Can't get in to shopping cart

I'm still having this problem. Last week I wrote "For the past month everytime I try to enter my shopping cart so I can download songs/videos, I get the following message: "We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error occurred (5002). There was an error in the itunes store. Please try again later." I cannot figure out what to do. Can anyone help me get this fixed? Thanks,"
Unfortunately no one has answered my cry for help. I've reinstalled itunes and am still getting the same response. I can't be the only one. Please help!!!!!

I'm also experiencing this problem. It shows the login page, but when I log in, an empty shopping cart is shown instead of the pre-order form.
I'm using the Dutch Apple Store site, the link that I click is

When I look at the URL, I guess the problem is that the store does not contain a product with part number MC204N/A, the Snow Leopard pre-order. I guess I'll wait a couple of days and hope they'll fix it.

BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB does not get populated with shopping cart

Hello Gurus,
We are facing some weird issue out of blue. We have SRM 5.0 Classic scenario with ECC 6.0 backend system. We have everything configured and it was working i mean shopping carts were successfully transferring into ECC system as PR.
Suddnely now we are getting error Item in transfer process for all the shopping carts. While checking into RZ20 monitor it shows following error " Backend application errors: Shopping cart (PReq. 7000027359): W5 002 No items exist (not possible to save)".
When we put debug in CLEAN_REQREQ_UP we found out that table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB which should get populated whenever shopping cart is approved it not getting any data.
Could you please let us know what could be the reason? As all the user IDs with which RFC's are maintained at SRM and ECC level active and all proper authorization are there.

Hello Ritesh,
Actually, the document tab is updated by the SC transfer (SC spooler). Each time the system starts the shopping cart transfer, an entry is created in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB until the CLEAN_REQREQ_UP is executed.
You could debug the shopping cart transfer and check if the follow-on document is being created.
Also, you could check the SPRO customizing -> SRM SERVER -> Techcnical Basic Settings -> Set Control Parameters, and check its value.
As additional information, you can check the note 1173815, which provides some information regarding the follow-on document creation (customizing tables).

PO Custom Field not getting filled from Shopping Cart

Hi Gurus,
I am new to SRM. The requirement I had was to add a new field to the SC. I read several posts and articles on this but couldn't find the solution to it. I managed to do this modifying the corresponding structures in SRM and making the necessary changes in R/3 so the new filed can be seen in ME21/22/23N.
I checked Andreas Milbredt document to achieve it as mentioned:

After that, when I create a Shopping Cart, the value in the New field is not transferred to the Back end.
I coded the following BADIs and User Exits:
In SRM:
BBP_CUF_BADI_2 (MODIFY_SCREEN) ->To enable or disable the field depending on conditions. Works fine.
BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI (BBP_DOC_CHECK) -> To do some checks. Works Fine
BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW (FILL_PO_INTERFACE1) ->Here I fill structures BAPI_TE_MEPOITEM and BAPI_TE_MEPOITEMX. I added another u2018Xu2019 to indicate the new field to BAPI_TE_MEPOITEMX. But I think I am not doing it right. This structure BAPI_TE_MEPOITEM/X, does the order of the fields correspond to the order of the fields in any of these 3 structures (which I am using)?

You can find out how your BAPI structure is being populated (by generating the test data ) using FBGENDAT program and activating the BAPI_PO_CREATE1 (and you will need to set the parameter for the specified user id)... This will provide you ability to execute the BAPI offline and figure out what is happening...

Hi,
before I would try to save a SC to the database, I would check how I have to fill the interface. Therefore I would suggest to read at first a SC from the database with FM BBP_PD_SC_getdetail. With this example of an existing SC you should be able to will the interface correctly.
E.g. when you check an existing SC with FM BBP_PD_SC_getdetail you see that some parameters are missing in your I_ORGDATA part. The I_ORGDATA part of my SC example looks like the following:

Here you can see that you forgot the whole *OT parts! In your case the system doesn't know that you mean an orgunit.

So I repair the user from BBP_CHECK_USERS.
Now definitly its business partner has changed.User can also shop.
But the problem lies is he has lost his all the old shopping cart which was related to old business partner.
Can any one tell me how to get those detail of the old shopping cart which was related to old business partner?

Trouble getting into iTunes Shopping Cart

Everytime I try to get into my iTunes Shopping Cart, I get a message that "The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable". However, when I try to add a song that I know is already in my shopping cart, it acknowledges that the song is already there.
I also have no trouble browsing songs in the iTunes Store.
Any ideas???

Usually you get this message when you install a version of iTunes which is earlier than the version you used to create the iTunes library file.
You get this situation when downgrading.
Could you clearify your situation, are you using iTune data copied from a previous computer and also which version you installed?
Assuming you are using old data, something quick you can try is to drag iTunes Library.itl and iTunes Music Library.xml from your iTunes folder to the desktop, then try starting iTunes. It should start with an empty library. You can then add your music files in the normal way. If you want to recover playlists, the librayr can be recreated fromt xml file as in the Apple article:

If this is a completely new installation of iTunes without old data from another PC, then that's somehing different and I am not sure about how to deal with it at this stage.

If you want directly JSP , use the droplet as suggested correctly by shaik,
If you want it in java code,
A good way is to make a Droplet ( global scoped ) and pass the current shopping cart to the droplet.
eg :

and in the droplet java file you can use it as :
CommerceItemContainer inOrder = (CommerceItemContainer) request.getObjectParameter("inOrder");
and you can use inOrder.getCommerceItems(); to get a list of commerce items from order.
You can directly get the order in your droplet ,but then you will have to make it request scoped , making global scoped droplets is good practice.

Can the requiqitioner see his shopping carts in check status

Situation :
I (X) want to make a shopping cart for (Y). I do this by using the shop on behalf transaction and putting (Y) as requisitioner for my user in PPOMA_BBP. When I shopped for Y, Y needs to check, change or display the shopping cart in his check status transaction.
I tested this in the test system but does not work. Can anyone tell me if this is possible in SRM. And which settings need to be changed.

The standard behaviour of this process is, for example:
User1 shops on behalf of User2.
User1 can consult the document via Check Status selecting the flag 'Bought on Behalf' and typing the shopping cart number.
Also, User2 can check the document via Check Status transaction normally.

Tax is not getting calculated in shopping cart

I have problem in shopping, whenever I am creating a shopping cart it has to add tax amount of 17.5, which is not adding the tax amount, instead it is taking tax amount as 0.00.
Tax code is V1(domestic).

I don't think you can buy Photoshop CS4 any longer. Those who purchased Photoshop CS4 through Adobe can, of course, still get to their downloads through the Adobe store. There is a web site (ProDesignTools) that facilitates download of old versions.
I'm also curious about what you think is better about Photoshop CS4 than CS5. I don't find all that much difference in the UI, frankly, except that CS5 offers more. There are some subtle differences in multiple window handling and full-screen modes, I suppose...

alternately- if you have kept the software update dmg's, or wish to download them anew, a utility called Unpkg extracts all files from an installer pkg without actually running the installer. The files are created in folders/subfolders just as they'd be installed - so it's simple to find the one you need. If you go this or email route- it's wise to repair disk permissions afterwards.

Approver can't view Attachment in Shopping carts

We are on SRM 7.0 and facing issue as Requester put attachments .doc, .xls etc but when approver click on attachment it does not open.
We are on SP 7 . I have checked the Note 1381247 , The configuration is there for Data type BBPS_ATTACHMENT_BCS which is referred in the Note.
What our approver is having issue is they do see the Attachment list but when they click on the attachment it looks like open in new window and just shut it down immediately. Even we tried Clicking the attachment with CTRL Key press it opens up a window If Approver wants to Save, Open File by clicking Save also do not show any options.
Do i have to do any settings for the same?
Please advise.

Will not access the Shopping Cart

iTunes just started doing something very odd. For the passed two or three days I can not get into my Shopping cart. When you click on Shopping cart, at the top you can see it saying "Accessing Music store" and then it just stops. Everything else works fine I just can't get my Shopping cart to come up. Someone please help me.
