Can't Leave Review For Apps.

I purchased an app called Battle Academy. When ever I try to leave a review it tells me I must purchase or download the app. I have already done that. I have also double checked to make sure I am logged in. Any one have any ideas,

Error Message When Leaving Review For Apps Downloaded Using a Different Country App Store
DEVICES AND SOFTWARE:
iPhone 6 Plus iOS 8.1.2, Macbook Air 11" 2013 OSX 10.10.2, iTunes 12.1.0.50
DESCRIPTION:
When attempting to leave a review for an App that has been previously downloaded or purchased using a different country store but on the same Apple ID - the user receives an error message. The issue stems from the App not being in the Purchase History of the presently associated country store as purchase history is country dependent rather than Apple ID dependent.
STEPS:
1. Login the App Store on iTunes or iOS Device using an Apple ID associated with a country.
2. Download an App for the first time using said Apple ID.
3. Change the country of said Apple ID.
4. Attempt to leave a review of the previously downloaded app.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
A user should be able to leave a review to an App he/she has previously downloaded whilst the Apple ID is associated with a different country. The App Store button should show Downloaded after the country change and the App should continue to be displayed in the Purchase history. In other words the purchase history should not be country dependent but Apple ID dependent.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
User gets an error message indicating that the app needs to be downloaded or purchased first.
NOTES:
I have tried deleting my reviews from the original country store, and yet I am still not able to leave a review. Please make the purchase history dependent on the Apple ID rather than the Country Store. If this is not possible, provide a way for users to remove to delete the purchase history from the previous country store(s) - so these apps can appear on their current country store's purchase history. Thus they would be able to leave reviews for these apps.We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple. Can't sign in to iTunes to leave review for app
Today I downloaded a new app. No problem during the purchase. I had to sign in to my account and that worked fine. Now I want to leave a review for that app, but iTunes keeps asking my for my password. It's like it doesn't recognize what I am typing in. I left a review using my iPhone and didn't have a problem signing in from there.
Is the server too busy from everyone downloading iPhone 3.0? This is frustrating. Any ideas?I am having the same problem. I reviewed Treasures of Montezuma and now that I installed iPhone 3.0 the game has slowed to a crawl. I went to sign in to change my review and note that problem and it kept acting like I was putting in the wrong password. I reset and changed my password several times with no luck.
Finally I realized I was able to log in to itunes, I just can't log in to review an app - strange bug. Perhaps related to the servers being overloaded on the iPhone 3.0 software?

I can hardly leave review for any app.
It is all time fail to me when it comes to leaving a review for the app that I am using. After spending time typing in my words and submit, the screen will pop out and tell me that my nickname is taken. There is no choice but to tap "ok" and then everything swiped like nothing had happened before!! No fail!! There is a least let me get the chance to change my nickname to a different one than wipping away all my writing. It tells how much the app store would really care about your reviews. I want to know if there is anybody else having the same experience.

Download the pages on a computer, that has internet and print them to pdf, then combine them to one pdf document and sync that document as an iBook to your iPod using iTunes.

I can't submit reviews for apps.
When I try to review an app I will type it rate it and press submit. The screen goes away as if I had submitted it. I get no error message and nothing that says the review was submitted. It doesn't ever post the review, and if I try it again I will still see my original review but it still doesn't post it with the other reviews. It's been doing this for months
The "None" option is not available. Presumably because I have already purchased on that Apple ID with a credit card.
That is not likely the case. As you can see in my account in the US store I have a bank card in place and I have the None option. -
I can't rate or write a review for app on the app store. It allows me to write out the review but does not diplay my review after sending it. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get answer as apply refuse to reply or solve my problem. Ps thanks apple for ur ignorance

AAfter an hour with Apple chat, I figured out what to do on my own. When the iPhone and iPad go to autolock, press home key and do not open- streaming will be on the screen and I turned it back on. No more stops.

Recent, I have a few apps having problems. I just want to write it on the apps review. I go to the reviews of the apps, and click write a review. First it will pop-up a box with my Apple ID already on the box where I just need to enter password. After I entered password, it will pop up another message box to request me password. This time it also says, "AOL members can sign in using their AOL username and password." Then I click the "Sign In" button on the bottom to enter password again. Then it will just pop up the "AOL" message box again, and I just repeating the same procedure. I tried to input different password. It will reply the password is incorrect immedicately. Thus, I can't write review for any apps now.
I wonder this may happend since the last update of the IOS, and then I have a few apps encoutered problems.Your profile indicates your Mac as v10.8.1 installed.
If that is correct, updating your system software may help the review issue.

When you have problems downloading apps from the App Store, if you have anti virus software installed, disable that.
And try turning off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security
And make sure you have logged out of iTunes before logging into the App Store. With the iTunes app open, from the menu bar top of your screen click Store > Sign out. -
I have OS version 4.2.1, but can't download paid-for apps because they require OS 4.3. Also, it said in iTunes that my device was already up to date... Am I going crazy, or is there going to be an update?
I don't know what generation of iPot touch I have. If I am unable to download my paid apps because my iPod is too old, I'm not going to be pleased.

How can I get updates for apps with new Apple ID. I have apps that I got for free, and some that I have purchased. I had to create a new Apple ID because I don't have a credit card now.
Apps will always be tied to the ID in which they were purchased or downloaded under. You can not change this unless you buy or download the free app using the new ID.

Go to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and tap on your account id and on the popup that you get tap on 'View Account' and log into your account - there should be a 'Turn Off Genius for Apps' button on your acocunt's page.

Can you access paid for apps/movies from iTunes on another device if you have not synced? I purchased movies on my new iPad, but need to delete some off as have no space left. I have not synced the movies I have purchased on my iPad to any other devices as yet and want to know if I can retrieve the movies from iTunes later if I removed them now without syncing first? You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
Try deleting the problematic book (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iBook store.
