I work my projects and then when I want to export do not leave me, if re start the pc asks me to put my membership, then we are not the files and when put to find them and not be imported or imported without audio ... because if they are good for cobar each month's installment, do not fix this problem because it makes me lose time and dinero..y the strangest part is that everyone with the pirate Premier not have this problem.

Reason: I realize you're frustrated, but try to create a title that is more descriptive of your problem next time. Thanks!

import from SD Card ...insert the SD slot on the PC.....
I put them on an external drive as protection and another file in the pc and except the two projects, when Premiere me not recognize the files try to bring them to the external disk, some occasions works, another only brings the video without audio and most of the occasions not recognize any file, so it's double work and perdidad time, and technicians Premiere in an occasion made a partition the hard disk of the PC for it to work, but only work well for a few days, as the machine will re start the same thing happens again ... now the premier technical atman only to tell me that specialized agents atenderan me, but it never happened, because I hang chat .... and tel is the same .. .but when charging if they are very punctual, I pay them for service suite.asi that they no longer do and made the comment pirates users because it's true ... they do not struggle with their cracks, I am Premier User pirate ever paying for more than 10 years ago, but since started membership, this has been an ongoing problem.

  • When exporting video from Premiere Pro?

When exporting a video from Premiere Pro it makes a .m4v file instead of .mp4, even though it saids in the Premiere Pro that it will make a mp4 file - and I can't use them afterwards. It has been there after I have updated last time.

Also, make sure that you check the box marked "Export Audio" if you want a MP4 extension.

  • No audio in exported video from Premiere Elements 9

I have Premiere Elements 9 and the audio works fine in my editable files in Premiere, but when I export the video directly to YouTube or to a file, the sound completely disappears.  I have tried several different export settings and nothing seems to work.  The sound is just gone.  Any ideas why the audio works in Premiere and not in the finished files?  How do I fix this?  Thank you!

    Welcome to the forum.
There are two places that one must choose Audio in Export/Share settings: initially, with checking Export Audio & Export Video, and then with the Multiplexing Tab, where the method of combining the Audio & Video into one file is chosen. This is the point usually missed. What is your Multiplexing Tab set to?
What happens if, when you chose Export Audio & Export Video, and set the Multiplexing to "DVD," or anything but "None," and then Export/Share to a folder on your HDD? Do you get muxed (Multiplexed) Audio & Video in one file then?
    Good luck,

  • I'm having problem with exporting video from premiere pro cc 2014

I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 and I'm having problem with exporting video.
When I click Export and media, the window for exporting appears and it starts exporting video.
But after a few minutes, it looks like it has completed exporting video and says there's a bug in exporting.
It literally says it has a problem with compiling, but I don't know what the real problem is.
I tried many things like restarting computer and Premire Pro but it's no use.
But it works when I use Adobe Media Encoder CC 2014 for exporting video.
If anyone knows any possibilities about why this problem happens, please let me know.

I'm having a similar issue.  When I go to export my project, I add it to the render queue, set it up with the h.264 settings that I've used with countless past versions of the program, and then hit render.  Randomly, at some point in the process, the render just stops and the ETA just keeps climbing.  I actually had to save an XMF file of the CC 2014 project and bring it into the previous CC version of Premiere just to finish it.  Even a clean re-install of CC 2014 doesn't work.

  • Cannot export media from Premiere Pro CS4

I am unable to export media from premiere pro cs4. The process I go through is as follows
select files/sequence I want to export
    select file menu
    scroll down to export
    select media
nothing happens, premiere pro "freezes", as though it was going to open up adobe media encoder but does nothing, premiere pro can be "unfrozen" simply by pressing esc.
I have tried doing all of this with media encoder open and still nothing happens. if anyone has any suggestions please throw them my way. thanks.

thats way too vague of a question... best what?  quality? size? playback?
best quality then use high bitrate, small size use low bitrate.

  • Can Pr Pro6 export DD 5.1 audio and HD video from Pr Pro to Encore?

    Greetings.
The question I continue to ask for every new version......and think should have been addressed two versions ago:
If I upgrade to Production Premium suite 6, can I now....finally.... take my DD 5.1 audio and HDV tracks in Premiere Pro and "send" them to Encore without separating them and encoding them separately for the journey?
So....If I think I am done in Pr Pro, and send them to Encore, and determine I need to go back for some final tweaking in Premiere pro (of course that NEVER happens! ), can I do that without having to re-render (separately) the audio and video in?
I of course understand that if you render either with AME or with Encore and make changes, you would still have to re-render somewhere, I just think having to render the audio and video separately and then pasting or importing separately into encore is such a kludge in an otherwise smooth workflow.
Having the warp effect in Pr Pro from after effects is great!  That round-trip to AE can be a hassle.
    Thanks,
    BJBBJB1

    Jay,
Great to hear from you!  Your input has always been helpful to me.
I do understand that logic....however I also think based on other software I have used there is precedent for functionality that would work this way:
Yes, you need to buy the DD license to get DD encoding and here is the link (they already do that).  Then, once you buy that license we unlock this wonderful functionality that we have implied in our advertising for years which allows an integrated round-trip Dynamic link with Encore.  Well, they just say you "can" do it, they never say you can only do it with stereo tracks except maybe in some footnote.
When I buy add-on video effects for Pr Pro, you have to work around a kludge to get them to work.  They integrate and just work as they should.
Anyway, I was just checking.  I understand you could not get DD5.1 encoding out of the box.  However, if you buy the plug-in, I think Adobe should provide the functionality for their users.  Just my opinion.
    Thanks,
    BJBBJB1

  • I am trying to export a video from Premiere Pro.  I have both audio and video checked and the sequence is active but only the audio exports.  There is no video at all.  Can anyone tell me how to get the video to export.  It was working fine until today.

Premiere Pro CC has been working fine until today.  I have completed my sequence and it is active.  I have both audio and video checked when I am exporting using H.264 with Match Source Hi bitrate.  I am choosing entire sequence.  The audio exports but the video and title does not.  Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot this so I can complete this project?  Please!

    Greetings,
I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.
    Good Luck - Cheers,
    M.

  • Issues with exporting video from MacBook Pro to flash drive

I cannot sucessfully transfer [export] video taken on my gopro camera, from my MacBook Pro to any flash drive and play them on other computers.  For some reason the files are not playable, even with quicktime.  They will not play with ANY of my video softwares such as divx or any AVCHD software on a windows computer.  I need to make a presentation for a club trip in a few days! Can any one please suggest what is wrong?  They play on the Mac using Flip player but not quicktime!
Oh, and I don't have issues with transfering or exporting Jpegs or other photo formats.  Only video.
    Message was edited by: gmob25

hmmm.. the files from GoPro are already mp4 format.  The Flash is already FAT32, brand new 16gig...
I am new to Macs but have no problems with PC's.  I suspect that because the files are exporting as shadowed files which won't play and are very small kb files, yet they are actually in excess of 140 mb each that it might have something to do with the iphoto software?  That's where the pics and video are, they imported to there by default, not to a folder in the home folder [which is where I would have expected them to be]
By the way, the GoPro is already in mp4 format so it is easy when transferring to computers. No need to convert. I tried converting them to see what the outcome might be, and none worked!  I tried every format I could find using Video converter ultimate software, which is excellent.
And the problems began when quicktime wouldnt play the file, the screen was black.

  • Audio problems when exporting files from Premiere Pro CS5

I try to post in English.
I have audio problems in Premiere Pro CS5 when exporting a film.
I cut an interview. The sound seems not to be synchronized when exporting a file. It doesn´t matter what file format I export. On cutting points the sound is different to the sound I hear in premiere. In premiere the audio sounds very good but in exported file I hear cracks on cutting points.
When I reimport the audio file an put it in the timeline the synch point is correct but the interview differs about 2 frames to the original audio in premiere.
The material was filmed on Sony ex3. The files are XDCam HD. I have updated the production suite.
    Thanks for answers
    Frieder

Also, make sure that you check the box marked "Export Audio" if you want a MP4 extension.

  • Exporting Video from Premiere Elements 7.0

My students and I are having a lot of trouble exporting video onto a miniDV tape when I am done editing.  I was wondering if I was doing something wrong because it seems to stop in the middle of exporting just about every time.  It does it on 3 minutes projects and 10 minute projects.  It's really bad when I have to export more than 10 minutes.  It usually takes hours to export video and it's very frustrating because I have to keep redoing it over and over.  Please help!!!

Hi, Stan. Yes, I did see and respond to your private question.
As for Tune Up, I may check it out, at your recommendation. I'm always interested in new utilities.
I wouldn't worry about it "downgrading" the priority of Premiere Elements to Normal. Not unless it affects the program's performance for you. That is, after all, what it is by default.
If Tune Up is doing as well as you say, the program may run just fine in Normal priority!

  • Poor quality on movie after exporting it from Premiere Pro CS5.5

    Hi!
As a part of my bachelor thesis in industrial engineering, I am making an animation that shows how different types of water turbines work.
The animation it self,  I've created in a program called Autodesk Inventor. From Inventor I get an uncompressed video. This video is usually not possible to open directly, but when I convert this with FreeMake video converter, it works
    Conversion in FreeMake:
    From:
    RAWVIDEO
    1280 * 720
    16:9
    663,554 Kbps
    30 fps
    To:
    . Avi, mpeg4
    1280 * 720
    16:9
    3283Kbps
    30fps
The video looks great now, but now when i have finished editing the film in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 and exported it, the lines are very blurred and bad. I've attached a picture showing what I mean. I have tried many different settings in Premiere, but i cannot get it any better.
The picture on the left is after exporting, the image on the right is after converting it in FreeMake Video Converter.
Have tried with the flicker removal, but with poor results.
Does anyone have any tips on what I can do?

Thank you for the warm welcome
Yes, the video from autodesk is uncompressed avi. These files are impossible to import in Premiere, and i cant open them in either VLC or WMPlayer.
After a conversion with FreeMake VideoConverter they are possible to import, and they look very good in VLC.
    My Sequence settings are:
    Editing mode: HDV 720p
    Timebase: 29.97 frames/second
    Video:
    Frame size: 1280*720
Pixel Aspect ratio: Square Pixels (1.0)
    Fields: No fields (progressive scan)
    Display format: 30fps Drop-Frame Timecode
    Audio:
    Sample Rate 48000Hz
    Display format: Audio samples
    Video Previews
Preview File format: I-Frame Only MPEG
    Codec: MPEG I-frame
    With: 1280
    Height: 720
Maximum bit depth and Maximum render quality is checked.
I have tried with a variety of export settings, but my current ones are:
    Output:
    Format: Quicktime
    Video Codec: H.264
    1280*720, 29,97 fps, Progressive, Quality 100, 48000Hz, Stereo, H.264
    Aspect: Square Pixels
    Render at maximum depth
    Depth: 24bit
    Use maximum render quality.
One thing I find quite strange is that i have to short clips at the beginning, which both seem fine.
