Can't open after the apple logo
unable to continuosly open my ipad3, just stock up just with the apple logo and it turns off again.

Resolution
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged. Learn more about charging iPhone and iPod touch, or iPad.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more aboutrestoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.

Hello. I have an ipod touch 5g. I've been using it for at least 2 years. Today i updated it to ios 8.1. After that my device shut itself and didn't open. Whenever i tried to open it i can only see the apple logo. After the apple logo shows up it turns into the black. - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Hi, I'm trying to shut down the phone in the normal way (the Sleep / Wake button and hold down on the Close tab) turns off the display after a while yet, but the phone turns off completely opens up the phone to come out after the apple logo .. Doing those doesn't turn off your phone?
As stated hold down the top button only until you see the red slider to power off your phone.
If that doesn't work then take it to Apple and see what they say. -

pls help me how to reboot my macbook air,.. because starting it up was not successful. the screen just turns blue after the apple logo appeared.
i know loads of people who have had this problem including me. The Java script update apparently had some virus that has overloaded the start up disk. I took to apple who said i have to have the machine rebuilt but first i have to go to a data recovery company to get back everything that was on it. Data recovery company have quoted me nearly £1000.

When you turn on the ipad2 it does not start up properly. The rotating disk that happens when you turn off the ipad appears after the apple logo comes up during start-up and stays there for ten minutes. Then, the ipad will start up properly.
Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

try pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until either the Apple logo or battery symbol appears.. this worked for me when my ipod touch didnt turn on or show the apple symbol.. hope this helps

Click on the iPad in the left hand column under "Devices".
In the "Summary"tab, there are options to Back up, Update and Restore.
Choose Restore and let it run.

hello people......
ohkay.... so my iphone decided to turn off on me while i tryd opening the app. clash of clans, and when i turned it back on, it displayed the apple logo for 10 - 15 seconds on the screen before fading out and shutting down. i have tryd all recomnded steps and none have worked. my itunes detects my phone in recovery mode, but after retrieving all necesary data for the restore process. when itunes prompts waiting for iphone, the apple logo is dsplayed on the screen for 10 - 15 seconds and then fades out and shuts down... has anybody found a fix for this problem?It's quite probable that your iPhone has a hardware problem. Contact Apple Support or make an appointment at an Apple Store and have your iPhone evaluated.
