Can't make a purchase on appworld

OK, I'm having a few problems... All three of them started today.
I have a playbook 32 GB, purchased in December. I've purchased many apps through Appworld, successfully upgraded to OS 2.0. And everything was great UNTIL....
Problem #1. I have two Gmail accounts, both of which were running in the messages app. Today for no reason the app repeatedly pops up and asks for my password to one of them...always the same one. But it wouldn't accept the password, kept popping up until finally I hit cancel. Then I went to gmail onmy pc, verified that the people was correct and the actual ount working normally. But playbook still wouldn't accept it. So I went to gmail, changed my password for this account only, got and responded to the verification email, and entered the new details in playbook's accounts section. All was good for about 10 minutes.. Now it's popping up again and rejecting my new password. Help please!
Problem #2. Tried to purchase a game on appworld.  It popped up as usual with my BlackBerry I'D asking for the password, which I entered as usual. It then reported that this wasn't a valid blackberry ID. Tried several times. Finally went to the BlackBerry ID page on the web and re-entered my details without changing the password. Got and responded to the verification email. All is good, yes? Except...Appworld still won't recognize or accept it. I have never had a problem with appworld in the past. Which leads to the final problem....
Problem #3. I decided I needed support, and went to the direct support page. The page recommends registering the product in advance,  so i entered my serial # and all other details. That's when I was told that I don't qualify for the 90 day free support. I don't know why... I'm within the 90 days since purchase, and the offered alternative --incident support-- didn't seem to be relevant to my situation at all. So here I am in this forum, hoping for some help...and hoping also that my playbook is now registered...it's unclear whether the the information I entered was actually recorded anywhere.

just call them...i bought my PB when it came out...but I had an issue recently and called them up and they helped me out....
Sorry can't help you with any of the other problems...mine are working fine...
