Can't login to Apple Discussions from phone

I've done it before.. but now every time I try to login I just get a white screen... of couse I am writing this from my Mac Pro because I can't from the iPhone... all the other websites seem to work fine. I can get to apple.com and see the discussions but can't login anymore. Any suggestions? I've restarted and restored so that isn't an issue. Thanks

Well, I finally was able to log on to discussions from my iPhone. I tried everthing (I thought). Cleared Cache, Cookies, restarted phone, still couldn't log in, then I tried to log in to my internet banking secure site and got a java script error stating I had to have cookies enabled... I checked and they were off for some reason (I do not remember turning them off), I selected 'from visited'... still didn't work, I selected 'Always', still no secure log in, I again restarted the phone after enabling the cookies and it still didn't work. I was about 5 minutes away from doing a complete restoral (I really didn't want to do this), but first I tried one last thing that worked... I reset the settings (Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings) and lo and behold, it works fine now. Just had to put a few preferences such as how I have the contacts sorted back to the way I like them.

Can't login to Apple Discussions from Firefox

I just tried logging in to Apple Discussions while using Firefox and was not able to do so. I clicked 'login' as I always have and it took me to a 'create new account' page. Thinking something on the site may have changed and I needed to update my information I filled in the spaces, clicked 'agree' to the user license and agreement and clicked 'ok'. I was taken back to the same 'create new account' page. I tried this a couple more times and nothing ever changed. I opened Safari and it worked immediately. I prefer Firefox over Safari - please help.

Check your java settings and empty your cache.
I assume you are using firefox 3, I have firefox 2 and it works okay on Apple's site. Firefox 3 was too
unstable so I went back to version 2.

Can't login to Apple Discussions

I'm typing this from my Mac at work.
On my iMac at home I cannot login to Apple Discussions. When I click on the login button it brings me to a grayed out page.
Also, I noticed that I cannot access BBC websites like for news etc.
I restarted my modem but no change. I'm stumped as to what is happening. Any help greatly appreciated.
Currently my DNS servers are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

What are you trying to use as your payment method, credit card, debit card ... ? Debit cards don't appear to still be accepted in all countries, and even where they are it seems (based on what some people have posted) that not all work.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined (but you might not be able to use a debit card) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

How can we disassociate an Apple ID from a set of computers formated from a single computer using Carbon Copy Cloner and a single image and then Migration Assistant to install their old profile? The original ID is the Apple ID for all the stores.

Here is a bit more detail.
We were replacing old teacher machines and wanted to do it as efficiently as possible. Therefore, we set up one computer, through the OS installation and ran all updates, and then made a disk image so that we can use Carbon Copy Cloner to image all the other computers without having to run all the other updates. Once they were set up to a base level and assigned to a teacher we used Migration Assistant to import all their old files and items. Everything has been fine until recently the computers became aware of needing an update for one or two apps. The machine asks for the original computer's Apple ID for all updates. We have logged out of the apple id and back in with another to test if running the updates will work with that Apple ID and even after a refresh it still asks for the other Apple ID. How can we disassociate the Apple ID from those other computers so that the individual who owns the original is not needed each time there is an update or has to give out their Apple ID password?

There are two parts to this:
1) It may be that you should have an Apple Education Support person helping you with this. If you have enough computers for this to be a problem, you may benefit from a Server, a site license, and an occasional visit from an Education Support Specialist.
2) The brief answer, if you want Individual Apple_IDs to control each computer, is to buy new copies of Mac OS X under those new Apple_IDs and re-download and re-Install. Mac OS X is customized to the Apple_ID before it is downloaded.

Tthe brute force method: start with Settings > iCloud and turn off Find My (you will need the password), then change the iCloud ID, then go to the apps such as Messages, FaceTime, etc, and delete the Apple ID and enter the new one.

As I was saying earlier that is not possible because the Apple TV has no accessible storage and streaming from your iMac is done via home sharing on your local network.
iTunes purchases can be accessed via the cloud on Apple TV. If you have iTunes Match you can access your full music libary from the cloud.
Using the iPad to watch your films would require syncing them and then connecting the iPad to a TV.

Agree with Tidbits
Sprint locks their phones and Verizon will not add the IMEI into the Verizon database. Since the CDMA iPhone 4 has no SIM card, there isw no option for that. So in full summary It will not work, not at all.
