Can't get my libraries to combine!

Help...I have no idea what to do!! My computer crashed (all my music was backed up) and I had it repaired. I had about 300 songs on my ipod, and when I got my computer back and plugged the ipod in, I began to download more music. I downloaded about 10 songs, and then I was asked if I wanted to replace my library. I'm an idiot, so I said yes and all of my songs were deleted, so now i have 10. Anyway, two days later my computer crashed again (it was never fixed the first time), and my hard drive was replaced. Again, I have my computer back and I have plugged in my ipod. How do I get the songs on my ipod into my new library without getting rid of any songs???? This is probably something that is very easy to do, but I am clueless:)

If you have the 300 songs on backup (and the new HD) and the 10 new songs only on iPod, then you can recover the 10 songs off the iPod and 'Add' them back into iTunes using the processes below. Add the 300 songs to iTunes from your backup medium. Post back if I am missing something.

Can't get iTunes "Home Sharing" to work...

Before we switched to FIOS, we had Comcast and the Home Sharing on iTunes worked fine. Now, some setting must be different because I can't get the libraries from 2 different computers to "talk" to each other. I have all the settings in iTunes correct, but each doesn't "show up" on the other's network.
Any suggestions?

Log into the router and select the Advanced settings. There's a item to dump the router configuration on that screen -- it'll download a file to your PC-- you can just open it with Notepad is it's just a text file.

Where to get Oracle libraries

I have a jar that runs in Linux32, with a JDK that includes Oracle JDK.
I then tried it in Windows32. I don't have a Windows32 JDK, so I got error:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/javatools/util/CommandParser
When can I get Oracle libraries that include CommandParser, and some other Oracle classes? I think If I install JDev for Windows32, it will bring the libraries. But don't know what path I should add to classpath.

You can do the same using JDeveloper: - Open project properties
- Select Libraries node
- press New
- type class into Search Field>
JDeveloper has so many useful features, so I could not observe all of them and I have missed this one. It is great that this forum is supported by highly experienced Oracle employees, who are familiar with the tools and frameworks in details. Try forcing iPhoto to load the Library on the External Hard drive by launching it while holding down the Option key. Choose the Library on the External HD, and quit iPhoto, see if iMovie can see the Library with the iPhoto Videos contained inside.

How can I get Automator to create a workflow for combining .jpgs into pdf?

I have a large folder with many subfolders, and each subfolder has many subfolders. Those last mentioned subfolders have many .jpgs inside which I want to make them into a pdf. The question is, how can I get automator to do this for me? I tried using the help but it only made things even more confusing, it didn't help at all. I also have an app for creating pdfs out of combining pngs, jpgs, gifs, etc. (Combine PDF).
The task of making hundreds of pdfs out of so many jpgs that I have, is there somehow a way I can get automator to do this for me? So far I haven't even found an example with understandable screenshots so that I can get into the correct way of making a workflow do what it is supposed to do correctly.

I'm a complete n00b when it comes to Automator, is there perhaps a tutorial for idiots that is known where I could read about starting out with Automator to understand it better?

The Adobe PDF Pack subscription, which allows you to combine PDF, is only available at an annual rate of $89.99. We do offer month-to-month subscriptions of Acrobat Pro and Standard, but I think you'd actually come out ahead with the annual PDF Pack subscription, if you planned on combining files more than 3-4 times throughout the year.

If you do not know the passcode, then your only option is to restore the iPod to factory settings via iTunes.

Place the iPod in Recovery mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes.

With10.6 constantly have to reload my libraries. How can I get past this?

IMovie has frozen up on me. I've tried rebooting and reinstalling the apps- no help. I can play some of the files- but I can't get into the libraries.Even when I can get something to play the whole system crashes after a few minutes. What can I do?

I desperately need your help. I was working on iMovie last night when the thing froze up on me. I've tried rebooting. I've tried reinstalling the apps. No change. I can play some of the files- although I can't tell which ones will play until they magically appear. I can't get into the project library or the event library. The bar that lets me scroll through the clips is gone. Even when I can get something to play the whole system crashes after a couple of minutes and generates a "problem report" that says "iMovie Quit Unexpectedly". This all started when I was adding cutaways- and one clip just would not load. After I tried several times everything froze up. Have you ever heard of something like this? Maybe I pushed a button or somehow changed a setting? Maybe some of the video is corrupt? What do you recommend?

There they are! Why does the game not find them? I would be happy to hear whatever insight people here would have to give about this matter.
I've done some googling and there are people having some similar problems but not exactly like this. The closest one would be this I guess.

What lib32 libs do you mean? I tried installing lib32-gtk, turned out I already had it and reinstalling didn't help. Also I fail at making that AUR package:

Could it be that the game is looking for the libraries from a place where the 64-bit libraries are stored and fails because of that?
If so, how do I point it to the right directory? Could it be done with these enviroment variable thingies?

Since we downloaded the latest version of iOS on our iPad and iPhone, and synchronized our music collection in the Cloud, we can no longer see on our iPad and iPhone the music from our CD's that we have on our home computer's iTunes library. We can only see music in the iPhone and iPad library that have been purchased on iTunes. How can we get all our music from our computer's iTunes librbary visible on the iPhone and iPad? Thanks, Nick

I keep getting shared libraries on my itunes account. The latest is be a Labadan. How can I prevent this and how have my account been accessed?

Also, I cannot access my wifi. It is consistently grteyed out.
I have tried draining the power but very soon it cannot be accessed once again.
Any ideas?

There are other machines on your network running iTunes with sharing turned on. You can't get rid of them unless the owner of that machine turns it off. You can disable sharing in iTunes on your own computer.
