Hi,
From your Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Autofill tab. Click the Edit button next to: User names and passwords.
Delete the Facebook url.
Quit Safari. Open Keychain Access (Applications/Utilities) Select Passwords on the left.
Delete the Facebook keychain.
Relaunch Safari. Try logging into FB again. If you still have problems, go back to Keychain Access and delete the "Safari Forums Autofill" keychain.
Relaunch Safari and try again.

Make sure you have checked off iCloud contacts in your Contacts app under Groups in upper left corner.

i can't open my Facebook in safari...what to do?

Try flushing the DNS cache. To do so,
    1. Quit Safari.
    2. Open Terminal.app (type 'Term' in the Spotlight searchbar) and paste the appropriate command for you version of OS X from below. Then press 'return' on your keyboard.
    In Tiger (10.4)
    lookupd -flushcache
    In Leopard (10.5) / Snow Leopard (10.6)
    dscacheutil -flushcache
    In Lion (10.7) / Mountain Lion (10.8)
    sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
With Lion/Mountain Lion, you’ll have to follow the command with your Admin password, which will be invisible when you type it.
    3. Restart Safari and test.

  • Can't login to FaceBook App using 9220 curve

I can't login through Facebook App. I always get the error message "You have entered an incorrect email/password combination. Hint: Facebook passwords are case sensitive (2401)"
I'm sure I'm typing the correct email and password. We even try my wife's and my other friends' Facebook account and we always gethe same error message.
I tried uninstalling and installing the latest app version 4.00.13. I even try to login at m.facebook.com using the browser but I also got the same error message. Basic troubleshooting, reset, refresh and all other stuffs but it will still not let me login.
I thought there were some issues with the keys (when I'm typing) but I tried with other Apps, (YouTube, Twitter, etc.) but they are all working.
Please help me? If you can also give me the link where I should file this case.
Thank you so much and more power!

    Hi adrian0275
Welcome to BlackBerry Support Community Forums
Are you able to login to your facebook account from a PC ? If so then I believe you are not able to enter your login crediantial on your BlackBerry , If you have a mixture of different characters in your password or email ,and you are not able to properly enter those on the BlackBerry keyboard. For example , if your password is
    adrian0275
    And you enter a > d > r > i > a > n > 0 > alt  > 2 > 7 > 5
    the actual result will be
    adrian02zd
    You must enter
    a > d > r > i > a > n > 0 > alt >2  alt > 7 > alt > 5
to get adrian0275 on your device. So, while on the BlackBerry keyboard you think you are typing adrian0275 , you are actually typing adrian02zd .
Plaese take your time and enter those figure correctly on your device and see if that work .

  • Can no longer access Facebook via Safari on iPhone

Ever since I loaded IOS 6 onto my iPhone 4, I cannot get to Facebook via Safari...it automatically reverts to the fb app. Even if I put www.facebook.com into the browser. I still access fb via Safari on my ipad (new ipad). This is important as I have low vision and the font is too small on the app.

I have the problem after upgrading my iPad to iOS 6.
It started with the app store, then facebook app and finally can't access to any apple.com page.
Already restore the iPad and now I can access to app store. Still working to get back my access to facebook.
If anyone has an idea about this?

  • Can't share to facebook via safari anymore??

When Safari opens a link on my iphone and I want to share it to my facebook page, I used to be able to hit the envelope with the arrow coming out of it on the bottom of the screen (middle). When I do this now, facebook is not longer listed on my phone, however Twitter, Print, Add Bookmark, Add a Reading List, Add to Home Screen, Mail Link to this Page are all options.  My husband gets Facebook as an option on his iphone, and as I said I used to as well. How do I get this capability back? It drives me nuts without it.
Thanks for your help in advance,
    Lyndsie

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Does it work fine when you are connected to a Wi-Fi network? If yes, I suggest that you check your APNs, so there are no Proxy/Port that is causing this behaviour. You can find this via Settings > More... > Mobile networks > Access point name > Tap your internet APN and remove Proxy/Port if they are set.

  • Can't Login To Facebook

    First off...
I allow all port 80 to external sites
I allow all port 443 to external sites
Then I have Linkwall lock it all down from there.
I've allowed some specific users to get to Welcome to Facebook! | Facebook and they can get there okay. The rule I'm allowing this to happen with is *facebook.com/* but when they try to login, they're blocked because of:
    https://login.facebook.com
Port 443 I presume? I'm at a loss. I've put in every combination I can think of. Any ideas?
Other port 443 authenications (eBay for example) work fine.
    Thanks!

You will need to add a rule to allow port 443 for sure. (Can't make an
HTTPS rule). The question is really what to allow - it may be as
simple as a TCP port 443 rule for DNS domain facebook.com. (Try that
first). It may be that other url's are involved here, due to redirects
of the traffic once you start connecting to facebook. If you have
common logging enabled, the logs will tell you what is being tried
there. (I recommend RTMonitor to look quickly at the log when
    debugging things like this).

  • Can't login to Hotmail via Safari since upgrading to OS X Yosemite

Has anyone else had a problem logging into Hotmail.com or Outlook.com via Safari (or Firefox, Chrome and any other browser) since upgrading to OS X Yosemite?  I can log in via Safari on my iPad and iPhone, but not on my 2008 iMac running Yosemite.
    Thanks.

The Canon MG series uses two protocols - Apple's Bonjour and Canon's own "canonijnetwork". Bonjour is used by the printer and scanner component, while the Canon protocol is used by the printer only. Given that you cannot locate either via the Add printer window and I'm assuming the printer is networked, then open Safari and then its preferences and select the Advanced tab. You will see an entry of Bonjour and the option to enable it in the Favorites bar or Bookmarks menu bar. Enable one of these and then close the Safari Preferences window. Now open the Bonjour bookmark (via the Favorites bar or Bookmarks menu). Do you see the MG5220?
If not, then check what IP address it is using by printing a network data list. If you then enter the IP address into Safari (for example http://10.0.1.10) this should connect to the internal web page of the printer. Does this happen? If yes, then it at least shows that you have a working connection between your Mac and the printer. If it does not connect to the MG5220 web page, then check what IP address your Mac is using and compare that to the MG. Typically for a home network the first three sets of numbers in the IP address (known as the subnet) are the same and the last number (known as the network address) is different for each device on the local network.

  • Can't login to Facebook account

I've entered email/password, per regular account, under the Add Accounts widget. I keep getting the "Internat Server error, try again" message. I've checked and rechecked my typing. I can enter it by going through the browser/Facebook/etc.
But I want to add the account. Help

Instead of using the Add Accounts Widget, enter your Facebook application to enter your credentials. Once you verify on the Facebook application you will be able to access the account via the Widget as you will not have to enter credentials again. If you do not have the Facebook application you can download from the Market.
If you do have the application installed, please remove and then download again as the application may have become corrupted. A soft reset may also resolve the issues outlined on your post. To perform a soft reset on your phone please follow the instructions below:
Remove battery with phone ON. Replace battery after 10 seconds. Power phone ON. Allow phone to complete the applications registration.

  • Safari 4 - Blue circle when trying to login in facebook.

    Hi
I have trouble over the last week or so trying to login into facebook using Safari 4. When I enter the password and click login a Blue circle appears and will not login. I have googled this and posts seem to point to a Java problem but all the solutions posted so far have not worked. Any ideas because this is driving me mad!

  • Cannot login to Facebook on my iPhone 5 iOS 8.1 - Connection timed out - Error signing in

The other day, I had logged out of Facebook on my iPhone, and when I tried logging back in, it wouldn't let me. When I try to log in through the settings page, it stays on verifying for a while and says "Error signing in" and tells me there is no internet connection and when I try logging in through the facebook app, it says "Connection timed out" and asks me to make sure i have an active internet connection. The fact is my internet is working, and I can log in to facebook through safari, but not my app.
And one more thing. I have tried most of the methods mentioned in the forums. I have spent the last 2 days trying all of them from trying to create a new account using the old details, remove the phone number from facebook and try again, hard reboot by pressing the home and power buttons, resetting network and privacy settings, and reinstalling the app about 3-4 times. None of these work.
I'd be grateful if somebody can help me out with this .
