Can't launch Muse. Uninstalled. Now can't re-download.
I purchased Creative Cloud, make a big commitment to it.
I am on a Mac, OSX 10.
Ihave been using Muse beta. I uninstalled the beta this morning (by dragging to Trash).
I logged into Creative Cloud, downloaded Application Manager, and downloaded Muse. When I clicked on the Launch Application button, nothing happened. Tried lots.
So uninstalled the real Muse using Utilities/Adobe Installers.
Now when I go into Creative Cloud and click on Download for Muse, I get this:
seriously? has Adobe site crashed?
I am so frustrated. I have tons of work to do with Muse today.
please help!!!!
Nope. I downloaded Muse again, but when I click on Launch Application nothing happens. Nothing. I also do see Muse anywhere in Applications folder or anywhere else I've looked via Finder. Please help me!

I've had trouble launching Muse for days now. I have a recently purchased Creative Cloud subscription. All programs work fine except Muse. When I launch muse a dialog tells me that my subscription has expired. Customer Service assures me that all is in order with the payment and that this is a technical issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Muse, Adobe Air, and Creative Cloud. I've run CCleaner. Same problem.

It sounds like the iPhoto application is damaged and needs to be reinstalled.

Steve Jobs obviously was "the man" because every update or install now gives me problems... i can no longer download anything to my iphone.. giving me errors of "cannot install at this time" and i get an error installing itunes on my other laptop... wth is going on!??!
ok so the download problem with my iphone.. what could be the cause of that? ive restarted and deleted the "undownloaded app" over 10 times already. and restarted the iphone 10 times... next thing i know i cant install itunes on my laptop.... geez man..
obviously there is a fix which someone will help... but why should i have to go through all that crap to install a so called uncomplicated software... when you think about it this really shouldnt even be an issue.
normally if the thing dosent work. normally with most programs you just uninstall the uncompleted software and just reinstall and everything is usually good to go.. help!ive never had any problems with ap[ple products in the past... this is a first and a stupid problem if you ask me

I have updated my iPhone 3Gs to the latest software in an attempt to iron out a problem with a new telephone network provider (Tmobile). I had backed up my phone before I did this. Now I have lost my music and apps. I can't sync the phone with my Mac, I can't re-download from iTunes as the phone says I don't have any music or apps available to re-download although it all shows up on my Mac. The music and app content cannot be restored when I try to restore the phone from the back up I madeon my Mac. Help!
Working on that now. I'm just getting frustrated that everytime I run updates for the phone I end up with tech problems that I have to spend time solving as opposed to updates that actually improve my usage. Now I will once again get to spend hours reloading my phone all for updates that didn't affect my usage in the first place.

How do I authorize digital editions on my laptop? I have authorized it on my desktop PC without a hassle but now I can't transfer downloaded books from my laptop to my ereader.

I would like to transfer music from my account to my wife`s on the same Mac but different 2 users (hers and mine), i want her to have her own i tunes account but now that she has downloaded all of her stuff in my account , she has to "erase and sync" all of her stuff when she opens her account which has nothing in it!, how can i send stuff from my i tunes account to hers? same computer different users, how can i trouble shoot please help!!??

Whatever you read about iTunes is wrong unless you're actually referring to feature movies, not videos. Videos, apps, music and iBooks you can re-download:

Download to your computer and then sync to your iPod touch whatever will fit.
And no, I can't say with certainty that they won't give you a refund, but it's unlikely. The most probable outcome, if you do indeed mean movies, not TV shows or other videos, is that they would set up an additional download. For other content they'll probably just direct you to the same instructions on re-downloading I just posted. -

From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

I can no longer download music from itunes store. It happened when I was trying to download songs dragged into a playlist. I tried to download more than one at a time. It stopped. Now I cant download at all. Even rebooted my machine.
OK thanks I will try that. I just don't understand why I still can't download new videos as I've deleted the software I installed and I've changed my camera settings back to what they were before when I could download into iPhoto. iPhoto is not a download and view program - it is a photo management database program that imports photos - Image Capture is a download program - Preview is a view program
The default program to download your photos is set in the preference panel of either iPhoto or image capture

Good morning , I've tried to redeem my gift ? Yet told this has already been done.
