Can't open CS 5.0.4 Premiere Pro because of bin-file error.

I'm on an:
iMac
OS X 10.6.8
12 GB RAM
3.06GHz
I've had trouble with CS5 so i upgraded to CS5.0.4 PP and I cant open my project. It's a large project, over an hour long movie. I've spent over 7 grand of my own cash on it and a year of my life. This means the world to me to fix.
whenever I open Premeire it says :
Reverb
Can not open bin-file.
i understand that is an audio plug in error and i've been searching for it 10 hours. I know if i find it, remove it from the folder, it will open with all my reverbed audio gone. I'm fine with that, I can not for the life of me figure it out.
I'm begging for help.

You didn't say if you were trying to load the Organizer or the Editor.

Can't open projects after re-installing Premiere Pro 1.5

So, right in the middle of some projects, my hard drive decides to crash. I had to replace the hard drive but the computer guy was able to save all my projects, plus I had back ups on an external. Now that I have my computer back and my Premiere Pro 1.5 is back up and running I was hoping I could continue where I left off. When I go into any of my projects I can see the edits, transitions, music files etc. but everything is that red "Media Offline" box. Is there a way to NOT have to start all over from scratch? Any help is greatly, GREATLY appreciated.

No, I did not use material with avid codec but I wanted to export to a .avi video.
2- What exactly are your clip settings and your sequence settings?
Cilp setting are HDV-1080i50

Check if the folder is just a read folder or check your writing permission.
So I tried to change permissions of the Hard Disk with OS, then, one after another some windows appeared, here first of them, and a detail:
The system extension can´t be used
The system extension "/System/Library/ Extensions/ACard671xSCSI.kext" was not well instaled, the it can be used. Try to reinstal it or contact manofacturer to obtain a update.

(NOTE: there were a lot of more windows related to differents extensions, some are: "Sustem/Library/Extensions/Apple BMC.Kext"; "(...)Apple EFI Runtime.kext" , "(...) AppleEFIRuntime.Kext/Contents/Plugins/AppleEFINVRAM-kext", etc. I have almost all captured, in case you need more details I can upload the as well).
Then, I turn off the computer (because it stop working with all those pop ups windows) and next time I tried to turn it on, it never restart again ( it turn in but never start the OS), therefore I restarted from the DVD.

I have the external disk in technical service, they will try to repair it. It was in MacPlus (registrered) format, configured in Raid 0 ( two hard disk enclosed together and working as one). Now, to recaptured the tapes for the project I have purchase another hard disk ( 1 T and configured it with MacPlus (registrered) format), this new hard disk is well detected by my computer.

UPDATE - Ahhh haaaa! If I log in with the guest account Illustrator works fine! WTF!? Oh well, at least I have a direction to be working towards, thanks for all the suggestions and assistance Adobe Community!

UPDATE - Just installed the latest Illustrator update from Adobe - still not loading. Tried reseting the iMac's PRAM, no luck.
UPDATE - I've just reinstalled the whole CS6 Suite, and the only things that have changed are that I now have a little white no entry sign over Illustrator (it still won't load) and I also have 1.5GB of application updates to do
I don't have any direct evidence but I'm guessing this is a Mavericks incompatibility judging by the other issues people are having with Illustrator. Any suggestions are welcome!
I've been using CS6 on my iMac for the past year (3.2GHz Intel Core i5, 32GB ram). Everything running fine, no problems.
Then I get the popup from Apple saying to upgrade to Mavericks, so I did. After updating my Java version, for the next two weeks everything carried on running fine. Until just now.
I finished working on an Illustrator file, saved it and then exited, only to remember I needed to make one more small change. So I clicked on the AI icon and got this error message;
'You can’t open the application “Adobe Illustrator CS6.app” because it is not supported on this type of Mac.' Eh???
I tried doing a reboot thinking that maybe something had just gone wonkey and needed resetting. Still no luck. So I reinstalled Java again. Nope. Then I tried every other CS6 app and they all ran fine.
Does anyone know what could cause Illustrator CS6 to be working fine for weeks and then suddenly become an unsupported app? These things always happen with you're right up against a deadline! I NEED ILLUSTRATOR WORKING NOW! HEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPP!

I had the same issue and resolved it
I first remove the prefs folder and the plist files for illustrator in ~/Libary
next I logged off,
then I uninstalled illustrator using the adobe uninstaller(http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html)
Next I reinstall illstrator
after that it worked for me.

There are some keyboard commands (shortcuts) you can use instead of having to go to the Apple menu -
Control-Eject          This brings up the Restart-Sleep-Cancel-Shutdown window.
Command-Option-Eject          This puts the machine to sleep.
Command-Control-Eject          This closes all apps and restarts the machine.
Command-Option-Control-Eject          This closes all apps and shuts the machine down.

I thought about re installing my safari app but when I go to open anything connected to safari my screen goes back to the desktop. I cant open any files that I have on my desktop that I set up through safari, like my banking program. Prior to changing system preference to safari default I was able to open those files and now I can't get into change it back. Can you guide me through this?

Try running the 10.6.8 combo update.
10.6.8 Combo Updater
System Preferences or Safari Preferences?
Do a backup.
Quit the application.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.
Restart the computer, open the application and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.

You won't find any help at tech support ... other than telling you the facts: Intel processor Macs require FCP 5.1 or higher. FCP 5.0 and earlier were written for PowerPC processor Macs, long before Apple switched to using Intel processors.
And then there's the issue of the OS. OS 7 will allow FCP 7 (and sometimes even FCP 6) to work OK, but versions earlier than that have spotty operation on Lion.
Here's a brief history of full FCP versions and recommended OS compatibility:

Essentially, you have a newer Intel processor Mac with a new OS and very old, incompatible software.   You might be able to find a used version of Final Cut Studio 3 on sites like ebay or craigslist as it is no longer offered by Apple as an upgrade.
Alternatively, you could purchase and download FCP-X, but it is an entirely different application, sharing virtually nothing with previous versions of FCP.

Here’s some updates.
I can not uninstall Flash (CS4) using "Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium". It looks like Flash is not installed.
If I try to install it using the disk, it looks like Flash is not installed at all. So I go thrue the installation process, and follow the instructions, until it’s complete.
But if I go in my App folder, and look in the Adobe Flash CS4 folder the Flash.app icon has a circle with a bar in it. This is when I get the message.
