Can't install the Creative Cloud on Macbook

When I try to install the creative cloud, the Installing window disappears. Before I bought the creative cloud I had the creative cloud already installed and delete by myself. 

Try to delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folder from
/Library/Application Support/Adobe folder.
Delete Adobe Application Manager and Adobe Creative Cloud folders from
Finder/Applications/Utilities.
Run CC cleaner tool and Remove Adobe Application Manager
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
Then Try to install

    Sure , you can install on both Mac as well as PC .
    Max activation allowed = 2 computers.
    Student discounted price will be valid for one year.
    Later you can purchase with different Adobe ID , with valid proof of eligibility .
    Once you had purchased yearly prepaid subscription , it will not expire for another one whole year , whether you are still student or finished graduation. It will expire after year.

    If the software is installed on the machine and it is not activated, you would not be able to use it once the trial is expired after 30 days.
    Whenever, you wish to use it, you can buy it and can start using it.

  • I can't install the Creative Cloud app for desktop...

    I've tried several times to install the creative cloud app (or any other app for that matter), I can download it but it won't install.  I'm using windows 7.  This is the message I get ...
    I've been to the customer support website and followed the instructions for minimising start up apps and anti virus software - no luck!  I've just signed up for cloud membership and I'm losing my patience with this, could someone at Adobe please help.

    Permissions often become corrupted when upgrading the Mac OS to Yosemite. Have you tried installing from a newly created admin account or the root user account?

    So, padraig, five weeks later, have you had any luck seeing this resolved?
    Chat sessions with two different support techs, and Error 204 still prevents my CC update install.
    Meanwhile my boss is paying for CC while I continue to use CS4.
    I know I'll have to go back to Adobe support, but I'm hoping someone will find a solution and post it in the forum.

    After following every possible workaround posted everywhere, and waiting unsuccessfully for 1 hour and a half for a chat with customer support, I'm posting the issue here before I cancel my subscription to Creative Cloud.
    I'm having the same issue that many people seem to have for different error codes and no solution seems to have been found yet that is agood fit for all of them, so I'm posting here in hopes somebody does take the time to analyze what is going on instead of suggesting the "Is you power cable plugged in?" type of questions.     Please help..... I guess if nothing comes up by the end of the week I'm cancelling my subscription, I'm done with trying a bunch of stupid solutions that don't do anything. I have lost a lot of valuable time. If anybody has any good ideas please let me know.

    If there's still any developer left in the fancy and deserted HQ in San Jose that still provides support, you might want to ask them what does Exit Code 5 means for them when installing AAM, since every developer uses exit codes in their own way, to check why is the install of Adobe Application Manager failing.

    There's no easy scripted answer out of this issue, like I said, I already went through all the troubleshooting that was posted in your support forums and nothing worked. The only sure way to find the problem is to do it the proper way and find out what the error means.
