More information would be helpful. You can't download it? It downloads, but you can read it in your inbox?

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    i downloaded a CardDav app but it wants to know what my server name or URL is and I have no idea what server is needed?  from my android tablet server?  I have a verison ellipse7 i just rec'd yesterday and this is all new to me; and just newbie to iPhone from just two weeks ago. 
    AFter the server name it asks for user name and password - I assume that is for the iCloud email account, right?

  • I can't delete any emails from my inbox.

    I haven't changed anything in settings, and have already closed, reopened Thunderbird, and even shut down and restarted my computer, but nothing helps.

    I still can't delete any messages from my inbox. I was able to empty it, but I had to move all my messages to an archive folder, then move the ones back to my inbox that I wanted to keep, then I could delete the archive folder.

    On your device at options > advanced > Service Books, delete the two instances of that gmail address, and then, With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
    Now, open your email setup or setup wizard on the device and delete that gmail address.
    Then, set it back up again, same location.
    You should notice a change now and the reconcile of your gmail sent messages to the server.

    Go to the gear icon on the upper right; Click on "Rules". Make a rule that says, "If an email is from.... " and put in what emails you want deleted. I had a lot of emails that got forwarded mistakenly from another account--like 4,000! And I used this rule to move them all to Trash. The rule can be anything... All emails from "gmail", etc...

    Email should not be a problem, text messages can be but not email if it is set up correctly on your new phone.

    I am trying to move years worth of emails from Outlook on a PC to a new MacBook Air. The database of emails is about 5GBs. I can find different settings to export the emails in PC formats, but not a single one listed in the Lion version of Mail. It can import from Mac Mail, Thunderbird and Entourage, but not Outlook. Is there a way to export the files and import them on to the Mac that anyone has had success with?

    Do you have a rescue email address on the account ? If you do then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that email account as well ? If it's not there either, and you've tried requesting the reset email again, then you could try contacting Support in your country and see if they can re-enable the account for you.

    How can I conduct any sort of business with no email? It will not load. I cannot recieve or send email. My productivity comes to a complete halt. Unacceptable.

    Mine works fine.  Might be something to isolate on your computer.
