Can't get adobe export pdf to download

I paid my yearly renewal today for Adobe ExportPDF and haven't received a download button. I followed help instructions reference using a different browser (using IE normally) and when that didn't work I followed directions to deselect enable protection mode in tools, restarted IE, went into my account and it shows the renewal was paid but no product to download.

In checking your account I do see the renewal. Sometimes it takes a bit of time depending on how long it takes to for the credit card charges to go through (all CC companies are different).
Please try again in an hour or two? If you do need to utilize the service before that time, I would be happy to assist you.

Can't use Adobe Export PDF

Thanks McBob, but I subscribed to 'Adobe Export PDF' (which is described on my receipt as Adobe SendNow Plus, Annual) and is $19.99/year. 'Adobe Create PDF' is $89.99/year.
I want to convert PDF files to Word or Excel, but when I try I am asked to subscribe???

Downloading Adobe Export PDF Again without being Charged Again!

I would like to know if I can download Adobe PDF once again onto my computer without being charged the annual fee of $ 19.95 annually since I am already a Adobe ExportPDF user from when my computer did not crash to where I had to go back to the very beginning after the crash. I lost all of my files including my Adobe Export PDF. Can I redownload Adobe Export PDf without my checking account losing the $ 19.95 annually since I have already paid for it before my computer crashed and I had to go back to the beginning to where none of my old files were saved. Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

Does anybody know if Adobe Export PDF can do something that Adobe PDF Pack can't?

I only need to scan and download documents into a pdf format, convert pdf docs to
Word or Excel for editing and visa versa. I have both Adobe Export PDF and Adobe PDF Pack. Don't remember why I bought both of them. It looks like PDF Pack does everything that Export PDF does, plus a bunch of other things. They are both up for renewal in November. I think I can drop Adobe Export PDF and just keep Adobe PDF Pack. Does anybody know if there's any reason I should keep Adobe Export PDF?

When you no longer need the Adobe software on a computer or you wish to move it to another one, you should deactivate the software.
See this link: how to deactivate software. Installation rules will let you install the software on two computers of the same platform (both windows or both mac) but you are limited to running it on only one at a time. There is nothing to download for ExportPDF. Simply go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf, and sign in with your Adobe ID. Once there, you can use ExportPDF.

Download AA 9 Pro from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. Make a new backup for your archive. You might also take the DVD to your library to see if it is a drive problem. You might also carefully clean the DVD with water and soap (do not use anything that would scratch the surface or you have destroyed it for sure) and see if that solves the problem. This is particularly an issue if you have finger prints or other crud on the DVD. However, it could also be a bad drive as I mentioned. Hopefully the download solves your problem in any case (I would backup the download to CD and/or backup HD).

It is not clear why you are facing this issue now.
You can try it with another pdf file,It might be possible that there is some issue with your pdf file.
