Can't open a message in Ultra Stamina Mode

For both suggestions, I need to try on Ultra Stamina Mode or usual mode?

Please be informed that :
There's no messaging app which locates under Settings (either Ultra Stamina Mode or usual Mode) so I can't follow your 2 solutions.

I followed your link above, as result is
-I ensured the lock screen / notification bar doesn’t indicate “no service” when the device has coverage.
-I cannot "close-all-button" in the activity menu because lollipop 5.0.2 update doesn’t provide the button for my Xperia Z1.
-I did as this advice "Unblocked devices with server policies (such as Exchange Active Sync for e-mail), to enable the new Lollipop lock-screen notifications"
-I ensured the LED light is lit across all sound modes - and no longer offset by “silent”
-My internal memory is 5 gb so no need to move a content to SD card.
However, as Sony and Android said "
Improved messaging functionality in Ultra stamina mode – some conversations could not be opened before in Ultra stamina mode" then I think your team no need to tell a user that Messaging app is available for Ultra Stamina Mode before I activate the mode (it makes me confused). Some conversations or other should not have affecting to Ultra Stamina Mode. In the future, if some of an app doesn't work peffectly or your team does not on any app, could you please kindly don't push it and tell a user that it is available in the Ultra Stamina Mode?. Thanks

    When I put the phone into ultra stamina mode it runs all programs fine and even opens up messenger but when I open a convosation it closes the program it only does this when the phone is completely updated when I factory reset it, messenger work fine in this mode any thoughts?

    When you say it closes the program do you mean you get an error message and then it crashes or it just simply shuts down?

    Sorry I did try all your ideas, but I stil can't open Hotmail-account and
    I can't send, reply any hotmail-emails, when I click on a message in my Inbox the message doesn't open.
    If I click on any links in my inbox on hotmail, absolutely nothing happens.
    I'm using HTTPS-hotmail.
    JavaScript is enabled .
    I'm not infected with malware, I use Norman Security Suite Viruses and Spyware.
    I disabled all add-ons with FF in Safe Mode, and hotmail worked well.
    I used Hotmail with Firefox for years with no problem.
    Starting about 2 weeks i can't sign into my hotmail account through firefox;
    I open firefox, then hotmail, put my adress, and then there's this page:
    A password isn't enough ...
    I click on the "SAVE"-button", it does not work.
    It works well in IE.
    I did remove the cookies,
    by 'View Cookies' there is this cookie: "answers microsoft com"",
    and i cannot remove this cookie.
    (I have firefox on "Never remember history")
    I also did use the the refresh button and the ''Shift'' key, it doesn't work :-(
    By Pressing Ctrl+Shift+Del , totally nothing happens. Please help me.

    What iPhoto are you referring to?  The one on your Mac or on your mobile device?  If on your Mac what system and iPhoto versions are you running? What happens when you try to launch iPhoto?  Any message pops up? What are they?

    Try a reset by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button and the home button for 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears, ignore the red slider.  Then turn back on. You won't lose any data doing the reset.

    I can open my hotmail account but I cannot open any messages. I can open my folders but I can't open any messages.

    The problem is not Firefox.
    Solution: Uninstall Foxit Reader.
    Apparently the new update is not compatible with hotmail.
    Conflicts with a Microsoft product...go figure! ;-)

    I have found that letter of "Alarm and Clock " is showing inappropriate in either the first of Thai alphabet or vowel of "า".
    -The first of Thai alphabet should show full name as "ก",not half of "ก"
    -The vowel of "า",not half of "า"

  • Ultra Stamina Mode Major Bug.

    I have a Xperia Z1, updated to the latest Android lollipop version. I enabled Ultra Stamina Mode today while I was out and once I got home I tried to deactivate it.  But it would not deactivate.  Therefore I just restarted the phone.  Once restarted I find that I'm still in some sort of ultra stamina mode hybrid. Most of my apps are hidden in the default Xperia Home launcher even though I can still see they're on my phone in Settings->Apps.  I can't open any of the few apps that are available as they crash.  I got frequent Google Play Services has crashed notifications. I restarted several times, activated and deactivated ultra stamina mode numerous times and still no luck.  I searched this issue through Google and found that many people have also encountered this problem and that the only solution was to do a factory reset. So there you go, I had to do a factory reset, lost all my apps and data which weren't backed up all because Sony can't do quality control when updating their phones. If you're going to add a feature Sony make sure you test the **bleep** thing on your phones!

    You could try something more drastic, repair the phone with PCC

  • ULTRA Stamina Mode bugs

    1- When I am in ULTRA Stamina mode there isn't SMS app and I can't send SMS because Contacts app takes me to Whatsapp or Viber. But obviously I'm not able to use them. I use Hangout as default messaging app. But I think that's possible to use the stock messaging app in ULTRA Stamina mode.
    2- When I shut down ULTRA Stamina mode the phone forgets to hide all the notifications of the apps I've disabled in settings > Personalizations > notification settings.

    I believe Sony are aware of bugs surrounding Ultra stamina mode and have said that a bug fix will be issued but haven't said when exactly only Summer time
