Can't get SUMIF to work on iPad
B2 and b3 both contain the text "Grc".
C2 contains 1 and C3 contains 2.
F2 contains a Sumif that reads as: =SUMIF(B2:B10, "=Grc", C2:C10)
The result is "0" when it should yield 3
I can't figure out what happened.
Hi there.
You may want to try:
=SUMIF(B2:B10, "Grc", C2:C10)
Best regards,
Otávio

Is there a way to reset my messages account, I can't get iMessage to work on IPad nor Mac osx. Help please this is really frustrating.
Hi,
Is there an iPhone involved ?
If not, what happens if you remove the Apple ID on the iPad and then set it in Airplane Mode (allow a couple of minutes at this point) followed by re-adding the Apple ID ?
What, if any error messages are appearing on the Mac when you try to launch the App or Login to the iMessages server ?
Is the Apple ID linked to an iCloud account ?
In Messages 7 (Mountain Lion) this did not seem to be important but it seems it is in Mavericks/Messages 8

If you mean hiding or unhiding apps, the article is incorrect since iOS 6 and the accompanying iTunes Store redesign were released. You can at this time only hide and unhide apps through iTunes on your computere.

How can I get tv on demands working on my iPad as wanted to watch my program but it says HTML5 not supported on this, so any ideas that can help?
HTML5 is supported on the iPad but I assume that the site that you are going to doesn't yet support it. Does the site have it's own app - here in the UK the TV channels have their own apps, plus there are apps such as TVCatchup.

I was recently gifted a new Samsung wireless printer Model # ML-2165W and while it works fine with all my computers, I can't make it print from my IPAD. Was I given a "boat anchor" in the eyes of Apple?
It looks like your printer isn't on the list of air print enabled printers. It'll still work, you just need to do some tweaking.
You can see if samsung has any apps to enable printing.
or
You can look into a third party app like Print n Share or Print Central.
Then you can print from your iPad. -

Can't get gmail to work on iPad
I have 2 gmail accounts which have worked fine on my iPad for a while- 1 is personal and the other is professional. Recently, the personal one was hacked and I had to jump through all sorts of hope to get it work correctly. I set up the 2 step verification process which quickly complicated things even more and long story short, I ended up getting rid of that and basically deleting the account and starting over, using the same address. I thought I had everything squared away but for some reason, I still cant seem receive email on this account through the imap server. I have to log into google which is extremely annoying. Thank goodness, at this point my professional gmail account seems to be fine. I know the password is correct but somehow, iPad is not recognizing it. I am at my wits end and really don't want to have to give up this email address.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. The email associated with my apple id is also non functional, thanks for any guidance !
<Email Edited By Host>Try turning the email account off and then turn it on again. Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>select your gmail account>Off. Go to the mail app and then come back to the account in the settings and turn it on again.
If you can't find any other way for the iPad to accept the password, delete the email account and then add it back onto the iPad. -
Can't get 3G to work on iPad 1?
I finally decided to get 3G service for my original iPad (which I purchase a couple of years ago from Apple/refurbished). It's recognizing the service (AT&T) but it's showing only 1 bar of signal strength ... not enough to stream anything. The sales consultant tried two SIM chips but the same result for both. After nearly 24 hours, still no change. So is it something wrong with the iPad? Or an iOS problem? Anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Can't get Message to work on iPad
It's been a big day...upgraded 2 computers to Lion, upgraded 2 iPhone4 to iOS5, migrated MobileMe to iCloud, and upgraded an iPad to iOS5.
The only thing that I cant get to work is iMessage on the iPad. Everytime I try and send a message from the iPad I get the error message Not Delivered, Message Send Failure. iMessage on the iPhones work fine.
I've rebooted the iPad. I have entered my Apple ID in the settings for Receive At. Or should that be my iCloud ID (my Apple ID and iCloud IDs are different)?
Thanks. It won't work if you are using the same apple ID for your iphones and ipad. Go to settings and then select messages (on your iPad) swipe down to where it says "receieve at" and select a different email address for your iPad to receive messages at.
For example, me, and my wife both have our own personal email addresses (each of them is also our personal apple ID as well) and then we also have a joint email account. I use my personal (apple ID) email for my iPhone, she uses her personal for her iPhone, and then we use our joint email for our iPad.
Hope that helps! -
Can't get FaceTime to work on iPad 2
FaceTime won't work on my iPad 2 on my home wifi. Has worked on other wifi networks. But FaceTime works fine on my iPhone 4S on home wifi. Have tried different Apple IDs, etc - iPad never works, iPhone always does. Running 5.1.1 on both. Any thoughts? Thanks!

My ipad has a different email address than my iPhone, both are mine but I can only get FaceTime to work on my iPhone but seem unable to change the email address in that field
If the basics (restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new) don't work, you'll need to bring the phone to Apple for evaluation
