Can't import grouppolicy module on a DC, with the GMPC installed

Hi all,
I've got a Windows Server 2008 DC which has the GPMC installed already, but I can't import the grouppolicy module.
import-module : The specified module 'grouppolicy' was not loaded because no valid module file was found in any module
directory.
I've tried removing, restarting and readding the GMPC from the Add Features section of server manager, but no joy.
I tried to copy the module folder from $pshome/modules from another machine, but this didn't work either - I then got told that the assembly can't be found. I then looked in the assemblies folder, and there's a few related to grouppolicy, but not the Micrsoft.GroupPolicy.Management
one it's moaning about. I can't copy these from machine to machine either.
If it makes any difference, we have three DCs for this domain, and it's doing the same on both of the virtual ones (the last, physical machine is due to be virtualised soon, so no point in making it work on there). We have two other domains that I've tried
to do this one, and they've both worked fine, although they're running 2008 R2 instead...

Hi Joe,
The GPMC cmdlets can't run on WS2008, they require a minimum of WS2008R2:

Hi,
Before you start, you should probably take a backup copy of your design (the .dmd file and associated folder), in case the update does not work out as you had hoped.
You need to use Import > Data Dictionary again, to start the Data Dictionary Import Wizard.
In step 1 use a suitable database connection that can access the relevant table definitions.
In step 2 select the schema (or schemas) to import. The "Import to" field in the lower left part of the main panel allows you to select which existing Relational Model to import into (or to specify that a new Relational Model is to be created).
In step 3 select the tables to import. (Note that if there are an Foreign Key constraints between the new tables and any tables you had previously imported, you should also include the previous tables, otherwise the Foreign Key constraints will not be imported.)
After the import itself has completed, the "Compare Models" dialog is displayed. This shows the differences between the model being imported and the previous state of the model, and allows you to select which changes are to be applied.
Just selecting the Merge button should apply all the additions and changes in the new import.
Having updated your Relational Model, you can then update your Logical Model. To do this you repeat the "Engineer to Logical Model". This displays the "Engineer to Logical Model" dialog, which shows the changes which will be applied to the Logical Model, and allows you to select which changes are to be applied.
Just selecting the Engineer button should apply all the additions and changes.

I can't import o sync my videos made with my IPhone 4S. Have try ICloud Photo Stream, IPhoto, Image Capture, Drang and Drop, Dropbox, also turning it on and off, nothing seams to work. Can someone please give a efective solution? Thanks

The iPhoto app (version 9.4.3) on my iMac (with OS X, version 10.8.4) no longer imports videos from my iPhone 5 (with the latest version of iOS). This problem arose suddenly roughly one month ago. Whenever I connect my iPhone to the iMac, all my photos are imported without a problem, but I get the following error message for all of the videos on the iPhone:
I get the same error message when my children try to import videos from their 5th gen iPod touches. The videos simply do not get imported and they remain on my iPhone anmd the iPod touches. Strangely, I can send the videos via iMessage or email to other iPhones/iPod touches and they play with no problem on the recipient iDevices.
Again, this problem began suddenly roughly one month ago - I was able to import videos from my iPhone 5 without incident before it suddenly stopped working - and I am stumped at how to correct this problem.
I do not have any issues with storage capacity on my iMac, so that possible explanation can be ruled out.

I have the same problem and apple needs to fix this - but in the mean time you can manually select the vertical photos then "import - import selected" and you can get your verticals. We need a better fix. THIS IS A BUG!

The Menus in PrE are in Menu Sets. Each set is a Main Menu and a Scene Selection Menu. As PrE does the authoring semi-automatically, there are many "extras" in those PSD's, in the Button Layer Sets. All you have to do is make a Copy of your two Menus into a separate folder, so that you do not worry about messing up your Menu Sets in PrE. I'd do this in a new sub-folder in the Encore Library folder hierarchy. Then, Open each of these two Menus in PS. Go in and clean out all of the other languages for the Text and Button Text. Match the Layer Set/Button Layer Set names to those naming conventions in the Encore Library Menus, as you will not be getting any semi-automation. Where you do not need, say a Next Button, just eliminate that Button's Layer Set. Remember, PrE will do this semi-automatically, plus will give you the number of Scene Selection Menus, that your Project calls for - Encore will not. You must count the Scenes, divide by the number of Buttons on that Scene Selection Menu, and do Copies of that Menu, to accommodate what you require.
As for Encore, it comes with a full compliment of Menus, Buttons, and other Assets, like EM files (Templates), with Motion and Audio Assets. All can be completely customized in PS. Note: in PSElements, I do not believe that you can create Layer Sets, so that will be a limitation. The full PS has no limitations, with the single exception that to change Button Sub-picture Highlight colors, this must be done in Encore's Menu Editor, unless it's been added to PS CS5.

You can import a folder of photos to the Photos.app by dragging the folder onto the Photos icon in the Dock. That will open an Import panel, and you can select to import all photos from the folder. But the folder name will be lost.
The photos will appear in the "Last Import" album. Select them all in the Last Import and create a new album with the folder name (fFile > New Album).

plug your phone in, open iphoto if it doesn't open automatically.
your device should open up in iphoto so you can view your pictures. click import all and you can choose to delete from device after import or not.

If you are using SQL-Plus or Reports you can use lexical parameters like:
SELECT * FROM emp &condition;
When you run the query it will ask for value of condition and you can enter what every you want. Here is a really fun query:
SELECT &columns FROM &tables &condition;
But if you are using Forms. Then you have to change the condition by SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY.

No - you can share the same iTunes account (my wife and I share the same account). But when you sync the iPads, just remember to select the correct content for her iPad and the correct content for your iPad.

Can an "Informational" signature be tuned to interfere with the flow of traffic?

We have an informational signature that we have tuned a couple of different ways in an effort for the signature to deny packet inline, but it appears that the IPS is not performing that action.
Do we have to change the severity of the signature to something other than "Informational" in order for us to be able to "block" traffic matching that signature?

Should I assume from your response that the answer to the title question (Can an "Informational" signature be tuned to interfere with the flow of traffic?) is "yes"? If that's the case, please let me know and I will mark this question as answered.
Any event action filters that have been configured on this IPS were disabled for testing. Signature is enabled and is active and was recently updated (04/01).
