press and hold top power button and home button in front for 6-8 seconds until you see an apple, for it to reset.
and make sure your initiating an icloud backup or it will come up again.
1. be connected to wi fi
2. be plugged in to power source
3. turn screen off
go to settings>icloud>storage and backup>backup now.

I had trouble with a pop up ad on a page It kept putting up boxes andnot letting me do anything else so I closed Firefox. When I went back into Firefox I no longer had the buttons for Fotofox or Feedly. I have tried downloading them again with no luck. I did add Ad-blocker Plus before trying to do the downloads. Steve

Perhaps you installed the wrong version OS X onto the iMac, you can't use the disk from another Mac.
clean the disk.
If it's not working then use this method to create a bootable 10.6 USB from the iMac machine specific 10.6 disk or the 10.6.3 retail disk on your other Mac, use it to boot the iMac with.

AppleCare certainly was worth it on my last MBP, it went in for a hard drive, optical drive replacement.

No matter if I save it to my computer, then run, or just opt for "run" , I get a "Adobe Extractor has encountered a problem and needs to close" window pop up, and then an application error, and that's the end of it. I have tried to uninstall Lightroom and a reinstall, but same problem. I am stuck at v.1.0 and can't upgrade!

I'm having the same problem with photoshop elements. When I try to install the program, the adobe extractor goes to 99% when suddenly a warning box appears saying that the extractor has encountered a problem and needs to close. I have been trying to figure this one out for a while now, and as far as I can see, you are the only other one that has posted any problems.

On the Mac Air launch iTunes. Then connect either the iPad or iPhone.
Select the iPad or iPhone under Devices left side of the iTunes window in the source list.
Then select Apps from the menu on the right.
If you don't see the apps listed there, from your iTunes menu bar (top of your screen), click Store > Authorize This Computer.
See if that makes a difference...

I'm having the same issue. All my applications transferred over. Lightroom is working, but when I went to edit a picture in Photoshop, I got an error message. It told me to restart, but the program still won't open after restart. It says licensing has stopped working, but what does that mean? I can't tell whether it's unsupported/blocked, or if it's a malfunction. The error code is 150:30 See screen shot.
