Can't get into my itunes on ipad. but can get to it on my computer?

I can't get into my itunes on my ipad message reads email address is already verified for another Apple ID but when i go to my computer I get into my acct. just fine. Also when it asked me to verify this ID in an email i get the same message! Now, just so you know I have gone to the account page and edited everything but nothing happens. When I try to retrieve all info on the page that says Apple Acct. forgot ID and password, I type in my name and message reads we do not have your name on file.

Try restarting your iPad first and see if that helps. Hold down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut down. Then hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button and let the iPad restart. Then try to sign in again.
If that doesn't work you can look through this to seek help.

Thanks for the question. The following resource provides troubleshooting information if you have forgotten your passcode:
iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode

If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer
If you see one of following alerts, you need to erase the device:
"iTunes could not connect to the [device] because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the [device] before it can be used with iTunes."
"You haven't chosen to have [device] trust this computer"
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Alternatively, place the device in recovery mode and restore it to erase the device:
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
5. iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device.

Take it to an Apple store genius bar to have the techs see what your options are for repair/replacement. An out-of-warranty replacement is $149 in the US for the iPhone 4.

I cannot get into the iTunes store. I keep getting error message 0x80092013

I am in my iTunes application and when I press the link to connect to the iTunes Store, it starts churning, and churning, but never connects. It has churned for hours and when I finally click the "X" to close it, I get error code 11222.

Can't update apps, can't log into App Store on iPhone but can on my PC??

Since using my iPhone 5s I cannot update apps anymore.
I get the notification that "cannot update app at the moment".
I tried logging out and into the app store through the settings but after logging out I now can't log in there anymore.
My account is fine as on my PC/internet it still works fine.
Can anyone help?

Can't sign in to icloud on ipad but can on desktop

I recently closed an email account and forgot that my icloud was attached to it. I've got it straightened out on my desktop but mu ipad will not allow me to change password (I can't just security questions because it has the wrong birthday and I don't know what they have)

As an update to this. If I create a new user profile I can log into iCloud no bother.
Any tips on how to fix my existing profile?

I'm having the same problem. I just updated to the new skype because my old one won't allow me on it to grab all my info. Instead the piece of crap software just gives me the only option to download. Now I'm having nothing but issues signing in when I go through all the passwords that I have ever used. Oh and there is no means to ask anyone. Pathetic! I will be used facebook chat from now on. Way to come up with the most stupid platform ever Skype!

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Take a look at Apple's document for authorizations -> iTunes Store: About authorization and deauthorization.
You can deauthorize all computers from iTunes. All you have to do is click iTunes Store, click your account name in the upper right corner of iTunes, then deauthorize all.
