Can't get any music to load on my nano

Could someone pleeeeeease help me out here - I'm going NUTS!!!
I am trying to put music on my ipod nano using itunes, it is music that I uploaded from CD's or that was already on my computer and is now stored in my itunes library.
I have checked the "manually manage songs & playlists" under preferences and so when I try and drag down my library to my ipod, it tells me that I don't have enough room on my ipod, even though there's only 1.15 GB in my library and my nano should hold 2 GB, then it says it will copy as many as possible, but it still no songs appear on my ipod.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the software, but no luck. still can't get a single song on my ipod. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

One or more of the following occurs:
iPod does not show up in iTunes or as disk in Windows Explorer
iPod does not show up as disk in Windows Explorer (even though disk mode is enabled on the iPod)
iTunes and Windows Explorer report the wrong amount of available space on iPod
No songs appear on the iPod after an apparently successful update from iTunes
Music copied to mapped network drive instead of iPod

it recognizes the iPOD but I can't get any of the new songs to import to the iPOD
are you getting an error message, Odessa? if so, what does it say? include error message numbers if you're getting any.
if you're not getting an error message, describe what happens when you try to transfer songs to the ipod as best you can.

TRied on several computers for some hours and evenings

Three things come to mind:
1. I think you're implying when you travel away from your home to a more populated area, the cellular coverage improves and your iPhone works well. Is that right?
2. Do you have a case or some other obstruction over or near your iPhone's antenna? Have you tried moving or removing any possible obstructions near the antenna?
3. AT&T has a (free) app in the App Store called "Mark the Spot". You can use this app to report voice and/or data issues to AT&T, as well as keep up on progress they may be making in improving coverage in your area. Your trouble reports are geotagged (if you wish).

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I've spent SEVERAL HOURS on this problem already. Ugh.
Two things that would be extremely helpful for me:
Does anyone know the actual FILENAME that contains the "button templates" or "loadable button styles" that would make these appear in Encore? Perhaps they did install somewhere on my computer, but I just haven't found them yet. If I knew the name of a file (or files) I could do a search and determine if I already have what I need. If there's a file for each button style and thus 50 different filenames, can you give me one or two and then perhaps the FOLDER name I could search on?
Can someone tell me how to load an image into a post so I can show you what I'm seeing (or not seeing?) A picture's worth a thousand words. Right now, when I click on the "camera" icon above where I'm writing this post, I get a grey box that says "Insert Images" but there are no links, nothing to click on or anything. Simply a red x up in the right hand upper corner. I'd embed a picture of that in this post, but I don't know how to embed the picture that shows my difficulty in embeding a picture. :-)

I'm just going to repeat the relevant sections from my previous post with the screenshots this time:
Below you'll see a snip of how my current folder structure appears. It's identical to yours, except there are no button files in the General Folder. Since you were kind enough to include a file name, I did a search on that specific one and it's nowhere to be found on my hard drive. Hmmm....
I've seen others remark on how... "challenging".... Adobe's instructions can be sometime. I'll admit to having the same feeling when I was trying to download and install all the content files and the 7-zip stuff. Is the answer somehow that I screwed up that? Note the 7-zip folder right above the Adobe folder. Here's a screen shot of that expanded folder contents:
Does that look like you think it should? Have I not installed or extracted something correctly?
Finally, the only other thing I can think of to give you as much info as you might need is to include a screenshot of where the "Functional Content" stuff got saved. Adobe's instructions about this (if I recall correctly) were that it did NOT have to be installed anywhere specific, but you then had to go into Encore (& Premiere) and through preferences point to this stuff, which I believe I did. But I don't see any button type files in these anyway.

Can't get any music onto shuffle from my iBook!

I have had an ipod mini for a year and a half, and no probs transferring and updating from my iTunes on my iBook(although will not update unless I restart the computer...maybe this is standard, not sure).
I have recently bought a Shuffle, and I intalled the accompanying CD-ROM, then plugged the shuffle in and although it is appearing on the desktop, it is not being recoginised by iTunes. The info booklet that came with the shuffle said it would automatically open up iTunes and let me upload some music, but I can't seem to find anyway to get music onto the shuffle at all. Have tried all the tricks in the trouble shooting section of the info book, but no success on my iBook.
A friend tried it on their PC at home and got music on no problem...it seems ridiculous that I can't get music onto it from an Apple computer.

I get this error "the song I selected" was not copied to the iPOD because you are not authorized to play it on this computer. I don't know what I did wrong All I did was install it. Can some one help me. My pictures came over fine but no music. What's up?

after syncing itunes said ok to disconnect, the music appeared on my ipod in recently added,
when i came backe to it five mins later there was no music
Is this my stupidity, the ipod or itunes?

I already do it manually.
I open up itunes, and try to put a certain song/album on my ipod. I try to drag it to the ipod thing where you drag it to. It won't let me, I use my laptop or my Mom's desktop so... I tried both and neither seem to work
Also, it doesn't seem to be downloading from itunes on the Ipod. I really need some new music tonight, I'm going on a three day vacation tomarrow

OK. Possibly onto something here. On the left hand side of the Business Rule tab there are all the calc scripts. Then only Bus Rule that appears there is a new one I created that was an exact copy of the Business Rule in question, just with a '- New' appended to the end of the name. Funny thing is both Business rules that are attached to the form do appear on the right hand side. Thus how could that be? How does one get the Bus Rules to appear on the left hand side? Haven't been in EAS Business Rules mode for a long time.
