I recently was told at the Verizon store that I had $450 credit to add to my account. I then purchased my Christmas items which added up to $450. I received my December bill and I have been charged the $450 plus my regular monthly charges. Can I make monthly payments on this $450? I really believed that this could be spread out over time.

On bill to account, it cannot be spread out. It is a 30 day float loan on a purchase or purchases.
When you cannot pay your bill, its called a Payment Plan and it is not a charge account. Verizon allows those that cannot pay their monthly invoice to get an arraignment. Not bill to account.
Those who don't pay their invoices also get a bad mark on their credit reports. Financial Services works with those who fall behind in paying to get their money. That is it.
Your examples have nothing to do with "Bill to Account" which is a courtesy and not a right.

I have been trying to purchase from iTunes store and AppStore. I am using Axis bank debit card. My payment is been rejected. I could use the card to pay to make payments to all other sites.
I asked the Bank and they think it is some Google site problem.

Is the printer connected wirelessly or with a USB cable?
Is the printer connected directly to a wall outlet or a surge protector? (It is best to connect directly to the wall)
Do you have any other HP Printers installed on this computer? If so, do you still have the printers?
What printer model do you have? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
What operating system do you have? Mac or Windows?

Chrome is the most up to date alternative browser for Mac.

Can't make an online reservation?

Won't let me make an online reservation for the Apple Store Trinity Leeds for my iPhone 5 replacing. I select that store then it gives you the option between genius bar and workshops, I select genius bar and click next, it just redirects to http://www.apple.com/retail/ I've tried ringing them and they've just told me to sign in???? Useless.

it seems to work for me, though I tried on a computer, not on an iPhone. It says that there are no appointments available, though. You may need to try a different store or call Apple Support and get your phone replaced by mail.

Can't make payment by phone or online

I have been trying ro make a payment today on my account. By phone it says cannot be processed and unfortunately we cannot connect you call. I have tried customer service multiple times with the same cannot connect call. I have gone online to pay and on the my verizon app with a message saying that payment cannot be proccessed call customer service. I have tried to make a payment since 9am 9\11\2014.
On a side note this #888-294-0804 is the Verizon customer service that the online payment told me to call. When I called it sounded like a false call. Not sure if this is what you guys normally do but it seems rather shiesty.

That's very close to the pre-paid customer service # - 888-294-6804 You can call, then options 1 for English, the 4,6,4 to get a real person to talk to.

In certain countries you can. Apple has a program that you can enquire about on their mail order store. Some authorized mail order outlets also have their own payment plans. Mind you by the time you pay off the Mac, you could have bought two Macs for the same price under certain payment plans. So consider you may want to consider getting a used or refurbished Mac*:

Hello.
You cannot pay an invoice in a currency different from the one it has been recorded. The exception goes to currencies where a direct relation exists between them (like EURO and the former EURO currencies like German Mark of French Franc).

I would like to make my displayed number from me on Skype to people I call showing my home telephone number. Can this be done?

The only way you could make your home number appear as Caller ID when you call from Skype is if your home number can receive the SMS messages sent by Skype in the verification process. In most places, landline phones are not able to receive SMS messages, so your landline telephone carrier would be able to answer that. If the landline number can't receive SMS messages, then you would not be able to use it as Caller ID with Skype.
