Can't get file to duplex and pull correct media, does one or the other - Help!
Hi All,
I'm using Postscript commands in a file going to an HP4650 (with duplexer installed). After checking the .PPD file for the printer I find that the below listed commands should work - and, used separately they do. I.E. if I only use the duplex command, the file duplexes. If I only use the mediatype, the file pulls the correct paper, but if I use both together, the printer pulls the right paper but ignores the duplex. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Thanks for the help.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem that simple. I had both the Audio and Video boxes checked for export, and had something selected in the Multiplexer tab as well (those values varied since I've tried exporting in a few different formats).
I'm going to close Premiere and just make a very simple project and see what happens with export.
Any other ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

Until a few months ago All our browsers could automatically pass their downloads to "Speed Download" for downloading, very handy to have them all working in one place.
Now after recent updated in the last six months or so Firefox alone no longer does this but insists on using its own download setting.
how can I get it to respond to Speed Download as before, along with Google Chrome, Camino and Safari?Have you tried the update to Fast Dial, version 4.2.1 or later? It should override the built-in new tab page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/fast-dial-5721/ ''(Note: I haven't tested it myself)''

the current primary email i have set up on my phone doesnt exist anymore. ive tried to change password as well as login with old. i can't get access through my old email address because it doesnt exist anymore. i need to know how to change that primary address. what do i do. My mom and I have Apple devices (she has an iPhone 3G, and I have an iPod touch) .. I noticed that some of her apps require my password to my Apple ID and some of the other apps require her password for her Apple ID. When she first bought the phone, I used my Apple ID to download those apps since she was new to the Apple community. However, whenever she gets new updates, those apps still need my password (even though I've erased my account from her phone). Is there any possible way for her to update all of her apps using only one ID (hers) instead of using mine? It's very troublesome and I don't want to give her my password because she'll only end up losing it.
If anyone can answer this question, I'd greatly appreciate it.Sorry for the delayed response, yes i want to use my university account when replying to all emails. Note i just discovered something, when i forward my university email to my icloud account and than responded from either my imac of my macbook air (i.e. in icloud) it automatically goes to my university account in the "from" space (good news!!!). That is just what i wanted, . While that is the good news, the bad news is that my iphone and ipad still treat this email as being from icloud even though it is forwarded (redirected) from my university account. That is when i respond to an email (or for that matter create a new email in my icloud account) it automatically lists the icloud account as the "from" account and i have to go in and manually modify it. So i am 50% there to solving my problem (i.e. actually did nothing the systems just worked well) but i still need to figure out a way to make this happen on my ipad and iphone. Any help or suggestions, note the default button in the iphone and ipad for email work differently than the default in the composition menu of the imac or macair.

Installed firefox on two machines and created sync account on one. The other one does not sync
I just freshly installed the latest Firefox on two machines. Created a new account on one of them and started to download some add-ons and changed the preferences, then got to the other and signed in. It finished syncing but none of my changes were applied to the second machine.
Right now the add-ons got synced but the customization I did to the looks of it did not.
These customizations are: moving the home button right next to the back button and removing the search bar.
Conclusion: it takes a while(about an hour!!!!!) to sync these stuff, at least that is what happened with me though my connection was normal and not slow at all. -
I can't get my Swagbucks Toolbar, and my Homeschool toolbar to work with the new FF update
I use two toolbars, Swagbucks, and the Homeschool Gadget Toolbar. I updated Firefox to FF4 (beta, I think) and now it won't work with either of them! Help! Can I undo the update and go back to the last version of FF?

Got an iphone 5 yesterady and it will not sync with my itunes library
On your iPhone sign out of the iTunes & App Stores and sign back in with the proper Apple ID:

using itunes and was notified i had to update to IOS7. During this update my Iphone 4 froze, screen shows a charger lead with an arrow towards an itune symbol. nothing works now and I tunes does not recognise. Gone through steps in help but no joy. Can anyone help?????

Impossible, there are zero, as in none, zip, nadda viruses for OS X. If you have viruses on it they are for MS Windows and will not affect OS X. I suspect the hard disk has crashed, if you have backup then it's not a big deal to have it changed, just take it into your local Apple Store or AASP for service. If you have not been backing it up you may be in for a painful lesson on why backup is critical.

You would need to pair the Apple Remote with the receiver. So I would use the generic Mac/PC receiver and follow these instructions:

If that doesn't work then check in System Profiler to see if the IR receiver has been recognized by the PowerBook's hardware. You may require the install of drivers for this device to be recognized.

I have 2PCs with T/B can I get emails sent to one on the other temp measure.
I have two computers using thunderbird for emails, as I intend updating the one of them that I get my main emails sent to I was wondering if when I have it offline would it be possible to get my emails using the other computer ( it is a Ubuntu computer.)
Are you using IMAP or POP? See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/glossary-terms-including-types-accounts
If you are using IMAP, you can access email from either computer and it will still be available on the other.
If you are using POP, you can specify to leave messages on the server. Otherwise, when you read a message on one, it will not be available on the other.
