Can't load apps updates

Hello all, after updating to version 10.5.0.142, iTunes doesn't load apps updates anymore.
When I attempt to do it, receive back a screen message saying that there are no updates available ......! but I know there are updates because if I do it from the iPad or iPhone it works fine. Anybody experienced this trouble?

Can't offer a solution but see my posting on apps updates on my Iphone and iPad hanging.
All a **** mess and I blame the latest IOS 5 update.  The first one certainly made a mess of my stuff.

Problem now resolved as I upgraded to Snow Leopard 10.6.  Seems App Store doesn't like anything previous to 10.6.

  • HT5622 I have verified my Apple ID several times on my Iphone but a can not install APP updates?  The same Apple ID works fine on my Ipad for updates etc.???

I have verified my Apple ID several times on my Iphone but can not install APP updates. Everything work fine on my Ipad using same AppleID ect.?

Sign out and back into your apple id from Settings>iTunes and App stores>(Your apple ID)>Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address. Close app store from running in the background (or restart the phone if your unsure how to do this). If when trying to update any apps they are still asking for the old apple ID, delete and re-install those apps.

  • Why my iPad can't open app update (I open I see White scene)

Why my iPad can't open app update (can open App Store and I go to update I see White scene)

It seems Apple is having some issues at their end. There have been hundreds of posts on the forum with the same problem.

  • Can't install App updates

I'm using an iPhone 3G which has been upgraded to 3.0 today. I'm attempting to update the apps I have, but it isn't working. Here's a play-by-play:
I go to "Updates". I press "update all apps". It takes me to the home screen where the apps appear to begin installing. Then a window pops up saying:
    "iTunes Terms & Conditions
    have changed.
"Before you can proceed you must
read & accept the new Terms &
    Conditions"
I press "OK". It brings up the white page with "loading" on it, but at the same time, it pops up a window identical to the last one. If I press "OK", the white page disappears and reappears, with the same pop-up reappearing. If I press "Cancel", it takes me to the Terms & Conditions. I attempt to tap "Agree", followed by a pop-up that reads, "You must accept terms & conditions to continue." I press OK, and it reads, "Thank you. Please try your purchases again." So I try pressing "update all apps" like I did in the first place, and everything that just happened happens all over again. It's a strange loophole that I can't outsmart. When I try emailing the terms & conditions, it just doesn't work. It sends the email, but I can't actually agree to the Terms & Conditions. I tried agreeing to them on iTunes, but they never came up. It leads me to believe that I already agreed to them but my iPhone "forgot" that I did.
    Please help!

    Hello,
I'm having the same problem with App updates on my iPhone - have accepted the T&C about 30 times, even with individual updates only, but I still can't download any updates.
I tried via my computer as well, but something is weird : next to "Applications" in iTunes, it says 6 updates (same as on the App Store icon on my iPhone). So far so good.
But when I click on "Updates Available" to download them via iTunes, I get to the My Applications page and it says "No updates available - check again later". It's as if I didn't have the same status on my phone and the computer, although I have "Sync all Apps" checked in the Applications tab in iTunes?
So no can do via the computer or the phone...
Anyone have an idea what might be wrong?
    Thanks in advance!

  • Can't download app updates in itunes

    I'm running Mac OS X 10.6.8 and iTunes 10.5.1.
I'm able to sync with my iphone fine and access the iTunes store (although very slowly - can take minutes to load), but when I try to download updates to my iphone apps via iTunes, it can never conncet to the the store.  It just says "Accessing iTunes Store..." in the top/middle screen.  All other internet activity is fine on the computer.  Just get this "Accessing iTunes Store..." message at the top ALL THE TIME.  Please help???

I understand that your App Store does not show your app updates. Please follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.
    1. Close All Apps on iPad: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
    2. Sign out of iTunes & App Stores: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap AppleID > Sign out
    3. Reset All Settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
    4. Reboot iPad
    5. Sign back into iTunes and App Stores: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Sign In with AppleID
Thank you for being an iTunes store customer. Apple appreciates your business.

  • Unable to load App update until old App deleted

I've been having a problem with updating Apps. I download the App update and move it into applications, I'm asked to Authenticate and when I do nothing happens. I then have to go to Applications And delete the original App. I can then Authenticate and load the App. Then I am unable to Eject the dmg. I have to relaunch Finder and then eject? This has been happening since installing Yosemite.
Have I missed a setting? Any suggestions?

I agree with you but the software that is doing this always worked prior to OS X. It works that same way until I try to Authenticate then nothing until I delete and do it again?

  • Can't load apps from appstore

On my iPhone5, when trying to load apps from appstore, after entering Apple-ID and password, download does not start, after a few seconds I am returned to the app download screen. Apple-ID and password have been verified via Apple website and are OK.
There are no iTunes downloads stuck either.
    Any idea?
    Thanks inadvance,

    Hello Georg Kupka,
I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with the iTunes iOS App Store. • Can't submit app update at last step

Trying to submit an app update to one of our existing apps. Build is uploaded, all is fine... until I get to the last page where it asks about third party content and IDFA rights. I check everything appropriately, but the "Submit" button stays greyed out. No idea why this is happening. It's like the website is not reacting to my input. Tried this on different browser too, same issue.
    Anybody seeing this happen?

Actually I got past that part already. Uploaded a pre-release buid, waited for it to get processed, added it, saved then clicked on "Submit for Review".
The screen I'm stuck on is the one they ask about 3rd Pary Content Rights and Advertising Identifier. The "Submit" button is generally greyed out until you've answered all the questions, but even after I've done so, it stays greyed out. One thing I've noticed is that the page seems to be missing a question. It used to also ask me about Encryption... but that question is no longer there. Is it just the webpage rendering wrong on me so that I can't see/click the first question?

  • Can't detect app updates

Since my laptop had Windows updates 2 days ago, iTunes will no longer detect app updates.  Can I correct this?

I don't believe this is to do with the windows update as I ran that on Tuesday evening and my app updates stopped showing late on Friday evening (all UK time).
It's a widespread problem (not sure if it is affecting Apple users) and definitely affecting windows users (I have machines with 7, 8 and 8.1 and none show updates).

  • How can I get App Updates in Notification Center?

    Hello,
I am trying to get notified about App Updates from the notification Center. The App Store icon is not listed when I go to "Notifications" in System Preferences. I did see one article about it stating that if I disabled Spotlight in the "Startup .....(I cannot remember the word I saw in the article)" then they will not show in the Notification center. Can anyone help? Thank you.

    Try resetting the App Store.

  • I can not load or update any aps. Any advice?

Since the recent update I've had a few bugs that sorted out but now I can't get any updates or load new aps.

    Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.
If nothing above helped, try here >   iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
No data is lost due to a reset.
