Can't move guides in 2014.3

In the 2014.3 version of Muse I have no nodes with which to move the guides. Is there a new way of moving them?
Yes, I'm on a Master Page. And if I go into Muse CC, it works as described in the tutorials. But 2014.3 does not.

Illustrator - Can't move guides when 2 windows open on same document

This is a bug report - Adobe, file this thread appropriately.
Tested with Adobe AI CC 2014:
Open a document, create a guide.
Open a second window on that same document. (1 document, 2 views of the same document)
make the second view smaller, optionally, Hide Edges on that view.
Return to the first window. Ctrl+Alt+; (unlock guides)
Choose the selection tool and click the guide: nothing happens (THIS IS A BUG)
Drag a marquee around the guide: guide is selected (OK)
Nudge the guide: the guide moves (OK)
Attempt to move the guide by clicking and dragging: not possible (BUG)
Close the second window
Repeat steps 5 - 9: Everything works as expected.
Tested on Windows 7.
Please fix in an update!

Edit: I just tried to click Search and then type bug report on adobe.com, and it turned up this,

The install of 2014 doesn't move or copy anything from a previous version, with the exception of settings. You can go into your Photoshop CC installation folder, navigate to your plugins folder and then just copy all the plugins you've installed from that folder and into the Photoshop CC 2014 plugins folder. The plugins should then be available in 2014 the next time you launch Photoshop.
The only thing that may prevent this from working is if you're using the 32bit version of Photoshop CC. Photoshop CC 2014 is 64bit only so 32bit plugins don't work. If this is the case for you, check out the manufacturer of the plugins and see if they have 64bit versions available.

Why can't I select and move guides with selection tools?

I'm using Illustrator CC and I cannot select and move guides with the selection tools. The guides are not locked. I can select the guides in the Layers Panel, but I can only move with the arrow keys. I can also "Release" the guides once they are selected in the Layers Panel, but I still cannot move them with the mouse - only the arrow key.
Summary of Problem:
Guides are not locked.
Some guides can only be moved when they are selected in the Layer Panels and when using the arrow keys
Non-selectable Guides can be "Released" but only altered in color and line weight and still only moved with the arrow keys.
Desired Outcome:
I want to be able to move all guides using the mouse for greater accuracy vs the arrow keys.

The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file (you may have tried/done some of them already); 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to 3 times);
3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
Even more seriously, you may:
6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

I can't move my column guides (lock column guides in unchecked)
I have created a text box with 4 columns, I want the first column to be wader than the other 3.
I have unchecked 'Lock Column Guides' (and double checked I have done this correctly!)
If I use either selection tool to try and drag the colun guides it just picks up and moves my entire text box.
What am I missing? Sorry if it's obvious, it's driving me mad!

You can't have a multi-column text frame with variable width columns. Unchecking "Lock Column Guides" will allow you to reposition the COLUMN GUIDES not the text frame itself. Right now your text frame might be getting in your way, but if you move the text frame, you should be able to click on the COLUMN GUIDES and reposition them. I'd recommend moving these column guides on the Master Page so that the new guide setup will appear on all pages that are based on that Master Page. You can then create separate text frames linked together for each column on the Master Page. There are pros and cons to this. One con is that Span Columns can't be used with this method.

If your music collection was purchased from iTunes, you are in a good shape since that music is forever yours under your iTunes account. Therefore, after installing iTunes on your new computer, sign into your account and see all your music under "Purchsed". Then simply download it to be phisically present onto your computer (for free since you've already paid for it). On the other hand if you happens to not be a sucker to waist money on iTunes and your collection was ripped from the internet (via torrents and such), you can follow this guide to move iPod music back to computer. "can't move objects because they would fall off the drawing area" Why?!

Hi, I'm trying to move a pdf object exported from vectorworks and i get the following error message: "Can't move the objects. The following transformation would make some objects fall completely off the drawing area."
It's not the first time this has happened to me but I usually find a way to get around it. I tried increasing the page size, pasting it into a new bigger document, am i missing something?

The drawing area is the entire surface available for drawing, and is much larger than the artboard. There are probably objects or unlocked guides that run to the edge of the drawing area.
Unlock all objects and layers, then select all. Turn on Show Bounding Box and zoom out. The edge of the bounding box show the edge of the selected objects Explore the perimeter and delete anything at the edges that's causing the problem.

No no no... you don't have to do it the way I'm suggesting. I'm trying to suggest an alternative that might not be as tedious.
Let me restate my understanding of your question.
You want, on your BB, to move 60 photos from one folder on your BB to another folder on your BB. Right? As such, it's tough to do through the BB interface because it does not, to my knowledge, provide an easy way to select multiple files...you'd have to move them one by one. It can be done...but it's very tedious.
Instead, if you set up your BB to be a USB drive on your PC, you can work with it from your PC and treat it as just another drive letter in your PC. So, for example, say it get's called drive K:. You can then move, on your PC, multiple files all at once from one folder on K: to another folder on K:...but the files would continue to reside on your BB since K: is just the drive letter that Windows is seeing your BB memory as.
Hopefully that clears it up. It's up to you.
The BB interface = tedious to do what you want
The USB drive interface = working with the files just like you do on other drives in Windows.
The choice is yours. And there might be other alternatives...this is just the one that first comes to my mind to help you out.

Can not move my apps to different screen the usual way on my new iPad 2?!

Ok got my new iPad love it! But I can not move my apps to condense them to one screen. I know how to do it the way apple suggests but it does not work. Pressing the app until it wiggled then pulling it to the edge will not allow the screen to change and move the app. It just bounces off the side like it hit a wall. I can arrange them and consolidate them the usual way just not move them. So now I have 2 or three apps on 8 pages! I also found that when I synced the iPad with my MacBook Pro it installed all my iPhone apps as well. At first I could not understand why the app looked small then I realized what it did so I deleted all the iPhone apps off the iPad. Any idea why this is occurring?

Try a System Reset:
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.
A System Reset does not remove any apps, music, movies, etc. nor does it cause any settings to revert back to default.
Also, you might wish to download the iPad-2 User Guide. Pay special attention to page 162.

I'd recommend staring over, Pondini has created an excellent guide on how to use Setup Assistant. I'd recommend begin reading Pondini Setup Assistant tips where he talks about "Second Chance." Assuming your Time Machine backup is sound the restore should be very smooth.
