Can't get my iTunes gift card to work.

I can't get my iTunes Gift card to work I got the first part right but when I need the serial number it wouldn't work I entered it right everytime but still wouldn't work so I got out of the page and started again and I entered the Activate Numbers and it said that the card hasn't properly been activate seek help.... What do I do?

If the error message you are receiving is that your iTunes Gift Card in inactive, you should contact iTunes Store Customer Support via the Contact Support link on the lower-left side of the iTunes support page and include attached digital photos or scanned images of the sales receipt and both sides of the gift card.

    Whether you can get an iTunes gift card depends upon what country that you are in - they are not available in all countries and they are country-specific, they can only be used in their country of issue and only onto accounts that are based in that country. If they are available in your country then you might be able to get them from Apple, or from electrical stores, supermarkets etc

My credit balance states the same amount but I cannot find where to look to see if I have already used the $15.00 up on it and I have purchased a couple more songs.     You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    Sorry, but you can't, if you live in Haiti. As you say yourself, there is no iTunes Store for Haiti and you are not allowed to use the iTunes Store of any other country.
    If you live in a country where there is an iTunes Store, check to see if Apple sells physical gift cards in your country and if so purchase and redeem one of those. There is no way to purchase an electronic gift certificate from Apple without a credit card from the country whose iTunes Store you wish to use.

    What these "laws/restrictions" might be have never been identified.

    There are no "app gift cards". Again, you can only use a credit card to purchase software in the Canadian iTunes Store.
    Problem is I don't have a credit card to purchase the apps.
    Perhaps you could obtain one of the "prepaid" credit cards some banks offer. If not, then the only way you'll be able to buy apps is to get someone to allow you to use their credit card.

    There isn't a phone number for iTunes Support.
    If you've forgotten your answers to your security questions then you can get them reset : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions
    If you have a credit card on your account then its details have to complete - and asking for their details is also a way of checking that you have a valid billing address in that country. As long as you are buying content for yourself and not trying to gift content (you can't use your balance for gifting) then the purchase price (plus any applicable taxes) should be deducted from your balance.     Sorry, but it's quite possible that you can't. If there's an Apple Store in the country to which you want to give the gift, you can call them ask ask if they'll accept a Canadian credit card for a gift card purchase to be shipped to an address in the relative's country. If they won't, then you'd have to find an independent reseller in that country that carries iTunes gift cards who could accept your credit card, and there may be none.
