Can't make Apple Store purchases
I can no longer make a purchase from Apple. Apple says my info does not match with the info from my bank. My nank says they see the requests from Apple and they were all accepted. What's the problem?
We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know. It's a credit card that you are using (I don't think that debit cards are still accepted), and it's registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is and your bank have confirmed that it's ok from their end then you could try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's not being accepted : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

Currently my apple tv 3 downloads movies/shows when I want to watch them. I'd prefer if it downloaded everything already and it is all available locally without having to download gigabytes from the internet.

how did you formated the partition in NTFS ? ... on the mac? using the "disk utility" ? or did you use another program to do so ...?

I purchased a Shakira movie (HD). I watch it OK in my PC, but when trying to watch it in my TV using Apple TV I get an endless rolling wheel. I can watch other Apple Store movies with no problem. Any idea of what's going on?

BobGo to the Apple Store online. You should see your login name at the top on the right. Click on it and choose View Account. Log in then from the dropdown menu on the right select how far back to go. You can only go back 18 months, maximum.

regarding not being able to make an in-app purchase: all it says is that i can't make In-app purchases at this time. Any suggestions? I'm new to the apple world. I just switched from an Android today.
Contact iTunes store support for this. Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and click the blue link next to the green shopping bag. Follow the steps and send them an email explaining your issue.

I bought an iTunes gift card to purchase certain things in my favorite app. Well when I try to buy things inside the game it does not give me the option to approve the purchase and it never shows up. I have reset the app, I have deleted the app and downloaded again, I have turned my ipod off and on, I have made sure all updates are up to date and nothing has changed. I saw a similar question like mine and the answer was that you have to have a credit card linked to your iTunes account to make in app purchases and I was thinking they were right until I talked to a few friends who cancelled their credit cards and took them off of the account and can still make in app purchases so that can't be the issues. Can someone please help me this is driving me crazy I have talked to iTunes support but they weren't much support.

I have two seperate itunes accounts on two seperate devices and i can not make an itunes purchase on either one. When signing into the account it ask for the answer to security questions. I have NEVER answered a security question for these accounts. Each time it is a different set of questions. This has only happend since the original devices have been replaced/upgraded. How do I fix this? There is money in each account and both have recieved itunes giftcards for christmas that they are unable to use!

Where did my music go? I subscribed to aPPLE'S Cloud and uploaded a nice sized library consisting of Apple Store purchases, CD's I downloaded over a period of years, and some MP3 trax purchased from Amazon. Now, only a few of my songs appear in iTunes. There is no help that I can find not requiring the time and effort of a PhD candidate to research. I'm looking for a quick answer -- is the Apple Cloud a fraud and I should get out of it, or am I a dummie because there is a quick and easy fix?

It is usual done via the addess you specifiy and/or the payment method. You need a payment method asssoiciated with thec ountry. An iTunes Gift card purchased in th USA will not work in the Chna App store nor will a credit card with USA billing addresss.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Facetime for iphone is not available in the App Store because it is already built into any iphone that is FaceTime compatible, and I think that includes iphone 4. You should be able to find Facetime amongst the other built in applications that came with it. However, it is possible that if it was purchased in certain countries where Facetime is not allowed, the App was not included.
