Can't get any help

On 4/29 I got an email stating that my security questions had changed.  Of course I had not changed them so I went in to change my password.  Low and behold I could not change my password!  I chose the option to have a passwored email reset sent to my email.  I tried this a few times over the next few days, but I never got an email, not even in my spam folder. 
Since then I have gone back and forth with the support people over email, and I have NOT gotten anywhere.  I tried calling, but was told they can't help me over the phone because my warranty had expired or something.  Meanwhile, I cannot use regular functions on my iphone, ipad, or ipod touch.  I can't update anything, I can't fix bugs, all I can do is use apps that don't require a sign on.

Luckily I got a new iphone, so support would help me over the phone (finally) but what if I had choosen another phone?  I would be still stuck in this mess.
I've had apple products my whole life, and I've never had a problem until now.  Its been a month I've been locked out of my account.  I am seriously frustrated, I am 100% sure I will not buy another iphone.  I am really sad about the support, I'm not going to throw insults, but honestly people... read the whole email.

I am going to comment.  You may or may not find this helpful but I am approaching it from "Two Heads are better than One"  with a bit of "A message is only as good as the receiver understands it"

At this point the issue is NOT that the Security Questions appeared to have Changed it is the fact you can't access your Account as the Password seems to have been changed as well.
The first is only what led you to discover there was an issue with your Account.
Something along the lines of:-
"I can't access my account as the Password has been Changed - which I discovered when I could not recover it after first discovering my Security Questions had been changed.  I am afraid my Account has been hacked"
At this point you could have related the history of how you had discovered the issue and related what you had tried to do to recover the situation.
As I pointed out at the start I have the advantage of being able to stand back a bit and look at what the real details are.
These are not always that clear to anyone who finds themselves in this situation even before they start trying to contact people who might be able to help.
I also know from reading many posts here and trying to answer them that sometimes it does pay to sit back and try and read the message on several levels to make sure you have got the important bit.
It is also very easy to skim read and think you have the issue based on the first few words  (particularly if you work in one or two forums areas like I do when the "Same" questions get asked again and again in different words.
I am not trying to defend the Support people.
I might start answering a Question here and re-read it as I go and re-write the answer I was going to give as I realise the question is different than I originally thought. - I think all the good posters here take that extra time and make sure they have understood.
On the other hand I do only spend about 3 hours or so here each evening and like to make sure I have read and answered everything in the Message Beta and iChat areas.
I want to cut down on the waiting time people have - which in turn can lead me to rush things.
What I am trying to say that sometimes to urge to answer something quickly so someone has an answer leads to the job being rushed.
To use a bit of similar idea.
I get posts in the iChat area where the poster tells me their iChat will not work.
Sometimes the issue is that where they want to iChat from they also don't have Internet connections that work properly.
I can't help them with their iChat until I have sorted out why they are not on the internet.
The way you have phrased what happened to you makes it seem like you were pointing to the "wrong" thing.
Realistically there is no real "Right" or "Wrong" to this.
Your Message to the Support could have been "better".  Support must be used to this and should do better at reading the whole message and understanding the meaning rather than being too concrete about the words themselves.
The only other way I know out of this is to create a second Apple ID and post here in Using Apple Support Communities as the people here will bump it to to the Hosts.

    Where Can I Get Any Help?e I originally posted a couple of weeks ago about my Zen V Plus issues. All was fine until I updated my firmware and software. The installation of the software has failed repeatedly, giving me the error messages "I-00", "error code 2472332-CTX--common DoInstall failure", and "system32\regsvr32.exe not found."? Yeah, it's a lot to take in, but I'm just wondering where I can get help if I can't get it here. I'll mention again that I'm running XP Media Edition (2002), and rolled back my Media Player to version 0. My system wouldn't let me install service pack 2 because I have service pack 3 installed. I can't even get rid of all of the Creative software; it doesn't show up in add/remove programs, so countless efforts to uninstall and reinstall have failed. So where do I go now? Creative support let me know my player was too old (going on 3 years) for them to help me. I just want my Media Explorer back, and if possible, the video converter. I'm very frustrated I've lost full functionality after "upgrading."? Help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

    You need to ask the previous owner to remove the activation lock. If you can't(and they don't do it on their own), the device is useless to you.

    Thanks very much for the advice. I trawled through the other answers on the site and it appears others had the same issue. I doubled the available space and the install went like clockwork... which is what one would norma;ly expect from Apple :-)
    Maybe Apple should have a ' definitely read me first' notice before a download takes place with CLEAR instructions to have more than the 6GB they indicate ofr the Mountain Lion download

    Please try the following steps:
    Open the file in Adobe Reader
    Click on File menu - Print
    In the Print Dialog box, select the Printer and then select Advanced button
    In the Advanced print setup, Please check 'Print as Image' (See the Screen shot)
    Click Ok and then Click Print.
    Let me know if this solves the problem.

    basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore.
    If that fails, then make an appointment at the genius bar.

  • Can't get any help from itunes

    I had trouble with rss, which has now been fixed. rss file has new name. I can't get in touch with itunes to change it. I tried a redirect in the old link, but the old link wasn't working properly to begin with.
    I was told to try and resubmit it.
    It won't let you do that. I have written to them to tell them to take it off and can't get it done.

    Without more specific info, I don't know what to tell except to look here (scroll down to "Removing or Blocking Your Feed") and make sure that you have followed all of the recommended steps for getting your podcast removed. iTunes will often ignore requests like yours unless you have explained to them that the rss file at that location no longer exists and so you aren't able to insert a <itunes:block> tag, and have strongly assured them that the podcast is yours.
    That said, once you have the podcast in the Store removed, you may still have your new one rejected because it has the same/similar title of the removed one (that is why you are having trouble now submitting the new URL). You would be better off just trying to use the old URL and putting a new file at that location.
    Could you post the URLs of your store page, old rss feed, and new rss feed so we can take a look at them? How come the old rss link can no longer be used (why can't you just rename the new file and replace the old one with it?)

Evil Rebel from the United Kingdom as He asked a Religious Question ? On what island did St.John write Revelations. I answered Pathos . He said I was wrong it was Patmos. I was brought up believing it was Pathos. He cursed me for not believing His answer. Now My New Webcam I can not use for he has his demonic forces typing in horrible things that happened in world history and I get booted out of rooms. I need to get the Answer for removing him from my computer. He even has gone so far as to disable my administration commands in my entire computer. It is a Windows Vista 32 or 64 bit version,which I had no knowledge about in July 2008. My Aunt Pam did but she moved out July 2009 and ever since than I encounter strange events,nut in the past I could get help since I had a Comcast account . Well I am wireless now and have no support whatsoever. Please Someone Help Me Regain control of my Computer.

    First off, do you have any virus protection (Norton, McAfee) on your
    computer? If so, make sure you are running periodic scans to protect
    yourself. If you have not purchased one, consider downloading AVG.

    Secondly, if the person in the chatroom you had a disagreement with is
    a moderator of the room, he has the ability to remove you from the
    chat. I think it is a tad presumptuous to assume evil forces are at
    play. The site might have also disabled your webcam. Have you tried
    using it on other sites?
    Third concerning your administrative commands from your system, you
    need to be more specific. If you are not running an anti-virus
    program, viruses will remove/hide aspects of your computer. Viruses
    can be described as evil, but I’m not sure they are direct acts of
    Satan. Your loss of access might have also happened when your Aunt
    moved out. If she deleted her account, it might have somehow
    consequently removed your access from certain programs.
    Finally, you need to figure out who is providing your internet access.
    Comcast is an “internet service provider.” ‘Wireless’ is, well, not.
    If you are using a neighbor’s internet, you might have obtained a
    virus from here quite easily. This is also illegal if you do not have
    permission from the neighbor.

    My sim card reader in my iphone 4S is damaged and does not read my SIM card. Unfortunately, my phone carrier will not help me. I went to the Mac Store, they told me it had to be fixed but can't do it through them. I tried Apple website and no luck. I even called both the Support and the main Apple corporate head office in Cupertino which is closed even if its past 8 Am pacific time.  The issue is that I am customer in Panama City, Republic of Panama. There is no support or any post purchase service from Apple here. I am willing to ship my phone to where ever Apple wants to get it fixed. If I only could ask someone from Apple...

    Assuming you purchased the iPhone in the USA then you can only obtain serice and support IN the USA
    You can not mail or courier the iPhone to Apple they do not accept international service requests
    Either take the iPhone to an Apple store in US or mail it to a friend or relative in US for them to handle the repair and then return the iphone to you
    If you purchased from another country then exactly the same procedure must happen but to that country Apple Store
    Tha iphone warranty and post warranty service is not international

  • I am trying to open Firefox. I have changed from Beta to 3.6, neither came up on my Icon. got to registration which last night was told that it was authenticated now can't get any help. Please no more lists I need person to help me. Can't get Chats

    Firefox will not open. If I click the icon I get a less than oe second flash of Firefox on the bar and then its quickly changes to Finder.
    I have tried many different User names/Passwords that I no longer know which one is used. Please I have spent hours just trying to get connected to Firefox and cannot do it. I need to open Firefox for some documents for my job or I will lose the job. I wrote

    Nobody can help you without proper system and version information or other technical details. if the update is botched, then run the cleaner tool and reinstall from scratch.

    Hi Debbio , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.?

  • Creative cloud app has gone and i can't open programme. have client waiting for tiny amend to ai file and can't get any help! please help! this has taken me over an hour trying to get anything to work again...

    Oh the infinity symbol has disappeared (It was there at first but then when I tried to log in it froze up and I had to quit) Opening the programme Ai just brought up a bouncing ai icon which quickly turned to adobe updater - which did not respond. so i have read on the boards you need to delete update which i have done but now it just says i need it…. i can't log in… am very worried as i have to urgently sort something by half five and have no help from previous messages and am currently still on hold (have being transferred from you instantly asked sales line) waiting for help… please help!

  • Yoga 2 Pro Is Broken - can't get any help from Lenov support.

    I had at least 10 different Thinkpads in the past and loved the support Id get whenever I needed something. Now I got the Yoga2Pro and I ran into a problem after installing fresh Win8.1 Enterprise: I need the Lenovo Yoga Software Suite (Transitions, Motion Control, etc.) for the computer to work properly, and it can't be found anywhere so I called.
    I talked to two different people - both expertise didn't exceed the information available on the marketing materials on Lenovo.com, they both told me the software I am asking doesn't exist ... had I stayed on the line longer, I would probably be questioned whether the laptop I have in front of me actually exists too.
    I understand it's a brand new system and apparently Idea systems are no Thinkpads ... but who do I turn too regarding support, I don't think I am asking for much

    All that stuff should be in the recovery partition (D:?) in one form or another since it can get restored (presumably) by the "one touch recovery" feature. If you didn't repartition the disk when re-installing there's a chance it's still there.
    But I don't have a Y2P to look at. I don't know if the software would be there in a form that would let you transfer it to another OS or system (i.e. whether you could get it from a friend who also had a Y2P) or whether it's just there in an "imaged" format and so perhaps not easy to extract on its own.

    Is anyone else having this problem?  I uninstall photoshop and re-install it because in some forums it seems that worked for some people. But they were also using PC not Mac's.

    Well done, Gerry Brown. This solution actually helped me to troubleshoot for someone I was helping with a similar Script Editor issue. I actually thought of saving to another directory other than Applications like Desktop, but I'm troubleshooting over a Forum and the other person is offline. So I have no way of testing anything and it would've been like a forum-based version of phone tag. That is, if I could even figure out where to start in a one-way troubleshooting session.You certainly made my life easier with your conclusive answer so thanks haha. Kind of lame Nichy-boy didn't give you a like, but he meant well. I'll get you with a like.

    Well, I have an iPhone 4. This is the worst phone I have ever had. It never acts right. My apps always force close when I'm doing important things.  I sent Apple my phone a couple months ao and it came back with the same issue. This phone urks my nerves, I seriously dont want it anymore.  I have done many hard resets and all. Nothing helps. My Wifi Never works, I have wifi everywhere. But I recieved a text from AT&T saying I used 90% of my 3G. I never went over my limit any times before.

    Restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
