Can't open .M3u or other internet streams

I'm having a problem in which iTunes will not open any m3u files or streamable mp3s from the internet. iTunes simply ignores them, they won't even appear in my library. Older stream files will still play but I can't add any new ones.
help?

Can't Open more than One Internet Browser at a Time

I bought a Toshiba laptop this past spring which I use, offline, at the office. i've had a problem with it since the day I hooked it up to the internet the first time. I can't open more than one internet browser at a time. Windows 7. I had need to get online with it today and had forgotten about this problem.
I called Toshiba and they wanted to sign me up to some fee-based service. They said, without checking anything (or even asking me who I am, or what my computer serial number is) that I had a virus. Is there a virus going around that causes this problem? IF so, how could I possibly get it considering I bought this computer in a sealed box?
My AV software does not pick up any viruses. I use Avast.

To open a new browser window, Ctrl-n while in the browser will probably work, or it your browser supports tabs, try Ctrl-t

Hello, my new MacBook Air (just bought it) can not open any pages in internet. In >System preferences > Network it says that Wi-Fi has the self-assigned IP address and will not be able to connect to the Internet But Skype is working very OK on it at the same time... HELP... Also my old MacBook is working OK.

Be patient and wait for someone to reply. This is a user to user forum, we are all volunteers. Another thing you can do is contact AppleCare or bring your machine into an Apple Store or AASP. Perhaps they will have some suggestions.

You can force quit applications

I can't open pdf pages on internet

I don't no why i can't open pdf files on the web anymore. Usually there was another window that would open allowing me to preview a pdf document before downloading it. Now there's just a blank page that opens. It doesn't work neither safari nor on Firefox mozilla anymore. I think it started when I downloaded adobe reader (10.1.1). It's really annoying and i have no clue as to how to solve this... Is it the plug-ins or something??

I have windows 7 and adobe reader X, I can't open pdf files online. Every time i tried to open pdf error message pop ( internet has stopped working ).

I am using Chrome v 32.0.1700.76 m in 64 bit Windows 7 Professional SP1. I recently upgraded to Reader XI v 11.0.06. When I try to open an online PDF all I get is a blank grey screen. I have the default Chrome PDF viewer disabled, and Adobe Reader (v 11.0.06.70) enabled. I can save the files to my system and open them, but that’s a pain. Everything worked before I upgraded. Dreamweaver can't open files form other mac

Hi,
i've got a problem with dreamweaver cs3 and opening a
html-file which is on an other (new) iMac. Dreamweaver sees the
file when browsing to it (after open...) but then says the file was
not found. When i double click the file dreamweaver crashes. I used
to work like this all the time, but the problem occured after we
changed the host-computer (from a g5 to an iMac). There is no
problem when i open and save documents on my own computer.
I also can't save to the other computer. Strangely enough it
will put a saved document on MY computer in a directory with the
same name (Documenten) as on the remote computer although i DO
navigate to the remote computer go into that directory and say
"save". But then the document ends up on my own computer... very
spooky :-))
anyone any thoughts??

like punctuation

Can't open Ovi Store and Internet on my C3-00

Im from Malaysia and my problem is whenever I open ovi store,
"Unable to connect to service.Try again later" will come out..
Another problem is,whenever I try to browse the internet, "Invalid web setting" will come out
My firmware version is 7.2 but this problems also occured on 4.6 version..

Can't open PDFs on the Internet...

I use Mozilla Firefox. I had installed FoxIt Reader, then uninstalled it. Now when I try to open my math packet PDF from the internet (it's a PDF on the internet) it won't open. I get a popup saying "FoxitReaderOCX.ocx has failed to load." The actual webpage says "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled."
What can I do to fix this?

Re-install Foxit Reader. This is not an Adobe question since it does not pertain to an Adobe product. You could try to use the Microsoft Installer Cleanup tool to remove Foxit Reader completely and then try to install Adobe Reader 9.1.

Can't Open ITunes in Other User Accounts

Since the last ITunes update, I can open ITunes just fine in my Login. My wife cannot in her login. I don't know if this is simply a coincidence, but I don't know. When my wife tries to open ITunes, a message pops up, Installing ITunes, then Gathering Necessary Information, and after about 30 seconds to a minute, looks like it exits installer, and then nothing. Itunes does not open. In my account, it opens just fine. I have tried uninstalling Itunes and re-installing, deleting ITunes from the registry and re-installing, but always get the same result. I can use it from my user ID, but not my wife's. This is the case even when I uninstall ITunes, then install it from my wife's user ID. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, I'd appreciate the solution. My wife has a nano that she has had since Christmas, and is perplexed at this latest turn of events...as am I. Thanks.

Update your .netframe work to version 4 (see other help posts by apple support)
Follow the instructions on this link, basically un-install everything, remove programs that says they are made by apple inc. (using add remove program)

You will also need to check and verify that the following folders have been removed:
C:\Program Files\Bonjour
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple
C:\Program Files\iTunes
C:\Program Files\iPod
C:\Program Files\QuickTime
C:\Windows\System32\QuickTime
C:\Windows\System32\QuickTimeVR
dont forget to remove icloud also
you dont need to delete your itune music library though
If any of these folders still exist, delete them along with their contents. (if you cant delete them, right click and go to properties and then security and change the control of the fold to you)
do this for files under program files and program file (x86) on your computer
once you have deleted everything, restart your computer. Then I repaired my registry using a registry repair program.
Important:- instead of installing itunes I installed quick time, which installs apple application support (this is the corrupt file which is causing all the issues)
i then installed itunes and it all worked fine,
should take no longer than half hour to fix

recently I can't see other apps in mail when I try to do the "open in" functionality. For example if I receive a pdf document and I want to save to Dropbox I used to see the Dropbox app. Now I don't see it anymore.. I don't see any off the microsoft apps as well. Only app I still see us you mail app (, even though I'm in the mail app at that moment).. Btw I have all these apps on my phone

Can't Open jpg and other attachments

Since this new email took over, I cannot open jpg and some other files that are sent to me. Word and pdf's are okay, but not photos that are attached. A pop up says they were deleted.
This is just since the new mail version arrived.
