Can't install on Nexus 4: error (927)

I got the 'unable to connect' message on my Nexus 4, so I did the password reset, and could sign in to my account online. I still couldn't connect via the Android app, so I uninstalled and tried to reinstall. However after downloading I couldn't reinstall it.
The error message was 'Skype - free IM and video calls' could not be downloaded due to an error (927)
Any one know of a fix? I am up to date
My Skype account is working on my Hudl 2

This msi error (1613) usually means previous install is creating problems with this install. Have you tried uninstalling all previous versions of Acrobat?

i installed some apps in a 5800xm, but since yesterday i cant install any app: i got this

I tried to reinstall ovi suite beta, and I restored the default settings in the phone but still got that error, I can not install anything even if I install through Pc Suite
what can i do before i try to hard reset?

2148532241 means that you have 1GB or less of free space on your expandible memory (the SD). You only have to delete some files and get free space. After that, everything works fine.

Can't install N-GAGE update error

I have a second brandnew N96. The first had a fabric failure. A piece of plastic was blocking the speaker. So when i made a phonecall i couldn't here the "other side". On that same N96 the N-GAGE application failed to install. I tried to download it from the N96 connected with GPRS. The result was a UPDATE ERROR. I followed all the instructions on the N-GAGE website and i checked the firmware. Everything seems to go fine but in the final stage the UPDATE ERROR occurs. So i hooked it up with USB to my PC. I downloaded the application and tried to install, resulting in the same UPDATE ERROR.
I can not understand that this expensive and state of the art device is not working like it should. The manual of the TETRIS game from the box with the serial number is just kept in the box... I bought something but i can not use it.
I had to bring the first N96 back to the store. I hoped that everything would be solved with this new N96. But also this new device can not install the N-GAGE application.
Please help me out.

Ok, so I am seriously at wit's end right now... I have the N81 8gb, with v21.0.010, I have been struggling to update my n-gage for the past 3 days... I updated my firmware a few weeks ago, and everything was fine, I updated my n-gage without any hassles, until I decided to format my phone... BIG MISTAKE!! Anyway, now I can't seem to update my n-gage v1.10 (1349)! What happens is, I try to install v1.20 (1459), and then it gives me "update error", but when I check my application manager, it shows that I do, in fact, have v1.20 installed! I then check in the n-gage app itself, and it shows v1.10! What gives?!
I did the soft reset (*#7370#) to no avail; I did the hard reset (*- green call button - 3) to no avail as well! I have absolutely no idea what the problem is! I formatted my mass memory as well, thinking the problem lay there, but nothing! If anyone has any advice on how to sort this out, it will be much appreciated!

Can't install iTunes, gives two errors

Whenever I try to install iTunes, it gives me two error messages:
Error 1325.iPodService.Resources is not a valid short file name.
and
Error: -1603 Fatal Error during Installation.
Does anyone know what's up? I used to use iTunes, but uninstalled it after some problems with my computer, now I can't install it to use my iPod.

Try installing the Quicktime standalone. Find it here:

Those errors are usually due to a broken Quicktime, which iTunes needs to have in order to run. TURN OFF all your security software, because programs like Norton will interfere with the successful download and install. Also, save it to your harddrive and install it from there instead of running it over the internet.

The log file indicates there are permissions issues on a couple of files and they are not being removed. This is preventing the installation of the new version. Please run the uninstaller, posted here Uninstall Flash Player | Windows, and post an updated FlashInstall.log file, and a screenshot of the files remaining in the /Macromed/Flash directory after running the uninstaller. Please only run the uninstaller and do not attempt to re-install at this time.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness shows up, the first thing to try is a proper reboot:
Pre-BB10 Devices ONLY. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
BB10 Devices. Hold the top button down until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the device to be fully shut down (e.g., nothing at all displayed on the screen, no LED lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red LED is lit. Wait through the full boot-up process. If this fails, you can attempt the method of holding the up/down volume keys until it fully shuts down, and then power up normally.
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Also, is there anything more to the error message presented? Typically, it is better to have the exact and complete content of the error message rather than fragments.
Also, what source of application installation are you attempting? BBWorld? Amazon? SNAP? Something else?

Can't install Quick Time 7 - Error 1721 problems with windows installer

I had QT 6 PRO and an old version of itunes working fine. I tried to upgrade to Itunes 6. The install failed at the last step of installing QuickTime 7.04.
The error message was "Error 1721.There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." So, no QT, therefore no Itunes.
I did the following:
cleared my temp directory.
made sure I had the latest windows installer (3.1 v2)
removed all traces of itunes and quick time, using Remove Programs, the windows cleanup Utility and manually deleting all files as listed in info article 93976.
I downloaded the standalone QuckTime 7.04 installer, tired to install and I still get the same error.
I now have no quick time 6 or 7 and no itunes, and I have no idea what is wrong with the installer.
I do have access to the install log, and am delighted to reprint it if it will help.
