Can't open because Creative Cloud is not responding

I downloaded and installed the CC and nothing happened in the app for awhile, so I quit the app and tried to reopen it except it now is not responding.....  What should I do?

restart your computer and then try restarting your cc app.

  • I can't open the creative cloud.

    So, the adobe updater said their was an update available, and i tried to install it and the creative cloud opens, but it just stays on the loading screen and nothing happens. Then i try to open the creative cloud program it opens then shuts off. I can't access the creative cloud at all. I can get on to every other program I have but the creative cloud itself.

  • Can't open my Creative Cloud apps since my Mac Maverick Update

    Hi, can anyone help me please?
    Since I updated my Mac to Maverick on the weekend...
    1. My Creative Cloud manager says all of my CC apps are up to date.
    2. The program Icons have disappeared from my Dock since my update to Maverick
    3. However in my Applications folder I can still SEE those I downloaded a few weeks ago
    4. Furthermore, clickig on one of the icons d oes not open the program AND I am unable to drag an icon to my Dock.
    Can anyone tell me what's going on?

    Thanks for your reply......so download cleaner, uninstall creative cloud app? Or all creative cloud apps, photoshop etc?, run cleaner and re install everything

  • Pdf won't open because creative cloud membership expired

    My creative cloud membership expired.
    Now on that computer, PDF files won't open, a popup window opens says my creative cloud membership expired.
    I didn't know Acrobat was tied to CreativeCloud.
    Can someone help me understand this?

    Also check in the Activity Monitor if your Creative Cloud is stated as NoT Responding
    if it is>>quit it and then relaunch it

  • My Creative Cloud is not responding or logging me in.

    While I was updating my photoshop CS6 app when it was about to be completed, it kicked me out and said that I have no internet connection when I already do have internet connection because I'm browing through websites at that point and my internet is fine. I press retry over and over again and it won't let me log in or cooperate. This is really frustrating. Please, how do I get into downloading and updating my apps again or even just logging in and working properly.

  • I can't open firefox the running but not responding window opens and says to close the existing window. I can't do that shutting down the computer doesn't do anything to help. I've done all the suggestions here. I've uninstalled and reinstalled firefox

    Firefox will not open. I get the firefox is already running but not responding window... I have tried rebooting with no help. I have tried to end the process via cntrl+shift+esc and nothing firefox is listed to end.     I am having a similar problem. Running Xp.
    Latest revision of firefox.
    After using firefox for a while if I exit, parent.lock is locked and i have to reboot to reload firefox.
    I have killed all firefox applications from task manager (usually there are none). and I have tried 3 different "file unlock" programs including unlocker to no avail.
    I also recently installed a program that shows -all- open files, and parent.lock is not listed, and thus not closable/unlockable from there.

    starts to open project but gets to 23% and freezes fcp...project is being stored on a lacie 250gig protable hd with firewire. never had this issue after tons of work. tried going to a autosave version but tried several and they freeze up fcp
    any ideas short of moving all the media to another drive and starting a new project (I was just about to start cutting this project today).

    Post the version of FCP you're running.
    Try opening a new project file, then importing the captured clips into it... might fix this... If you trash your preferences for FCP found in the user/library/preferences/FCP User data folder, you can just click on the application and it won't try to open the last project file.
    Can you open earlier project files OK?

    Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
    Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
    Apple Mobile Device Support
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
    Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or by right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

  • Safari could not open because the server is not responding - my Internet is fine

    My iPad suddenly is giving me the message "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding".  My Internet is working fine on other devices and other applications (i.e. Mail) seem to be working fine on the iPad.  I've turned the iPad off and on.  Any thoughts?

    Can you get onto any site in Safari, or can't you even open the app properly ? You could see if any of the following help.
    Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies And Data and also Clear History
    If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
    A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
