Can't install plugins in Mac Creative Cloud applications

Hi,
I've followed many of the step recommend here with no success, including reinstalling EM CC, rebooting, removing all plugins from EM Store...nothing.  When I try to launch Ext Mngr, it launches but then hangs. I'm running Creative Cloud on a MacBook running OSX 10.9.2.
Here's my log file:

Hi Christian,
It is a known issue if Extension Manager crashed/force quit during installing, it will hang at the next launch. But after you reboot your MAC, hopefully everything will back to normal.
Would you please try following steps:
1.  Delete any files in "/Users/<YourUserName>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Log", and create a new file "ExManCoreLibLog.YES" in that folder.
2. Reboot your mac
3. Launch Extension Manager, if Extension Manager still gets hang or crashes, please send ExManCoreLibrary.log in "/Users/<YourUserName>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Log" to [email protected]

  • Can't install premiere CS6 from creative cloud

    Hi, I'm looking to install Encore and have tried to follow the CS6 install instructions.
    I've read the instructions about selection "previous versions" in the CC app, but when I choose that option, Premiere Pro doesn't show up.  I only get Edge Animate CC, Extension Manager, and gaming SDK.

    If you have a Complete subscription to the Cloud then you should have access to most of the CS6 offerings (or do you not have a Complete plan?).  I could suggest reinstalling but I like recommending that as much as you like hearing it.  Try contacting Adobe Support... since it is Cloud-related maybe they will support it (what they do and don't support is apparently a moving target).  They might be able to tie into the machine and see  what's what.

  • MacOsX 10.9 cannot install or update anymore creative cloud applications including Desktop

    Hi I recently updated Lightroom5 and today I was trying to open an image in PhotoshopCC when I have been asked to update Camera Raw.
    Since then I tried everything to make it install but I always had "error code 7 , driver wan not added," error message.
    I looked into the forums and tried everything including uninstalling Photoshop CC ( damn error!! ) and reinstalling it through the application manager but it kept on failing.
    Then I tried using the Cleanup Tool but it only cleaned up my Creative Cloud Desktop manager so now I have to install it and, guess what ? It fails with no error message.
    Is there any Tarzan here to get me out of this unbelievable jungle?
    I always praised Adobe for the products but this is a huge mess, I have works to deliver next week and I have no Photoshop anymore!!,

    I can't install any apps through creative cloud.  Keeps giving me an error message when I select the Apps tab - Message says "to contact Customer Support".
    I'm running a virtual PC, and want to install a trial version app to see if I like it better than my current Dreamweaver 5.

    I have Parallels 8 and Windows 8 installed. The message I mentioned earlier has disappeared, and now it's saying:
    "Download error. Please contact customer support."
    I attached a picture of the error message. Please let me know if there's anything I can do on my end to address the problem.

    Yes, this has been allowed with Adobe applications going back many years.  A program such as Photoshop can legally be installed and activated on two computers at a time for the use of the single licensed user.  You can't install legally on your own and a friend's computer for use by the two different people.  Prior to Creative Cloud, there was an unwritten limit on how many times a given application could be activated, but there is no longer such a limit under CC.  That means you could theoretically install on three or four computers, activating only two at a time, and then deactivating one or both before activating on another computer.

    Reboot the computer once.
    Sign out from Creative Cloud and Sign in .
    Important : Try to launch Lightroom CC apps from Apps tab menu. :
