Can't Install SB LIVE DRI

Hi guys,
I have SB LIVE 5.(SE). model: sb000
I don't have the installation disk.
I Downloaded from creative Website the file SB24_WEB64_LB__04_0055.exe
but I try to install it I get an error message:
"setup is unable to to detect a supported product on your system."
I insert the Card to the slot correctly and even the windows recognized it.
What should I do?

Isn't that an OEM model? You might try here for drivers if you are running Win2K or XP. I don't know if that will give you all the Creative applications, though.Message Edited by Katman on 0-20-2006 08:25 PM

Can't install MSI Live Update 3

Hi
I have a problem installing msi live update. I have tried with the utility cd and downloadet the newest version for MSI.
When I click the exe i run shortly and then disappears. Nothing happens - I can see the Live Update process in the taskbar.
My system are:
P965 Neo F
Core 2 Duo e6600
Does anybody know how to solve my problem?

It is done automatic when using an old version of Live Update.
However, Last night I figured it out
I disabled my security programs and opened Live Update with IE instead of Firefox
I knew it but I was very tired at the time.

Can't install CCTV Live Mac Version.

For two days in a row I have tried to install downloaded software from: english.cntv.cn/live/. This is the offical website of CCTV English News. When I attempt to install the software I get messages on my Mac saying that the package is damaged, and that the source is from an unidentified developer. Does anyone know how I can resolve tis issue? I have the same problem on all of my Mac products. Everything works fine on a Windows machine, however.

You would be better off contacting the developer of that software. They are more likely to know where the problem lies.

Can't install MSI Live Update for new bios

Hi all,
sad to say, I too have the problem of MSI Live not installing.
Just bought a GTX 970 Gaming 4G and the Live update says "this platform is not supported". I tried the version from the disc and the version offered by the MSI support site. Both led to the same experience.
Would be great if you could help me out checking my bios and providing me with the newest one if needed.
(Instructions would be great though too )

Can't Install Soundblaster Live on

I moved my Soundblaster card from a win98 system to a different system having XP with SP2 installed. All worked okay for basic audio but I needed the other goodies (mixer, midi...). When I attempted to install the software from the original CDs, it got to 95%
complete and automatically restarted the system before I had a chance to install
the updated drivers. The system stayed in an endless loop restarting, even in Safe mode.
I booted from the XP CD and did a repair which now allows booting in Safe mode but won't
allow booting in normal mode. A search doesn't find ctmm32.dll that SID 2293 refers to.
What do I do now?

Do this in safe mode:
) Attempt to install the Li'veDrvUniPack to get everything updated (this is the 23.32 MB update file found under Support/downloads for the Li've! under XP).
2) Go to start/run and type MSconfig into the dialog box
3) Inside of MSconfig go to the startup box and take a checkmark out of the Creative Taskbar application (CTtask or CTlauncher usually) also take a checkmark out of CThelper if it is there.
4) Reboot the system and see if you can get into normal mode.
5) If this fails, go into safe mode and follow these directions to Cleansweep the card: http://us.creative.com/support/kb/ar...asp?l=2&sid=72
6) Reboot back into normal mode and try installing the card from the Li'veDrvUniPack without the CD. This will give you the basic applications to get full functionality out of the card.

Cannot install windows live & integrate gmail into...

I update my Nokia E63 firmware version to 200.12.021, I couldn't integrate or open my existing gmail account from my phone.
After I enter my email and password, my phone says "connecting...." but nothing more. Also I can't install Windows Live from Ovi.

Unfortunately, you can't. When FMLE was initially released in 2007, Apple had already transitioned to using Intel processors in their computers. Your PowerPC processor isn't compatible with software written for an Intel processor. From Adobe's website, the (5 year-old) FMLE v. 3.2 has these system hardware requirements for the Apple platform:

Can't install Sound Blaster live 5.1 on Windows XP machine

Hi,
I've been using?Sound Blaster Li've! Platinum 5. on my pc running Win ME for years. I've just formatted the PC and installed Windows XP Professional on it and now when I try to install Sound Blaster from the original installation CD, I get the error "Sound blaster li've 5. is incompatible with this version of windows". It still allows me to install but then I get all sorts of errors when playing back audio files etc.
I've now?re-installed XP but obviously can't use Sound Blaster and I would really like to!
I'm a musician and not?technically minded?at all so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Is your sound card was preinstalled or was it come in a retail box?
If it is a retail version then you get the driver and applications (Win XP Professional 64 bit) from the below link.

Anybody can help me with my problem? I have a Sound Card Creative Li've! 5. Digital PCISB0220 and i can't install sofwares that is on the original cd with drivers. When i try to initalize setup this message apear : Setup could not detect any Sound Blaster Audio Card on your system.
Please ensure that your Sound Blaster hardware is properly installed before running this Setup program.
Setup will now exit.
I tryed to format disk and install system, but this couldn't helped me. I can only update drivers form cd and sound is working perfect, but i can't install any program. If program is installed succesful i can't initialize him, it's apear this error again. Help me please i dont' want do dissapoint my impressions of creative.

Just to let you know that you are not alone in this dilemma, I too have spent all day today with the same problem. I was going to reformat and do a total install, but gave up at the last moment. I did manage to get some of the software working by using the Audio folder on the CD and installing what's needed.Some of the programs sort of worked like wave studio and recorder, but the mixer (being the main part) would not work. Also when the diagnostic program is run, it says there is a hardware error although the sound works through front left and right speakers. I am lost as to why there would be sound yet the message says:
Setup could not detect any Sound Blaster Audio Card on your system. Please ensure that your Sound Blaster hardware is properly installed before running this Setup program. Setup will now exit.
If you find an answer to the problem or if anyone knows of a solution please post.

Can't install Microsoft Visio Standard 2013 because I already have 64 bit Office 2010 installed

Here's what happened - Windows 7 64 bit Pro SP1
Work laptop had Office 2007 32 bit installed
Purchased Visio 2013 Standard on Amazon
Got a legitimate product key and followed the link to download the software - 32 bit, I believe
Installed Visio 2013 Standard 32 bit
Purchased Office 2010 Pro on Amazon
Got a legitimate product key and installation media - both 32 bit and 64 bit versions
Uninstalled Office 2007 32 bit. Did nothing to Visio 2013 Standard.
Installed Office 2010 Pro 64 bit
Had a problem with the laptop. The (un)help(ful) desk uninstalled Visio 2013 Standard. Found the problem was the antivirus (what the heck is Panda Antivirus anyways??)
Tried to reinstall Visio 2013 Standard, getting an error message saying it can't install because 64 bit Office has been detected. Now I can't find a link for Visio Standard 2013 64 bit. There is 64 bit Professional version, but my key for Standard
won't work for Professional.
Called MS tech support on Sunday and spent over an hour getting hung up on and bounced from call center to call center (tech support, store, pro support, home support, and back). Called back on Monday and finally was transferred to someone in tech
support, I believe, who said MS Visio 2013 Standard is only available in 32 bit. Is this true?

Why I think that?
Because I am watching HBO in HD resolution every day, and I am watching HBO GO on my iPad (I think this is Apple product too :-)), and I watching HBO GO on my Laptop.
I have high-speed broadband internet connection (150 Mbit/sec).
But on my Apple TV I CAN NOT watch HBO GO.
My question is, Why?

My wife and I are trying to determine if we can both find to purchase, and install 10.4.11 or above on our Titanium laptop. She has recently bought the Adobe Creative Suite CS 3 and it requires 10.4.11 or above. I'm pretty sure we can add more ram at a reasonable cost but are trying to determine if we can even install 10.4.11 on a machine with a processor that is this slow.
I'm not too concerned about it running CS applications (photoshop,illustrator,in design) at top performance. It's really more of a secondary computer for us at this point. As long as the programs would function we would be fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Hi, Vance. I believe you can still order Tiger directly from Apple, by telephone only, by calling 1-800-692-7753.
You can certainly install Tiger and update it to 10.4.11 on your Powerbook, and you can maximize its RAM to meet CS3's minimum requirement of 1GB. But you'll be running it on the second-slowest of all G4 processors, with marginally adequate RAM, and with a really antiquated and underpowered video accelerator that (like all notebook computer video cards that I know of) can't be upgraded. So CS3 not only won't be running at top performance; it will be running at rock bottom performance. You may be able to live with that, but doing so will certainly be harder if you also run CS3 on another, substantially faster machine whose performance will contrast sharply with the Powerbook's.
Years ago, I upgraded my 225MHz PowerPC 604e desktop Mac to a 500MHz G3 processor and a bigger, faster hard drive. I was also using a 166MHz Powerbook 1400 with a PowerPC 603e processor at that time, and it was a third or half as fast as the desktop Mac for most ordinary purposes until I upgraded the desktop. After the upgrade, the desktop was at least eight times faster than the Powerbook in real-life processor- and disk-intensive uses. Using the Powerbook (which had been tolerable enough before) suddenly became unbearable, with the result that I soon replaced it.
