Can't get by agreement

I can't get my i tunes under devices i pod past the agreement.. How can i get by this has been 3 hours....

    Try a device reset and start over again with the setup.
    Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
    1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
    2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
    3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
    Re-reading the post, I now see your issue more clearly...can you rotate the screen (be sure Orientation Lock is disabled) to have the "agree" tap-able section in a different physical place (out of the bad section) on the screen so the bad part of the screen will be in a different area? Give that a try.

    I just got a new Ipod nano chromatic, and I downloaded the new 8.0 itunes onto my computer, and its now telling me to agree to the Software license, and i did, it askes you to save it. and i aslo did that,...about 263547315836 times, but now its not doing anything else. im getting very frusterated, and im thinking about taking it back, and getting a zune.

    Do you have iLike toolbar? A user aslot123 saw the same issue and resolved it by disabling the iLike toolbar. http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1596582

    I am using a Mac and have installed Adobe Reader for Mac, latest version. I cannot access the End User Licensing Agreement. I clicked on it and it gives me a message that I must launch Adobe, check that I agree, close and reopen. The problem is I can't find any way to launch Adobe because it appears nowhere on my launch pad, nor in my document files or on the control panel. Because of this, I cannot print bank statements nor can I get into my insurance companies billing department to make a payment. HELP!

    thx but the only thing that happens when I open Adobe Reader is that a small icon appears in the bottom-line. There is no dialogue box where I can accept!

    Are you seeing a Continue button anywhere? Click the little Agree box then the Continue button, there's no need to save the agreement. If you aren't seeing all the buttons try increasing your screen resolution to at least 1024x768 so you can see the whole page: iTunes window does not display all options

    Have you tried resetting the device?
    Hold down the home and lock buttons until you see an Apple Logo, then release the buttons.
    If that doesn't work, you should check to see if you have a backup because you may have to restore your device.

    Let's start with what you are trying to install. Adobe Reader is free, so it won't be forcing you to buy anything. So
    - What are you trying to install (full name, please, Adobe make lots of things)
    - What system (e.g. Windows 7, Mac OS Lion, iPad...)
    - Where do you go (what web address) to start off?
    - Why were you "forced" to do this?

    Restart your phone and if that doesn't help, reboot the device.
    Restart the iPhone by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Reboot the iPhone by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the phone start up.

    I have a collection for GCI. Cornerstone credit services is the CA. From the research I have done cornerstone has a policy to not doing a pfd. If I call GCI and come to an agreement with them, will cornerstone have to take the collection off of my CR. I saw a complaint on BBB where they tried to still charge a guy interest. They did waive it but then only changed the collection to paid in full. Granted I don't think he got an agreement with GCI.

You can get a PFD agreement with the CA reporting or you can contact the OC, ask them to recall the collection in exchange for full payment.
