Can't open iSlo and notebook

Question

Hi,
Please help --
The 1st problem is when I press the iSilo icon on the desktop, the screen turns to blank just for a little bit, then it came back to the same screen (desktop).
It wouldn't take me to the contents which were stored within iSilo. The 2nd problem is when I press Notebook icon, it immediately shuts off the advice and turns it back on again by itself.

Okay, you most likely have a corrupt Note on your device that is causing a reset when the TX tries to read it.
Three ways to attempt repair:
1. Do a HotSync and change the conduit settings for Notes from "Synchronize" to "Desktop Overwrites Handheld" for one HotSync only.  This will write clean copies of any Notes you have on your computer to your TX.
2. Install "DBFixit" from pimlicosoftware.com.   This will scan your TX for corruption, and will notify you of anything found.  Scanning is free, but to repair you'll have to purchase the program.
3. The "Brute Force" method.  Rename your /Backup folder in your Palm directory tree (call it BackupOLD for example) and then Hard Reset your TX.  Choose your original Hotsync name when doing your first HotSync after the Hard Reset and all your PIM data will return, but none of the bad stuff.
