Can't group Lost Season 1 with Season 2 in genre

On the videos tab in the source window, when I click on TV shows selection at the top of the browse window, only the season 2 episodes that i've bought show up. However, i've ripped the entire first season already but why can't I get it to group together. Anybody find a solution?

Iam a big fan of lost and recently seen the upto date episodes and was wandering if you can purchase the lost season 2 from itunes? This is because the price is shown in dollars and because it is only upto that episode in america.

If the videos show up in the store for England, then you can buy them, otherwise not. It is up to negotiations between Apple and the rights holders whether or not something appears in a particular store. We, as users, know no more than that. You can request the episodes using the music request form using iTunes > Provide iTunes Feedback (it looks like the closest Request Type would be "Augment a genre").

Is there any way I can get my lost iPhone online with iCloud. The device is either off or out of battery.

If you did not activate Find My iPhone on the device when you had it, you will not be able to track it. The Find My iPhone app has nothing to do with it. That is only for trying to track another iOS device with it. Log into www.icloud.com and if you cannot see the device, you did not have Find My iPhone activated. If you see the device, but it says offline, then it could either be powered off or the battery dead. There is nothing that you can do without the phone in your hand about activation. Did you have a passcode on the device? Did you send a lost/wipe command? Do you have iOS 7 on the device. If you had iOS 7, then the phone cannot be restored and activated without your Apple ID and password. The device would be worthless to the thief. Change all of your passwords for accounts that you had on the phone.

Is LOST, Season 3 just in 720p?

Hi, I just purchased LOST, Season 3 from the iTunes Store, yet it is given me issues. One issue is when the tv season is in iCloud, it is labeling it as "No Season" as opposed to "Season 3". Secondly, the resolution is 720p, not 1080p.
I have my store preferences set to download in 1080p, and on the iTunes link for LOST, season 3, it says it can download in 1080p, yet when I download it all the episodes come in 720p.
Has this happened to anyone else, and how would I go about fixing it. **I have already contacted iTunes support through email but all I'm getting are copy and paste answers from the website and no real help.

I'm getting the same problem. Lost season 3 is labeled as "No Season". This causes each ep. to be stored in the incorrect path on disk. Season 1 is stored under LOST/season 1 folder and season 2 is under LOST/season 2. However, season 3 is under the LOST folder and not organized like the rest.
I am not sure about the resolution as I am unsure how to check that.

Did anyone get to download the video preview of LOST, Season 5?

I just happened to check on LOST, Season 5 which I've the season pass. There's a new sneak peak video, "Going on Vacation" with release date 12/1/08. It's a paid episode. Strangely, it has not been downloaded. Fellow season pass holders, are you experiencing similar issue? Don't want to contact customer support until I know it's a widespread issue.

Guess it's the usual late delivery. There's some connection issue with iTunes Store today as reported at CNET. Hope they iron out things soon. If I don't get to download the sneak peek by next week, I probably will contact customer support. Anyhow, I have watched the sneak peek at ABC.com

How do I burn Lost season 2 to DVD?

I bought lost season two from itunes. I want to burn it to DVD. I am using Nero 6 software to try and burn it. When I click onto the lost folder where the episodes are thery arent in the folder. It seems that the Nero software dosent recognize the itunes file types. I think the lost episodes are under .tmp files. I am so lost any help would be appreciated. I would really like to be able to burn these to DVD to watch on my TV.

You cannot burn iTMS purchased video to DVD and watch it on a regular DVD player.
You can only burn it as data for backups.

Only Apple Account Security could help at this point. You can try calling Apple Support in Canada - you'll have to find one of the several ways, such as Skype, to call an 800 number from outside of the relevant country - and ask for Account Security and see if they can help. Or you can find a friend who speaks Chinese and ask them to help you talk to Apple Support in China. There are really no other options that I know of.
Note, by the way, that these are user-to-user support forums. You aren't speaking with Apple when you post here.

Can anybody tell me if LOST Season 2 is available to download in the UK as I cannot seem to find it on iTunes?
Also, if it is not available, is there anyway around this?

I had heard that you need to access the US store; this is related to the country that you have filled in in your profile.
But if you change that profile, it checks the address where the bills are sent to (for Amex or Visa or Paypall). if that doesn't match the address in your Apple profile, still no luck.
If somebody finds a workaround, please tell me as well. I want to buy "Lost season 2" legally, I don't think it should be that hard... Bad!

If the device is found, nobody can use it without knowing your Apple ID and password.
The phone will only show it's location if it is connected to cellular network or Wi-Fi. If those options are switched off, you can't locate the phone.

Itunes 7.0.1 does not download Lost Season 3 episodes - files corrupted

Itunes takes 30 mins on my cable modem to download a Lost Season 3 episode and they ALWAYS fail due to Itunes saying the files is corrupted !! Error code -100008
The files are large about 500 meg
I've tried to download them at least 12 times and everytime it complains after the download that about the file being corrupted....

If you did not enable Find My iPhone before it was lost or stolen, you can't use it to locate or protect your device, but you can still follow these steps:
Change your iCloud password to ensure that no one else can use your device to delete or make changes to your iCloud data.
Report your lost or stolen device to local law enforcement and your wireless carrier. Apple doesn't track or flag lost or stolen products, but you can use My Support Profile (supportprofile.apple.com) to find a list of serial numbers for products that you've purchased or registered with your Apple ID.
