Can't get the right-click option to work on Quicktime

While using Firefox, I right-clicked on a quicktime video/song, and a small box with options appeared. I accidentally clicked on the wrong thing and now when I right-click on a quicktime video/song nothing pops up. I tried uninstalling quicktime and reinstalling but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

I can't get the right click to bring up settings

I am so frustrated. this is my tenth time at this page because you keep sending me all over the place. I have followed the directions for disabling the hardware acceleration because all of my videos are showing in green screen. When I right click, it only gives me "about adobe" It is EXTREMELY frustrating. I am ready to take my computer somewhere and have this player taken off because I can't watch ANYTHING because of this, and your instructions DON'T WORK. I need to know where I can go in MY computer to change the settings of this program before I lose my MIND. I have been at this over an hour and your site is just an exercise in frustration!

Hmmm, no, no drivers needed, now it sounds like a bad install... unless you might have some old Mouse software installed???
If 10.7.0 or later...
Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
If that doesn't help Reinstall the OS.

Just sounds the ding, alert, can still slightly navigate the program but can not use any other tools after clicking warp text. I just have to open task manager and close the program. not sure if I'm doing something wrong or maybe I just need to uninstall and re install. Having trouble finding out how to uninstall and reinstall because the program came pre installed on my desktop.

It actually sounds like the warp text window is opening off screen.
Resetting the photoshop elements 10 preferences should fix it.
*Press and hold the Shift+Ctrl+Alt keys just after you start the launch of the photoshop elements 10 editor
*Keep holding the keys down until you get a dialog asking if you want to delete the adobe photoshop elements setting file
*Press Yes

How many have you got authorized?

Can't get Dolby and DTS options to work

Could anyone help me with my new Sound Blaster Z soundcard. I can't get Dolby and DTS options to work with my optical cabel under Cinematic tab in Pro Studio. I've googled enough, tried basically everything. Cinematic tab was never greyed out from the beginning. It either gave me intense, very high pitch noice when you acticated Dolby or DTS options or now... giving error which states:
"The SPDIF-out (Sound Blaster Z) device is currently being used by another application. Please close any application that may be playing audio to this device and try again."
I've re-installed drivers numerous times, tried different Windows operating system (7 and 8.1). Speakers (Sound Blaster Z) is made as default device, other stuff is disabled. I seriously don't know what to do, I'm god **** frustrated, because apart from Cinematic tab not working the sound isn't that great compared to my integrated motherboard soundchip.

I can't get the patch select buttons to work in edit mode. When I select any template, the set buttons or the patch buttons don't work at all. My up and down arrows work fine but I need the on screen buttons to be assigned to my footswitch.

In edit mode, at concert level, select the pedal. Then in the screen control inspector, in the mappings tab, select actions>next patch.
