Can't login yahoo email by clicking the login button

This happen after upgrading to Version 8. By normal operation, my computer at home can't use the regular login way to login to mail.yahoo.com. But, I still can use the https way to login to yahoo email.
After typing user and password, and click login button, nothing happen. It just sit there and not going anywhere.

I can't use https://mail.yahoo.com to login after upgrade to Firefox 8. But I can login by using http://mail.yahoo.com
So, is something broken in Firefox for https in version 8 or yahoo had recently change of preventing us to use that URL to login?
When using https://mail.yahoo.com, after type in user name and password, it just seats there, and going no where

That is this setting:

The setting in "Options > Advanced > General" is meant as an accessibility feature, as you can see by the label of that section, so that people with disabilities or people who use screen readers do not get confused and is not meant as a safety protection to stop redirecting.

Outlook 2007 hangs when clicking the To button in a new email

Hello,
I have a person whose Outlook 2007 hangs whenever they create a new email and click the To button to bring up the GAL. By hangs, I mean it becomes unresponsive and you have to End Task the new email, which causes Outlook itself to crash. I've tried the following:
Repairing Office
Uninstalling/Reinstalling Office
Creating a new profile
The only thing that fixes it is running Outlook.exe /safe, but that's not an acceptable long term solution. I have tried disabling all add-ons and running Outlook normally, but it still hangs.
If anyone has any ideas or can help in any way, I would really appreciate it.

Step 1: Disable the addins in Outlook 2007:
On the Tools menu, click Trust Center, and then click Add-ins.
In the Add-ins box, identify the add-in that you want to enable or disable and note the Add-in type located in the Type column.
Select the Add-in type in the Manage box and then click Go.
Select or clear the check box for the Add-in that you want enable or disable and then click OK.
Step 2: If you have bigger PST/OST files then it may take a while to load - during the time, it may become unresponsive. Just for testing, remove the PST file and reopen the
Step 3: Also you can try opening the Outlook in Online mode (if you currently use Outlook in Cached mode)

Step 5: You can control the running add-ins - which needs to run: By default, Outlook allows any installed add-in to run. On the Tools menu, click Trust Center.
In the left pane, click Macro Security.
Click Warnings for signed macros; all unsigned macros are disabled.
In the left pane, click Add-ins.
Select the Apply macro security settings to installed add-ins check box.
You can try the above steps and let me know whether this resolves the issue or not?

You need two independent set of cookies to achieve this and only an extension can do this.

You can get a second set temporarily by switching to Private Browsing mode and keep the current session open, but that still allows you to only one access one account at the time and you need to login again after reverting to the first account by stopping PB mode.

Can't open yahoo email

I just upgraded to os 10.9 and to safari 7. I cannot open my web-based yahoo email. It's there, I just can't open it. I get the message to try again later.

Instead of using Safari to access your Yahoo email account, setup the account using Mac Mail. It's an easy procedure.
Open Mac Mail. From the Mail menu bar click Mail > Preferences then select the Accounts tab then the Account Information tab.
Click + under the panel on the left then select Yahoo and follow the instructions.
No more using a browser to access email or at least have that as an alternative when you have problems with Safari.

JS can not interact with open dialogs in any way, unless it's a dialog
created in JS using the Dialog object.

How can I copy an email address from the form results while online?

Our form contains a field where the users submitted their email address. But I am not able to mouse over this data in the "View Responses" tab, and copy the email address by selecting the email address and Ctrl C, and neither can I right-click this data field and copy it.
Our organization just switched to Microsoft Office 365, and "mailto" links on web pages can no longer be clicked to launch a native desktop email client program. So the users tasked with responding to forms submitted via Formscentral now have a much harder workflow. They are compelled to download the data as a spreadsheet, just to be able to cut and paste an email address into their reply email.
I suggest and request that the Flash-based "View Responses" tab be modified to allow email addresses to be selectable and able to be copied to the "clip board". This would allow users who can't execute a clickable mailto link to copy and paste the email address from Formscentral into a new email. Many organizations like mine are moving away from native client-based email programs like Outlook to save money, in favor of cloud based SAS web-based email like Office 365.
Is there some other way to enable mailto links where no client email program is installed on the users PC?

While I am still looking for a better answer, I've discovered a way to cut and paste email addresses from the FormsCentral "View Responses" dashboard. I wrote up the instructions to help our users and thought I'd share them in this forum as well.
But it would be nice if there was a simpler solution... Can anyone offer a better way?

Unable to login Yahoo email

I tried that and it doesn't work. I am able to login using my wife's Yahoo email account on the iPhone. Just not mine. Keep on getting "Server Unavailable".

When I click the home button, it takes me to my home page AND opens a blank tab. How can I get it to stop opening the new tab!

I have igoogle as my hompage. When I click the home button, it will open my igoogle page but also open up a blank tab as well. Firefox didn't always do this, it just started. When I left-click the home button, how can it open my home page in a new tab?

I thought it used to do that. I had to do a clean install of Windows, I believe I was only on FF 22 or 23 when this happened. Now I'm on FF 26 and obviously all my settings are gone.
I'm 99% sure that when I left-clicked on my home button, it opened my home page in a new tab. I know I can middle-click to get that affect, but it used to be left-click and I do that automatically now. But I don't want to lose the current window I have up, so something's wrong.
Anyone know how to fix this? Or an add-on to do this?

If you hold down the Ctrl key while left clicking the Home button then the home page opens in a new tab.<br />

I have created an interaction to show 7 groups and 7 clickable objects. Once all are click the Next Button is show. How can you make that work if you want to embeded the SWF just created but show a button in a master Captivate?

In flash you can have a shell that has the navigation and some button in the shell are not activated until all clickable objects are clicked. I am not a flash programmer but it was related to using the path of shell and the sub-project.

Hello Lieve, That is the screen shot of my custom interactivity, when all labels are clicked the Continue button will be shown because there is a conditional validating if all Labels have now a value of 1. What I am trying to achieve is to create an interaction where where the continue button (an the back button would reside in another Captivate project. This way there is no reprograming required or use of share-actions. Everytime we use a similar advanced action or a shared action we have to make sure the object name in the advanced actions or conditional actions are not the same. I trying to make it a bit dump proof for somebody that does not know any thing about advanced action and just reuse the label interaction in may projects. (The only thing they would change would be the image and the content of the label.

In that sample the continue is always there and can be click anytime. The 3 steps animation has been done as another project and embedded in my main captivate. I would like to implement a solution where a my 7 labels have to be clicked in the subproject before showing and enabling the Continue button.

I hate the update of the bar. It has totally done away with being able to skip back several places in the browser; now I can only click the back button and go back one page at a time. I otherwise hate the new layout, too. How do I undo this?

I can't choose a specific page to skip back to but must click the back button over and over to get back to where I want to skip to. The little headings "most visited," "getting started," "Youtube," etc. have changed. They look more colorful, but I hate how the home button is clear over to the right side of the page, etc. What was wrong with the way everything was before? I HATE this new update, and I didn't even want it.

You can get the drop down list by either right-clicking on the back/forward buttons, or holding down the left button until the list appears.
