Can't listen my music since i changed to ios5... What can i do?
Since i've changed to ios5 i can't hear o see no video or music , what can i do?
I've had a quite similar issue, and I've solved it by deleting the custom command set preference file (user/library/Application SUpport/ Aperture/ Comands set/)
Not sure if it'll solve your problem, but it deserves a try

all my music is gone away from my i phone 4, since i updated to ios5.0.1, i got my apps back, but music which i had is not there, my music was transfered my my computer from i tunes.

Also when i try to connect to i tunes on my phone it says cannot connect to 1 tunes store.You'll have to ask Ford. Have you applied the update they released for their bluetooth enabled audio systems a few weeks ago?

No DRM-free updates to my music since the 1st week. Whats going on?
I was wondering if I didn't have any more EMI music, but I just saw that Pat Benatar is on there and I have a lot of singles that I purchased and the albums are listed as iTunes Plus, but I'm not getting an option to update.
Anyone else running into this problem?Yes and no. I don't believe there has been another profound wave of iTunes Plus albums introduced since the first week. While there are certainly EMI albums in my collection that have not been upgraded, for the most part I assume this is due to the fact that the albums currently on offer don't exactly correspond to the versions that I bought (i.e. different master, version provided by different digital broker, different configuration of tracks, etc.) and that this problem will be remedied in due time.

Bad quality music since i update to ios5

I have the same problem on my ipad2 with ios5. I cannot open the email and contact settings, the screens closes if I try to open it. I also cannot open contacts, the app, the screen immediately disappears if I tap on the app.
And I cannot send mail if I try to type an name in the mail, the screens also disappears and the mail is closed and i am back at the Home-screen. -
Since the iOS7.0.2 update to my iPhone 4S, I can no longer choose use of my Bluetooth device if using the power cord to listen to MUSIC or answer my phone (choice of powercord as 'dock,' speaker, & phone only). Was this former-feature now an oversight?? I'd really appreciate having my Bluetooth once again listed as a choice of audio option. Especially considering the battery life is not what it was prior to this update, and requires recharging often.
Sorry to tell you but unless you have a Retail Apple Store close by, they are the only ones I have found with all the adapters and accessories. I bought an extra lightning to usb adapter the other day to use in my truck. Good luck....

I was listening to music on my ipod shuffle when it went off.It hasn't turned on since then.When i connect it to the computer,the connection and disconection sounds play continuously without the ipod showing.What could be wrong or how can i get it to work?

I am currently an owner of an Ipod Touch 4th generation. I see you are having problems with your Ipod Touch, so I will try to find a solution to your problem.
Hold down the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10sec. or until Apple logo appears (Nothing will be lost, this is just a "Hard Reset")

If not successful try the ramaining items of
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

i have an ipod 2g and my lock button wasn't working so i took the ipod apart and changed the button. the top half works but the bottom doesn't so i cant unlock my ipod but i can still listen to music and such

If you are completely confident that you didn't hide it, then you purchased those with different apple id. If you completely confident that you purchases with same apple id then you have hidden it. One of the other or you are speaking about a miracle. While miracles are possible they are not very likely. Remember

Can't listen to music while playing a game
Why can't I listen to my music while playing a downloaded app game? The game's sounds seem to be the default, can this be changed?
i dont think it works with all apps, but for a lot of them you can do it using this method, if the apps have a 'settings' option, you can usually turn the app sounds/music off, then double click the home button in order to access the music functions.

if an app has background music normally, then replacing it with something of your own is sometimes preferable. and some of us can multi-task, listening to music AND using apps! lol. -
When listening to music on ATV, it will play two songs from the playlist, then no more. You can see the playlist on songs, but it won't play. Turned everything off, reset the network...nothing works. Any ideas? It used to play fine...for hours at a time.

It is happening via "shuffle" in a playlist. Always two different songs within the playlist. You can see the next song on the screen that should, theoretically, be playing...but nothing happens. Even when you push "play" on the remote, it doesn't receive the command.
I reset, then restored ATV. Now, it doesn't limit itself to two songs, but does stop after a few. The more trial and error I do, the more I believe the problem is with Homesharing in iTunes. If I turn off Homeshare, then turn it back on, a couple more songs will play in the playlist. I have shut down iTunes, restarted computer, completed updates, but nothing seems to change it.
It used to play fine for hours on end, but has now found this glitch. -

I have downloaded every update and my battery life is better than any previous iPhone I have ever owned. I see posts from hundreds of people every day, and this is not a commonly reported problem. While there are a few random reports of battery problems, it is no more than I have seen for any other model or any other version of iOS in almost 8 years. Usually problems of rapid battery drain can be traced to bad apps (FaceBook is the worst offender) or corrupt data being synced from iCloud or other sources (gmail, Windows Live, Yahoo, etc).
The simple test is to restore the phone as New. Do not create any email accounts. Do not install any apps. Do not enable FaceTime or iMessage. Do not enable Twitter or any other social networking app. Use it for a day and check the battery usage. You will find that it is working well.

I used to have eight genius mixes and now I have four...I changed the genres around and nothing happened...I've added many more songs since it changed from 8 to 4 mixes...how can I get more again and why did it go from 8 to 4? I had the Hardcore mix and a rap mix and classic rock and grunge mixes...now I don't...I kinda want those back...the mixes I have now make no sense as most the songs on each do not correlate AT ALL to the genre mix they have been placed in. If someone could give me an answer that'd be great.
1. Don't confuse "Apple ID" with iTunes Account ID. You can have many Apple IDs but only one iTunes account active at a time.
2. If you "changed" your iTunes account ID, you actually have 2 accounts - one under the old name plus the new name.
3. You can't merge the accounts - they remain separate. Apps purcahsed under the old account name will update ONLY WHEN THE PHONE IS SIGNED IN TO THE OLD ACCOUNT NAME and visa versa.
4. Likewise, you can sync only the apps, music, media purchased under the account the phone AND iTunes are signed in to. -
ok..so i was on my iPod 5g listening to music and the sound just stopped working. And whenever i turn up the volume it says that there are headphones in. and my iPod is brand new. please if someone can help it would be awesome!
