Can't log in to office Spiceworks - please help

Scenario: While I was on holiday our spiceworks installation was upgraded to the latest version, now I can't login.
The passwords I have tried didn't work, so when I tried to reset my password I was informed that my account did not exist.  I then created a new account online but I still cannot log in to our help desk.
I assume one of the other admins could remove the account and add me again, but I don't want to loose all my history.  It there a better solution to this so that I can retain my past history?

I kinda have the same problem. My old email was jammed and i can't access it so i can't verify my email for the CC, i created a new account with new email i made my plans and everything seemed that are working fine. But CC keeps showing me the old email and wants me to verify it no matter what. I can't not access sing-in/sing-out options or anything, i reinstalled CC many times and it doesn't work. PLEASE help i can't do anything , i can't install any software i need to work on immediately!!! Any solutions??????
