Can't logon to directory through sync_user, but can through Tx LDAP - Find

Hi,
I'm trying to import users into SAP from MS Active Directory using RSLDAPSYNC_USER. When running it I get the error "Could not logon to directory" with the diagnosis "The combination of user name (DN) and password transferred to the directory was not accepted by the directory."
My settings in RSLDAPSYNC_USER is:
Connection: the only server and connector I have created
User: no information entered here
Both Dir and DB: Ignore
Only Dir: Create in DB
Only DB: Ignore
Time meas: no information entered here
I have not extended the schema since I don't want to change anything in AD, only copy the users from AD into SAP. I have set Import Mapping, and Import Synch on all my fields in LDAPMAP, and one field with the additional indicators Filter, Export mapping, RDN Mapping (since theses apparently are required, even if you don't want to write anything in the AD?).
I can however logon to the server using Tx LDAP, and I manage to get search results using Find in Tx LDAP. I have only created one LDAP server, one System User and one LDAP Connector in Tx LDAP.
I have tried to use both Simple Memory and Secure Storage as the Credential Storage for the System User. I have entered the password for the user in credentials. When I for testing purporses choose Simple Memeory and also remove the credentials for the System User, and try to run RSLDAPSYNC_USER again, I get the following messaged:
<green> Conenction created to server AD_X
<red> Operation Failed
<red> LDAP_SEARCH failed
<red> The system could not create the directory object ppol
<green> Connection to server AD_X terminated
Can I interpret this error message in some way? Logically I think my first try should work since I'm using the same server/user/connector when running RSLDAPSYNC_USER and it fails, as I do when I run a Find through Tx LDAP and it works.
Is there something I'm missing?

The order of the DN of the user was wrong... it worked when I switched places of the DCs...

Thanks petermac87...but for some reason, the only purchases showing are OS. So assuming iPhoto is in Mountain Lion, I was hoping to look under Hidden Items there as you suggested, but there is no option for that. Only option is to download Mountain Lion again, not iPhoto specifically. Any ideas welcome!

In your case, it would be better to have transferred the library to an external drive from the PC. Then, connect it to the iMac and put the library onto the Music folder.
You used Migration Assistant, and it creates a new user with the transferred data.
Open  > Log Out, and log in the new user. Then, open a Finder window, choose Music in the sidebar and you will see the iTunes library. Now, you have to move the iTunes library to /Users/Shared (select Go menu -in the menu bar- > Go to Folder, type that and copy the iTunes library to it). Finally, log in the other user, go to the same folder and move the library to the Music folder.
After doing that, open System Preferences > Users and Groups, choose the user created by Migration Assistant and press the - button to remove it. This is easier if you have an external drive

LDAP CUA problem -- Could not logon to directory

I'm facing difficulties in accessing Active directory from SAP.
The LDAP Connectors were setup correctly (status with Green light).
The System User were also setup as: UserID :DirectoryUser; Distinguished Name:"cn=DirectoryManager" (DirectoryManager is a username in my Active Directory)
The LDAP Servers were also setup as: Hostname="sapserver001.abc.com", port number="389", Product name="MS03 Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory (Domain Mode)", Protocol Version="LDAP Version 3", LDAP Application="User", Base entry ="ou=Company00", System Logon="DirectoryUser"
But when I tried to logon the directory, system returns message:"Could not logon to directory"

Diagnosis
The combination of user name (DN) and password transferred to the directory was not accepted by the directory.
Procedure
Check the set or entered data for the user and password for the directory.
If you are using an application with which you do not need to enter this data directly, you can find the data as configuration setting in the LDAP server used ("System User" field).
Procedure for System Administration
Check whether you can log on to the directory with the entered data using the LDAP protocol.
Note: A frequent error when using the Microsoft Active Directory is that the user enters their Microsoft Windows user name instead of the full Distinguished Name, since it is also possible to log on to the directory using this Microsoft Windows logon with Microsoft tools (such as ldp.exe). However, these tools do not use the user/password logon used by the SAP system.
Could anyone help me find the solution?
For more information, I'm using Windows server 2003 as my AD server.

In the control panel of sapserver001.abc.com., I open "Active Directory users and computers", within abc.com, I created an OU as "Company00", and under that OU, I created the InetOrgPerson "DirectoryManager".
That's all the information I can provide.

The problem has been solved. that's because I specified wrong user name, if I enter"DirectoryManager" instead of "cn=DirectoryManager" in the Distinguished Name field, it will be ok. or, I should input entire path "cn=DirectoryManager,OU=employees,DC=abci,DC=com".
Just one more question: is there any tools or commands that can display the detail information of Active Directory on windows server 2003? I just wonder whether the detailed path like ""cn=DirectoryManager,OU=employees,DC=abci,DC=com"" can be shown by the tool or command.
And I have run ABAP program RSLDAPSCHEMAEXT to get an LDIF file for SAP fields extention on AD server, after successfully imported into the Directory, where can I find out/verify the added fields which are coming from SAP?
Sorry I'm lack of knowledge of Active Directory, any suggestions are appreciate.

The path C:\users\owner\appdata\local\apple\apple software update\bonjour64.msi cannot be found. verify that you have access to this location and try again or try to find the installation package "bonjour64.msi" in a folder from which you can install the product bonjour.
Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on 25 June 2010. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (The results from mydigitallife and Major Geeks are worth checking.)
After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp. Restart the PC, and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

I have a MacAir with iMovie 10.0 and have lost several Facetime Clips that were imported through iMovie. Can anyone help me find them?

I have been recording through import > Facetime days of painting a seascape. I have been recording then working with short clips (5-30 minutes) that I then fast forward 200x... This is a big project with hours of video that have been condensed into about 5 minutes. When I went to review the playback, I discovered a missing few days worth of video clips in the middle of the project. the only thing that I did was show the project (just as a playback) to a friend (which I had done before but I had already drug down all the imported clips). I have searched the boards and not found a similar situation. Can anyone help me find them or are they lost forever?

I've read that there is an add-on that adds Sync, included with FF starting with 4.0, to Firefox 3.6, but can't seem to find it. I need to keep a zoo of different browser versions, including 3.x, but want to sync stuff nonetheless.
So far, I tried variants of "Weave" and "Sync" on addons.m.o, and Google, but to no avail.

I use several different computers, different software, and a mobile device, too. I have the bulk of my important data in a FF3.6 profile, and I also need to keep the FF3.6 for web development purposes (every version renders slightly different, but the difference between 3.6 and 11 is very noticable). Also, FF11 has some problems, like forgetting passwords, but accrued an independent set of bookmarks, passwords, add-ons etc., so trashing that is not an option, either (although I am usually on 11 these days). Wading through tons of stuff to merge is not a good option either, and Sync would have helped to unify all of that.
@TonyE: Would Xmarks and LastPass merge with Sync data from newer FF? I'll give that a whirl.
@cor-el: Thank you for the link. It does explain the current situation, but the arguments put forward in that article are that highly aggravating marketing speak that I have come to expect from the Mozilla Corp. guys.
I still don't understand why they couldn't let the addon online for a few more days, maybe with a disclaimer that support ran out on mm/dd/yyyy, and that it will e.g. be pulled together with the main product.
