is the creative cloud desktop app installed on your computer?
if yes, did it install with any errors?
if no, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop using your registered adobe id, Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
if that fails, Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later

    Hi,
I just having problem with launching the Creative Cloud.
It was OK few days ago.
I was trying to uninstall and install again as an Administrator but no luck.
Any idea what happened and what should I do?

first try, CC applications close immediately after launch
    if that doesn't help:
        Un-install Adobe CC desktop app.
Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and find SLCache and delete it.
Go to: C:\ProgramData\Adobe and find SLStore and delete it.
        Restart.
        Install Adobe CC.
        Restart.

  • Can't deactivate apps off Creative Cloud's desktop.

Hi, when I first installed Creative Cloud I installed the apps that I thought I needed. When I realized I didn't need some of them I tried to remove it from my computer, but eventually I did a system restore because it was not cooperating. Now the app that I need the most is no longer installed on to my computer, but it is still installed on Creative Cloud's desktop. I've tried signing out, but none of the apps deactivates at all. They stay there, and I have tried going into my computer's programs to see if I happened to still have it installed. No such luck. How can I deactivate them off of creative cloud's desktop to reinstall if they do not or will not deactive like the alert message says it should?

Run the Cleaner tool and reinstall:

  • How can I reinstall apps via Creative Cloud?

Unfortunately I deleted three of my apps, and I can´t find any possibility to reinstall them. Would be happy if someone can help me. Have massive amounts of work waiting.

    Hi Maya,
Please refer the article: CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed if apps are showing up to date if not installed. If still the same issue then you may follow the below mentioned:
    Windows:
    1. Uninstall CC desktop from Control Panel.
    2. Navigate to C/Program Files(X86)/Common Files/Adobe and rename OOBE/CAPS/Backup.
    3. Install CC desktop and try to download/install apps.
    Mac:
    1. Applications/utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall CC desltop
    2. Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe and rename OOBE/CAPS/Backup.
    3. Install CC desktop and try to download/install apps.
Additionally refer the article for install instructions: Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps.
Please let us know whether it worked.

  • I can't download apps in creative cloud

I am on Mavericks, and I can't seem to download apps. I looked for the error log in Library/logs/Adobe, and I don't see a log in there.

what happens when you log into cc, https://creative.adobe.com/ and try and download a file?
if you have a problem, try using a different browser.

  • I can't get to the Creative Cloud app

I can't get to the creative cloud app. When I open "Creative Cloud" - the window opens and then immediately minimises. When I maximise - there is a weird small window in front of the CC window, which you can't close (it just displays the CC icon). I can't alt-tab to the window behind. Very frustrating. Any ideas? I am running this on Win8.1
    Cheers

You can right click the tab and choose "Close Tab" to close a tab.
Some menu entries are hidden by default and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu.
You can see the difference if you use Alt+F or Alt+B to open the "File" and "Bookmarks" menu and compare that to what you see if you use the mouse to open the menu after you have made the menu bar visible by pressing Alt or by pressing F10.
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
