago when this wasn't happening, not sure if that was when I was on Leopard. I sort of suspect 10.8.x, but I'm not too sure.

Not sure what's wrong with my laptop.
My laptop looks like this (picture below) when I turn it on. I took it in to fix it because I was getting the blue screen but when i got it back they gave it to me like this and they told me it was a graphics card problem but I am totally confused. By looking at the picture, do you think that the screen is broken or could it be a video/graphics card problem? Any other possiblities? Thank you for your help!!

I will be happy to help you with trying to resolve the graphics problem with your HP Pavilion dv7-4069wm Entertainment Notebook. Have you been able to connect an external monitor to see if that shows the same issue? This is a way that we can make sure it's not the hardware of the notebook screen itself.

Quicktime issue/file issue/not sure what is wrong! Help Please!

Hopefully you can answer my question. My friend was making a slideshow on idvd, but is unable to burn a disk, and has a mini-dvi out on her computer which she does not have an adaptor for. We have a presentation tomorrow so I was trying to put the file on my computer to either burn to a disk. We have tried transferring the file via shared folders, but when we go to open it in imovie it says that it is a "write protected file". We have read and write enable for both shared folders. When we tried transferring it with a flash drive that didn't work either and we got the same error. Quicktime also fails to open it. Right now I'm on my last guess with making a disk image through idvd and attempting to open that on my computer!
Do you have any suggestions or ideas? I'm running out of ideas and really need this to work by tomorrow night! Any ideas/help/suggestions would be so greatly appreciated!

Not sure what's wrong with my computer
I have a HP pavilion a200n. It was working great on 12/20/08. I went away for a few days and when I came home and turned it on it would not load windows, all it would go to a page that showed these confirgurations and at the bottom "F1 for settings". If I try pressing "F1 or shift F1" I just get a beeping sound. Any answer or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hockeycunuckjc has a good idea, just want to remind people to always perform a backup (or get help) before doing a system restore. However, because you stated you cannot get into safe mode, you may need to just shut down the machine, unplug the keyboard and carefully reconnect it; also consider trying another keyboard. If these tests do not work, please reply with the beep pattern (for example, one long and one short beep - pause - repeats).

I am thinking it's a flash related problem, but I don't think it is. But anyway.
AIM/MSN/Yahoo - whenever I type and send something to someone, it IMMEDIATLY signs me off. Likewise when someone tries to IM me. The second they hit enter they see me sign off. I can sign on fine, but the minute someone IMs me or I IM them, I get immediatly kicked off. On Yahoo it signs me in and out CONSTANTLY, probably 3 times per 10 seconds, and it's annoying my friends.
Youtube - videos will load maybe 1/4 of the way, then stop. I have to click above the place it stopped in order for it to go again, but then stops once again at a certain point.
Flash based chats - The minute I press enter to type something in I am immediatly kicked off. People say they can IM me back on it, but I cannot see anything on my end.
Ugh this problem is annoying and now becoming a huge pain. actually need to get on AIM and talk with someone really important and I don't have their number. Please help if you can.

I updated my iphone 5 to ios 6.0.2. my wifi says its connected but doesn't work now. It doesn't matter what wifi network I connect to. It worked before updating my phone. I can no longer use facetime or use wifi at all. I'm not sure what to do to fix it.
I'm having similar issues with my phone. I got my first iPhone recently, only had an iPod touch gen4 for a little over a year. Updated to 6.0.2 when we got the phone (iPhone 5) a few days before Christmas. When I got home on the evening of January 11, my phone would not connect the router anymore. I was able to get it to connect after resetting the phone and the router, updating the router, and manually connecting. That laste for a few minutes and then wouldn't work anymore. I live in an area with very limited service, we have a network extender installed to help, and I am barely getting a 3G signal at times.
My wife's iPad 4, my touchiPod 4, and all of our laptops are working just fine on the router. When I dropped my kid off at school today, I noticed that I am not even seeing the school network anymore from the parking lot where before I got 3 or 4 bars and could connect to their wifi when I was there. Today my phone goes back and forth between seeing my home network but not connecting, to not even seeing the network at all even from the same room that the router is in.
Hope Apple fixes this problem soon.............. -
Hi, just bought my daughter an Iphone 4s and I can't get it to let her on youtube, Facebook etc., keeps saying no internet connection. My husband and I have 3G smartphones and we can get on them on ours, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Also, my other daughter has the same phone and has no trouble getting on these sites either. My hard drive crashed on my Imac 24" 2009, I installed a new hard drive 2TB and a SSD drive 240 GB and removed the optical drive.
