Can't log in to a new 2007A installation.
I'm doing my first B1 install for demo purposes on an XP laptop. I already have a working copy of SQL Server 2005 Express Edition installed. The B1 server and client installation process went smoothly. I have the license manager running and SQL server running. I followed the instructions in section 6.5 of the Administrator Guide for creating a user account and super user account through SQL Server Management Studio Express.
When I start B1, I click to choose the company, click to change the server, check the trusted connection box, and then I get the OEC Computers demo company listed. I put in the one of the user accounts that I created above and the password, and I get an error 131-93 "Wrong user name or password".
I double checked my user name and password by creating an ODBC data source to test a connection to the demo database, and it succeeds.
Since I am new at this, it is entirely possible that I missed a step. What could be preventing me from logging in?

You are in final stage of Installation, you need to run the Services in SAP Server Tool for Licence Server. I will tell you the procedure do it accordingly.
STEP 1: Start- Programs-SAP Business OneSAP Server Tools-License Server---Click on Start.
STEP 2: In Second Screen shot which you have send as an attachment,you have to give Server Name and click on OK
STEP3: In the first Screen Shot which you have send as an attachment, select OEC Computers and give the
User Name: Manager and
Password: Manager
It will automatically open SAP Business One.
Try the above Steps, If you have any doubts.

Hello I have just sold my old macbook and so transfered all my data to my newer macbook using transfer manager. This allowed my to login on the newer computer under either the old or new username so I could access both computers' data on my newer computer. Last night that worked but today I can only access my newer user and a guest user. Where did my old user name and all the data go after the transfer? Help please! I have to give the buyer the old computer today!
AminahI am not familiar with "transfer manager." Did you perhaps use the Migration Assistant? What operating system is installed on your new computer?
If you look in your hard drive, in the Users folder, do you see a folder with the name from your user on your old computer?

How can i log in to my new mac?
I just got a new macbook pro and followed through all the steps to transfer things to my pc. Now when it started up it gives me 2 options to click. TMartineZ, which was my account name from my pc. And then theres ASP.NET Machine Account. After clicking either it has me enter a password but it also says password expired click to change. However i never set a password and therefore dont have the old password and cant use my new mac. I tried using the password from my pc and my itunes account with no success. Help me please.
If you did not set any password, then just leave it blank in the "old password" bracket, then put in the new password if you want to ( if not, just leave it blank too) its your Mac account password , doesn't concern with either your PC password or itunes account password

You can log out of an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and you can then log in with a new account - any content that was downloaded by the currently logged in account will remain tied to it, so only that account can potentially redownload those items and download updates to its apps.
Similarly if you want to use a new account for the cloud then Settings > iCloud > Sign Out and then log in with the new account -
Wrong email for new ID verification email, how can I log in to change the wrong email?
Just changed my Apple ID but after I was done I realized the email I used as my ID is wrong. Now when I try to sign into iTunes I am being asked to verify the new ID using the verification email sent to the new email, problem being that that new email is wrong and I can't access it. How can I log back into my account to change that email? Help please.

Ok, my MacBook haven't had any issues earlier, until today. At first Safari was acting kind of weird in that sense that a lot of letters were missing when you went on certain webpages, so I thought of updating since an alert-window popped up and notified that new updates were ready to be installed. So I opened up App Store through my Applications-folder and selected update.
First it asked if I wanted to connect my Mac to a powersource but since I had charged the battery to 79% I didn't think it was necessary. So I continued, computer restarted and began installing the updates.
Everything went fine until it was approximately three minutes left. An error message popped up and said something like "An unknown error has occured. Please restart your computer and try again". I pressed OK, rebooted my computer and when it asked for my password I typed it in. After I pressed OK, the computer indicated it was the wrong password. I tried multiple times and sometimes with different passwords... so now I can't simply log in! What's the problem?

Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
When the menubar appears select Terminal from the Utilities menu.
Enter resetpassword at the prompt and press RETURN. Follow
instructions in the dialog window that will appear.

Whenever I update my iPhone software, it asks me to sign in to iCloud with an old email address. My other devices all have the correct address. How can I get the correct address for my iPhone? The only Apple ID that works for logging in is my new one.
To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account

Can't log in with newly created user on new install of Arch [solved]
Hi all,
Yesterday I installed Arch anew (because I had a hardware failure that took out my hard drive), but now I'm encountering an issue with logging in.
After following the installation guide, and creating a new user, I find that I'm unable to log in as said user.
It complains about wrong password, but it's the exact same password that I entered mere moments before that, when creating the new user.
I can "log in" as said user by first logging in as root (which does work) and doing "su - <username>" (though then it doesn't ask for a password).
Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this problem?
