I downloaded The Support Advisor but it tells me the following
"Inspection could not identify any issues. Please contact Adobe Support for further assistance. http://www.adobe.com/support"
So what do I do???

I know that the system requirements of Adobe Web Premium CS 5.5 do not specify Windows 8.
This is why I have contacted you. So there is no better answer than “Try it”? Does it work on an average Windows 8 computer? Which system constraints need to be regarded?
As I have not bought the new computer, I could pay attention to any system constraints that could endanger the installation of Adobe Web Premium Cs 5.5.

Can't install Adobe Flash Professional CC trial version?

I am currently trying to download adobe flash profession cc trial version from your website so that I can decide if it is what I want and am not getting anywhere. I will click on the 'download trial version' then will click 'allow' on the pop-up asking permission for adobe to open a program on my comp, then nothing happens. I have tried multiple times and have even restarted my comp to no avail, I have windows 8.1 on my computer. help please?

Help, can't install Adobe After Effects CS5 (trial)

I tried to install the trial version of Adobe After Effects CS5 trial version and it doesn't work, when I opened the setup application it was all working fine until the installation, it went for a little bit then stopped and came up with an error message. I'm not sure what's going on, some people on other forums say you need to turn off antivirus and run as administrator but it still doesn't work.
Details of my computer:
RAM: 2GB
Disk Space: 230GB HDD (approx.) 147GB remaining
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo
T5450 CPU 1.66GHz 1.67 GHz
Any help please?

Re-install Adobe Web Premium 5.5 -

I had to remimage my machine and need to re-install 5.5 I have download the package from my adobe account and have and SN but the installer won't take the qualifying product SN from the previous version 5. It is correct, but not accepted.

CS5 and CS5.5 are different versions, and you need a CS5.5 serial number (5.5 was not a free upgrade to 5)

Educational Adobe Web Premium CS3, Install Without A CD Drive?

Im working on my school's website at the moment but am unfortunately forced to use a school computer (very slow) because I can't install Adobe Web Premium onto my laptop. I have the Alienware M11x (R2 I believe, if it matters), which doesn't come with a CD drive, and I don't have an external drive available. I was wondering if it was possible that I could convert the CD's contents into an .ISO file and use a program to mount it as a virtual drive. Just copying the contents onto a flashdrive seems to work right up until install, when an error is returned asking me to insert the CD into a drive. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
- if this is in the wrong forum, I apologize, this just seemed to be the most fittiing.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues. There might be a problem even in that because CS3 and earlier products are no longer supported by Adobe Support. Still you might find someone who is willing to help if they are able to do anything.

Deactivate Adobe Web Premium CS3

I installed Adobe Web Premium CS3 on a new notebook and I tried activating the software. It failed due to a previous activation. I no longer have the previous notebook. How can I deactivate/activate on the new notebook?

I'm able to renenter the serial key. I then go through the process of trying to activate when the prompt returns the following message:
"The maximum number of activations allowed for this copy ... has been reached."
It's only been installed on one other notebook which I've since returned. It gives me the option to deactivate then reactivate but of course I can't deactivate. So at this point the software isn't installed anywhere.
I'd love to deactivate but that's just not possible. I tried phoning customer support and I was on hold for 1 hr and 25 minutes. I gave up.
I had a similar problem with a Microsoft product. They answered their phone and I was promptly helped. For all the punishment they take in the media, at least someone picked up. Adobe? Still trying.
If anyone can suggest something please let me know.

Also, I had to install the software twice on my same computer before because I had to reboot the computer. I don't know if this affects the limit.

You are allowed to have two activated installations so there should not be a problem having working installations on the two machines. If by chance you have somehow tied up two activations for the one machine you can have Adobe support help resolve that thru chat.

Adobe Design & Web Premium CS6 - Student - no Acrobat Pro installed

I purchased and installed Adobe Design & Web Premium CS6 - Student Version. The box and the Adobe site list Acrobat Pro included. But in reviewing the Creative Cloud, it lists Acrobat Pro as a Trial. I do have Acrobat Standard already installed. Is the Pro version included with this software Suite and if so, how do I install it? Is the Standard version preventing the install?

DaveKStL which version of Windows are you using? I would recommend removing your installation of Adobe Acrobat Standard using the Programs and Features Control Panel. Once removed you can then can install Adobe Acrobat Professional which is included with your Creative Cloud Membership. I tried to follow the deactivation procedure specified at the adobe website, but the deactivation option is not appearing on my software HELP menu. What could I do to solve this problem. How do I download and re-install Adobe Creative Suite Design & Web Premium CS6 Win?

Downloaded from Adobe site (Download CS6 products). Downloaded both File 1 and 2 Design and Web, English version. Both files are on my desktop in the same folder. Do I just need to run the .exe (file 2) to install CS6 (just thought to ask/ maybe try that)? I have my serial number I can enter once it is downloaded.
