Can't open google docs since iOS 6

Since I upgraded to iOS 6 on my iPad and iPhone, I can no long open Google Docs on Google Drive. I have been using QuickOffice Pro HD for a couple years. When I went to open files that I had opened days earlier, I get an error message. I thought the problem was with QuickOffice, but I loaded Office2 HD and get the same message. I can still access Word Documents on Google Drive using QuickOffice. I can access the Google Docs using CloudOn, but that program saves the Google Doc as a Word Doc, so now I have two documents with the same name and I don't really want to go back through and convert everything. I'm guessing there's something about the upgrade that is causing this problem. Anybody else having this problem. The support forum for QuickOffice is enraged, but I'm not sure they're the culprit. Here is the pic of what happens why he opens the file on iOS 6. It does not go any further. I open it fine with no problems, I am on iOS 5.1.1

I'm sorry but the advice being offered is not good advice. Reinstalling the application simply replaces the bugged version. Any password prompt by the application is not accompanied by a keyboard, and is then immediately followed by an application freeze. Also the restore data from iCloud function doesn't work although I can see that I still have the data in the cloud.
All my attempts to politely contact Sliced-Pi via the support email on their website have been ignored. Only sign of their existence throughout has been that of my money being taken via the credit card.
There is no indication anywhere as to whether or not an iOS7 compatibility fix will be forthcoming.
My advice for what it is worth is move on and find yourself an alternative notepad.

How can I install Google Maps on IOS 6?

Since I upgraded to IOS 6, Google Maps has been replaced by a poorer Apple version that doesn't support public transport. I want Google maps back. How can I install Google Maps on IOS 6 or downgrade to IOS 5?

Google Maps has not yet or does not look like they are creating a standalone app at this time.
It is not easy to downgrade, not recommended by Apple, very involved in order to do that. Again, not recommended.
Use MapQuest for now if you are unhappy with Apple Maps. I was never happy with Google Maps, so I have been using MapQuest for a long time for all directions.

I have a 3G blackberry with 6.0 OS.
I have a little problem with blackberry browser. I tried to open google docs. I found a good mobile site but when I try to open a page i can't view all the page. I can view only on the up-left of the page... i can't go right or down.
I don't think it's a google problem. I have the same problem with ATM Mobile (an application to see metros of Milan). When i try to see maps of metros I can't scroll the (probably) jpeg image of the maps (a vertical image. I can see up o down but not the middle of the image).
Why there is a problem like this in a good smartphone like it?

Google Docs is not an application. It is just a web page. If you want to open a true attachment with Google Docs, you have to upload it. Normally, documents that originate in Google Docs are shared via a link to the document in Google Docs. If you want to open true attachments, you need an application that can handle the data.

You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed almost 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

NH,
This may seem a fine point, but iWork apps don't actually Open Office apps. They Import them. The reason I make this distinction for you is that when you view the result of the import, you may see some variations from what was in the Office document because of an imperfect translation, and when you make edits, you are editing an iWork document, not the original Office document.

Do you have an example? I develop Google maps for Web pages and haven't had problem with Safari and its extensions, only FF which I took out all the addons and plug-ins, but it wouldn't surprise if the Google map code doesn't display the map or information for the map or doesn't work with newer versions of Safari.

Can't open Word docs after updating to Pages 5.1. Have newest Mavericks OS.

I could open .doc and .docx files when I originally purchased Pages 4.3 in July 2013. After software was updated to 5.1 January 2014 I can no longer open any .doc or .docx files. Now, when I try to open one, is says for example: "PET.doc" can't be opened.
**You, know what? I just tried to save a pages document and it won't even let me do that. Saying I don't have permission to move. I double checked my sharing & permissions and that's not the problem. I can't even export the file to anything else (pdf, word, etc). Says the same thing: "Document.pages couldn't be moved because you don't have permission to access folder. To view or change permissions, select the item in the Finder and choose File > Get Info."
So it seems the entire app is crap. Although like I said it worked fine pre-update.

The update alerts are fake, and are intended to dupe you into installing malware or disclosing private information so that your identity can be stolen.
You might get the alerts when visiting a website that has been hacked. Don't visit the site again. If applicable, notify the site administrator of the problem, but don't send email to an unknown party.
If you get the alerts when visiting more than one well-known website, such as Google, YouTube, or Facebook, then they may be the result of an attack on your router that has caused you to get false results from looking up the addresses of Internet servers. Requests sent to those sites are redirected to a server controlled by the attacker. It's possible, but less likely, that the DNS server used by your ISP has been attacked, but you should assume that the router is at fault until proven otherwise.
The router's documentation should tell you how to reset it to the factory default state. Usually there's a pinhole switch somewhere in the back. It may be labeled "RESET." Insert the end of a straightened paper clip or a similar tool and press the button inside for perhaps 15 seconds, or as long as the instructions specify.
After resetting the router, quit the web browser and relaunch it while holding down the shift key. From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
and confirm. Do the equivalent if you use another browser. Open the Downloads folder and delete anything you don't recognize.
Then go through the router's initial setup procedure. I can't be specific, because it's different for every model. The key points are these:
1. Don't allow the router to be administered from the WAN (Internet) port, if it has that option. Most do.
2. Set a strong password to protect the router's settings: at least ten random upper- and lower-case letters and digits. Don't use the default password or any other that could be guessed. Any password that you can remember is weak.
3. If the router is wireless, or if you have a wireless access point on the network, use "WPA 2 Personal" security and set a different strong password to protect the network. If the router or access point doesn't support WPA 2, it's obsolete and must be replaced.
During the time the router was compromised, you were redirected to bogus websites. If you ever connected to a secure site and got a warning from your browser that the identity of the server could not be verified, and you dismissed that warning in order to log in, assume that your credentials for the site have been stolen and that the attacker has control of the account. This warning also applies to all websites on which you saw the fake update alerts.
Check the router manufacturer's website for a firmware update.
If you downloaded and installed what you thought was a software update, ask for instructions.
