Can't Install Premiere E from Remote Disk (PRE10)

Attempting to install PRE from a Remote drive on an older iMac to a new iMac.
I installed Photoshop Elements without any problems.
But repeated attempts to install PRE fail with the following error messages:

The instructions said to try restarting the machine but that doesn't solve anything.
Also in the instructions there is a directive to follow a link for support but goes to Cloud support and doesn't appear to provide any links for helping with this problem.
Any suggestions on the source of the problem and how to overcome it.

Did you purchase Premiere Elements 10 Mac from Adobe or from the Mac Store?
Premiere Elements 10 is no longer the current version so I am not sure just how much support you will get from Adobe T/S.
If this were a typical "activation" issue, Adobe Chat would be the one to contact. But this is not a typical "activation" issue as I see it. It targets installation.
The Premiere Elements Forum here would seem a logical place to post your question, but the result will depend on someone seeking your post who has been there and done what you are trying to do specific to

Do you no longer have the installation disc used for Premiere Elements 10 installation on the older iMac? Even if the original installation came from an online purchase from Adobe, I would think that you should be able to get new installation files from Adobe??? All that rather than focus on Premiere Elements 10 transfer from old iMac to new iMac via this "remote drive".

Can't install premiere CS6 from creative cloud

Hi, I'm looking to install Encore and have tried to follow the CS6 install instructions.
I've read the instructions about selection "previous versions" in the CC app, but when I choose that option, Premiere Pro doesn't show up. I only get Edge Animate CC, Extension Manager, and gaming SDK.

If you have a Complete subscription to the Cloud then you should have access to most of the CS6 offerings (or do you not have a Complete plan?). I could suggest reinstalling but I like recommending that as much as you like hearing it. Try contacting Adobe Support... since it is Cloud-related maybe they will support it (what they do and don't support is apparently a moving target). They might be able to tie into the machine and see what's what.

This sounds different than with my IOS devices, since I am able to see the photos even with a connection to the Internet.
Do you mean without a connection to the internet? With a connection it's logical you would be able to see the PS.

This tells me that the image files are not on the HD unless the subscriber chooses to download them.

What are the computer operating systems involved? Are you installing from installation files (from online download purchase) or from installation disc
(from purchase in boxed packaging)? Answers to those questions would probably get you the best possible answer to your question.
If installation files.....
You are not going to be able to install a Premiere Elements Windows purchased serial number on a Mac computer or a Premiere Elements Mac
purchased serial number on a Windows computer.
If installation discs...
Box packaging typically comes with two installation discs....one for Windows and one for Mac. In this type of situation, typically you use one
serial number for them both. If that is the case, then the following applies...
Adobe allows you to use the same purchased activated serial number on no more than 2 of your computers. And, you do not use them at the same time.
If you are dealing with two computers with the same operating system, then you should be able to use that same purchased serial number for that operating system on no more than 2 of your computers. Again, you do not use them at the same time.

Purchasing iLife 11 on disk is an easy thing to do. ILife 11 will include iDVD.
If you have iDVD on another Macintosh you can transfer it to your new computer. That procedure has been discussed here many times, if you do a search you will find that procedure.

Tina Hadley did you migrate/transfer your applications over to your new Macintosh? If so this could cause problems with your serial number being recognized. Please run the available uninstallers located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once this is done you will also want to run the CC Cleaner Tool. Install OS 9 from Hard Disk?

Can I install OS 9 from the hard drive. I have a USB Hard Drive Caddy, so I can put the files on and stuff.
It is an iMac G3 that needs an updated firmware, but it has a broken CD-Rom.
Once I am finished installing OS 9 and upgrading the firmware, I can install OS X with NetRestore Helper... Everytime I try to isntall OS X, it won't let me proceed until I upgrade the firmware.

You have to startup from the installation disk. You can't startup from a USB device on that iMac.
I have a USB Hard Drive Caddy, so I can put the files on and stuff.
I'm not sure what that is, but does it have a 3.5-inch IDE drive inside. If so, you may be able install Mac OS 9 on it using your Power Mac G3. Then, take the drive out of the enclosure and replace the drive inside the iMac with it. Try to start up from the iMac new drive. If it works, install the firmware update. Then swap the drives again to install Mac OS X.
Or you can buy a replacement CDROM drive on eBay, or here

What is the computer operating system involved? Can we assume Premiere Elements 12 as the new purchase? And, are you trying to install from an installation disc or from purchased online downloaded installation files?
I have not run into Error 2350. FDI Server Error before, but here are some links that talk about Error 2350. Please see if any of them apply to your situation.

I erased my HD. Now I can't instal mountain lion from my bootable flash drive, and keep getting "installation error. Try again."

I bought mountain lion, made a bootable flash drive.
I booted from it and it went to upgrading right away!
So I stopped it and went to my former recovery partition I erased my HD because I wanted a clean start.

How did you create the USB install thumb drive? If it was with Disk Utility I have run into this problem and have since used THIS program to make the USB install drive.
As to your problem you only have one option and that is to Reinstall the Original OS X version that came on your computer or if you still have the Lion Recovery Partition use that to reinstall Lion. Or if you system came with Lion and you have No Lion Recovery HD Partition you can boot the system from over the internet and Reinstall Lion.
At startup hold down the Command+Option+r keys until you saa a spinning Globe in the center of the screen. Once that loads Repartition the drive as One partition and then reinstall Lion.

I can't install Flash Builder from the Web Premium suite, what should I do?

I just downloaded the Adobe Creative suite 5.5 Web Premium and am about to install the program but notice a note next to the Adobe Flash Builder program... it explains that my system doesn't have the requirements needed for this program. I checked and it explains further details stating that I need to have a • Mac OS X v10.5.6–10.6 and I doubled check which version I have and it's OS X 10.5.8. Doesn't this actually mean that it does meet the requirements?
Please advise as to what can be done to be able to download this specific program.

We do still need more information such as how much memory you have,
resolution of your monitor, how much disk space you have free, which
processor are you using. I good guide is to look at the system
requirements and try to post for each of the items within the
requirements. The system requirements for Web Premium can be found
