Can't Install Firefox4 Beta6...HELP!!!

I've tried following the instructions on the beta website, but I can't install it...it doesn't work...any suggestions? I'm running LM9 KDE 32bit on a Dell Latitude D810

Can't Install Elements. Help?

I purchased Elements 11 last night, to install on my mac. But the files I downloaded do not install. I think I may have WIN files instead of MAC files, but when I go back to the Adobe download link, there is no option to download anything except the files I've already tried (and yes, I've tried BOTH the Akemi download manager and the alternate download method/ Both simply give me the same, unusuable files).
What can you guys do to help me? Is tthere a correct file you can send me? Or do you refund my money so I can purchase it again, correctly? Help!

On the Adobe website, in my "downloads" section, I see the following options: "Akamai Download Manager," and "Alternate Download Manager Parts 1 and 2"
If I click on "Akamai Download Manager," I get a b;ack "downloading bundle / initializing" screen that goes away in a few seconds, and switches to a black "Download Complete" screen, along with a popup that reads, "PhotoshopElements 11_WWEFDJ.exe" is a file from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" And if I do open it, I simply get a text file with unreadable symbols and code.
If I use "Alternate Download Manager Parts 1 and 2," I get an error propt that says, "there is no application set to open the document PhotoshopElements 11_WWEFDJ.7Z
So what do I do?

Bridge cc 64bit ,can't install Output Module ,help

why is so hard to install output module
i did everything Install Adobe Output Module
and when i close bridge and restart it asked me if i want to add the output module , i asnwer yes
i have the outpot workspace ,but when i click on it , nothing ,,,
i tried to delete the files of the output module , re-load brige cc ,close ->re -install the output module
nothing i can't have the output module
why is so hard to let it work ?
may i ask ?
do you think reset the preferences could help ?
in this case, how can i backup them ?

i found the solution at least for windows
well inside the AOM_Package_Win64 in my case because i installed only bridge 64bit
there is
Adobe Output Module
AdobeOutputModule.workspace
copy/extract the folder Adobe Output Module -> C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Bridge CC Extensions
copy/extract the file AdobeOutputModule.workspace -> C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Bridge CC Extensions\Workspaces
start bridge

Can't install new mini HELP!

Could some kind soul give me step by step instructions on how to install my new mini. Having read through some of the topics I seem to have a common problem. My pc will not recognise the new device and consequently it seems the rest of the install program doesn't work. My daughter has a mac laptop(with i-tunes and her own mini) so perhaps I could use that to help get mine to work.

I have installed i-tunes on the kids computer that runs Windows xp with no probs. Followed the instructions and everything happened as it should,it recognizes my ipod and I downloaded all my music( which I had to transfer from my laptop!)My daughter has an Apple Mac laptop and is away from home at boarding school, so that was not an option.
It must be something in my laptop that is not configured correctly. I can install from the ipod mini cd rom provided, it just doesn't install the drivers. I have been into Device Manager and it shows a yellow folder called ipod mini and I 've tried installing from there but it still comes up with the message that it can't find the drivers....even when I load the cd rom. It really is maddening....I hate it when I can't solve probs! Mind you I have had an interesting journey into the deeper workings of my laptop!

These ones are typically caused by underlying problems on the PC that also often cause Windows Updates to fail to install. If we can fix the Windows Update trouble, we can usually get the iTunes trouble cleaned up en passant.
Go into your Windows update and try to check for new updates. If updates install, stock up on the ones you're behind on, restarting the PC if requested to do so. After the restart, try installing iTunes again. Does it go through this time for you?
If windows updates fail to install, go into your Update History and doubleclick the failures. What alphanumeric codes appear for you? Are they also 80073712, or some other number? (If they're another number, what number are you getting?)

Can't Install Windows Bootcamp, HELP!

Hello, I can't seem to install windows 7/8 via Bootcamp. I have used various Images including the official ISO, and have created bootable USB/DVD's via my PC using Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool. Yet I always end up with the same error once in installation: " Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error Code: 0x8007057 " (I also get the same error on VituralBox UNLESS I am using the official ISO and then it installs flawlessly, but I have used the official ISO with Bootcamp and No Luck.)
P.S, I was told to "Unlock" the "Create Windows 7 install disk" and then use the official ISO (That worked with VituralBox), Would that work?

I have the same problem with my iPod Touch. But in iPad there is something wrong too. Everytime I go to the appstore, I see "Install" button for iMovie. It shoudn't be there because I updated the iMovie to the last version, you know...
Do you have this kind of problem too? or is there anyone else to have this prob?

Can't Install Applications - Please Help

I have an iMac that has been working fine, and then out of the blue, I tried to install something and it won't let me install it.
The installed pops up an icon that asks me to drag the icon to the Applications icon and when I do that, I get this error message:
"The alias "Applications" can't be opened because the original item can't be found"
How can I fix this?
In the Finder, under Places, there is something that says Applications and it lists all of my apps however, if I click on my actual login name, and go the the Applications folder there, it is blank.

You are not going to see a applications folder under you user folder. Applications live in other Devices.
I think you maybe installing this particular app. wrong. How about delete it and any alias. Do a fresh download of the app. and open the package. Drag the app to the appl folder on the sidebar of the finder and see if this works.

Can't install iLife'08 HELP

I was trying to install iLife 08 in my computer, and start the process but when the installer is in the "preparing to install" part, I received a message that I couldn't install because there is no software to install WTH????. HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Can't install/download anything help!!!

So here's the problem: when i try downloading a program/software it will download the installer, then when i try installing said program/software it says, "the system could not find the environment option that was
entered."
any help would be appreciated!
(remember, its not letting me install any programs and there might be a file corrupted and/or deleted)

What special operation did you do before you encountered this issue?
Regarding the issue here, please try the following steps for troubleshooting.
1. Conduct a virus scan to check it there are any virus issues.
2. As you mentioned, this might be caused by some corrupted system files. Please refer to the following link ? to run the SFC /scannow
3. Please try the following command if SFC won’t work:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Can't Install Safari! Help!

Long story short:
1. Thought new battery was dead.
2. Genius Bar guy figured out I had way too many things going in Activity Monitor.
3. He replaced my Library with one from an Apple Store Hard Drive. Problem solved.
4. Safari worked for a day. Then just wouldn't start
5. I tried reinstalling but it failed because it can't find file "/".
What does that mean? Any help would be most appreciated....

Also, where are you opening Safari from?
The Dock?
If so, try opening from the Safari in your Applications folder.

Can't install itunes plz help

I tried to upgrade itunes to 10.5.2 , but some how it didnt allow me to install ,so i remove it completly from my pc.
when i wanted to install it again it shows me this next error:

Put your install DVD into the optical drive and reboot. As soon as you hear the boot chime, hold down the "c" key on your keyboard (or the Option key until the Install Disk shows up). That will force your MacBook to boot from the install DVD in the optical drive.

If the serial number from the CS2 Premium suite is not working with the install, there is not much you can do at this point. You can try to uninstall the whole suite and this time install all of the applications at once. But you then risk the other applications.
Your only other option is to pay the upgrade from CS2 to CS4. Adobe, unlike Macromedia, does not restrict educational users from upgrading. All they ask is that you pay the full retail upgrade price and they will allow you to have your license converted from a student license to a commercial license that will allow you to keep upgrading. Or if you are still a student, you can opt to buy the new student release.
Based on what I was able to look up online about your system, it meets the requirements for CS4 as long as you have upgraded to SP2/3 of XP.
