Can't install Creative Centrale?

Can't install Creative Centrale?> I just received a Creative Zen Mozaic 6GB as an early birthday present (YAY!), but couldn't use the installation CD that came with it as the mini CD won't sit in my vertical tray *rolls eyes*
So I downloaded the Centrale software from the website, and when I tried to install it I got the following message:
"Your version of Windows Operating System is not supported by Creative Centrale. Please upgrade to Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 or later versions before resuming installation"
?The packaging says that it's compatible with MS Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher.
My computer is Windows XP Media Center 2002, Service Pack 3
So according the box I ought to be able to use the software included, but I can't actually use the disk provided; and I can't use the software I downloaded from the site (is this the same as the one on the disk?).
Any ideas on how I can get Centrale to work on my PC? Clearly upgrading my operating system is out of the question! ?

    No, you dont have to uninstall Creative cloud from the other machine. You can use your Adobe ID to download and install the software on the other machine. Please ensure that you don't use both machine at the same time.

    I've check that my system spec. meets Media Lite requirements and suspect a clash with XP SP3.

    Here's 2 messages from Creative Customer Support. Looks like there may be a clash with SP3 so, 'Come on Guys', let's get it fixed.

    I was able to talk to our Advanced Support Group (ASG) regarding this issue. And according to them, that it might be possible that SP3 would be the reason why you are unable to install the Creative ZEN Stone Starter Pack. According to our ASG, that the main difference between SP2 and SP3 is network security feature called Network Access Protection, which scans the integrity of a computer before connecting to a corporate network, which is absolutely useless for end users at home. As being one more security feature in Windows XP, this can possibly cause various problems with multimedia applications.

    You cannot install CS5.5 Windows onto your Mac.
    You must either purchase a new copy of CS6 for your Mac or join the Creative Cloud (and pay the monthly fee).
    If you join the Cloud you can then install CS6 (and soon version CC) on both your Mac and Windows for the same membership fee.
