Can't make FXO calls, and receiving calls has no sound

An issue started today where I can't make or receive calls using FXO ports (POTS lines).  I tested the cable going into the FXO ports and the lines work fine making calls. 
When I call the number of one of the FXO lines in the UC320, the SPA303 rings properly, but when picked up, there is no sound on either side.  When the SPA303 hangs up, the caller phone call ends 20 seconds later.
When trying to dial out, there is no dial tone, and the call eventually hangs up.  I'm using very old firmware, but there were no changes made that should affect the UC320. 
I've tried FXO Impedence Testing, but nothing happens, it just says "Test Running" and the phone number doesn't get a call. 
My network does not have the UC320 as a firewall pointing to the internet, so the time and date is way off, but this hasn't caused any issues.

From your description, it sounds as if your device itself has somehow failed. My opinion is that your formal support channel is what you need to use -- via your carrier.

    Whenever I see "factory unlocked" I get suspicious, because there is no such thing as "factory unlocked". If you purchased the phone directly from Apple and the receipt says "unlocked" then it is unlocked. If you did not purchase it directly from Apple it was hacked to unlock it by whoever you bought it from. The "factory" was the back room of the shop. Unless you bought it directly from Apple (or an Apple-supported cellular carier) your phone was hacked, and updating it undid the hack. If this is the case there is no solution that can be discussed in an Apple-hosted forum.
    If you really did buy it unlocked directly from Apple then razmee's suggestion is the way to go.

    After trying a call via the iPhone in the "Message App" on my Mac - it says "iPhone and Mac must be in the same network"...
    They definitely are... also I have logged in with the same Apple-ID's, etc.

    Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, it does not make a difference. It still shows "iPhone not available. iPhone and Mac have to be in the same network"
    Are there any settings which are fundamental on the iPhone, I have activated:
    - iCloud Drive
    - FaceTime (FaceTime and iPhone Mobile Calls activated)
    The only strange thing - on Yosemite I can activate mobile phone number AND email in FaceTime whereas I can activate just my email in the FaceTime app on my iPhone...

    Try turning on Airplane mode for a little bit (20-30 seconds) and turn it back off. see if that doesn't allow you to re-connect.
    In my current project my office receives no signal at all. I have to do this almost every time I leave the office in order to get a signal.

    Well if you have tried all the trouble tips (reboot, restore) then next step is store or call to send in. You don't list where you are from. But in the US you would call 1-800-MY-IPHONE and they will send you a box to send it in (free of charge) and they will fix/replace if covered and send back. Usually only takes a couple of days and in meantime you can use your SIM in an old phone you may still have or they can send out a loaner (at a small cost).

    Hi.A small company were maintaining that uses a uc500 on a dedicated voip line suddenly can't make outgoing calls.This has occured on another two occasions when they were using a different ISP and It was due to them not paying their bill on time.This time we've called the ISP and they Insist everything Is fine on their end and that the company hasn't been disconnected.I can't find anything wrong with the UC.I can ping the ISP gateway.I can ping their SIP server and everything looks fine.I've added two debug files and would appreciate any assistance as my debugging knowledge Is not that great !

    Turns out the ISP was receiving calls In G729 and they use G711 Alaw.We didn't change any configuration on our side so I'm not sure what happened.I've set the sip trunk to use g711 alaw via CCA but calls are still going through as g729.I'm not sure what to configure via the cli.I assume It has something to do with transcoding but my telephony cli knowledge Is limited.
           Should I change the configuration for Individual dial-peers or Is there some global config. I can enter ?
      I added g711alaw to a dial peer and now I can't make any inbound calls either.I removed the g711alaw from the dial peer but It hasn't changed anything.
    Running debug ccsip message I receive "error 304 media type(s) unavailable. q.850 cause=65"
    I didn't expect such a small change to cause so much havoc.

    It worked for some time, less than a week, I made phone calls and all, and all of a sudden the problem mentioned above happened. Now I can't make any phone calls. I can go online with it, even with my Data plan, I can go to the app store (of course) but can't make any phone calls.

    Also try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button until the Apple lo comes up again. You will not lose any data doing this.

    try resetting your network settings, it just resets wifi and carrier settings, no data

    try deleting your icloud account from your phone.  you can also try disabling 3G.

    I can get on internet, but when I try to make a call I get the message...No Network available.  Only emergency calls can be made.  What's the deal?  I powered down, but that still didn't fix it.  Airplane mode is off.  Whatelse can be wrong?

    I travel a lot and get the message "no sim card" - I get this message intermittently and it's a disaster - can't use maps to get to the airport, etc.  I have to several Verizon stores and am told that a tower must be having trouble or something.  If I take out the sim card and replace it - SOMETIMES it comes back up, sometimes not.  I have almost missed 2 flights because I rely on the darn thing to tell me how to get there.  Shouldn't Verizon give me a new card or at least be concerned.  They always tell me I must have my Wi-Fi set up wrong.  They check it and hand the phone back to me.
    Today - I just flew in last night and am at home and can't make a call - once again "no sim card" and now it's telling me that my SD card is empty and needs to be formatted.  Yikes this is getting serious.  I treat the phone like gold and it has not been damaged in any way.

    In order to avoid delays in delivery of your subscription, you are charged always 3 days in advance, but minutes are reset based on initial purchase.
    So in this case, as first order was placed on 2012-03-05 14:23 GMT, recent recurring payment took place on 2012-05-02 14:25 GMT, but new minutes were added to your account on 2012-05-05 14:25.
