Can't open "More Choices" on Ebay

Greetings,
I am an old car fan and so go to Ebay/Auto to check out the old cars. Ebay recently changed their format for "Search" in the Auto Section and thereby left me with a problem - in all the options you can click "More Choices" to refine your search but now I can't open any of the "More Choices" which puts me in a real bind - I have to view all the particular models instead of just the ones I'm interested in which is very time consuming.
My first reaction was that this option is a "pop up" so I cancelled my "pop up" blocking - no effect.
I am running Safari 1.3.2 so checked with Apple to see if there would be any update/change and realized that this version is the best I can run with the OS 10.3.9.
My Safari uses Explorer 5.2 and if I use Navigator 9 it works OK. Since most of my work is using IE I would like to use Ebay with that browser.
So, has anybody heard of a problem like this ? I still think it has something to do with Safari . . . .

There are a number of pretty recent web functions that don't work in older versions of Safari. I don't have any problems at the sites I visit, including eBay, using Safari, but that's 3.1.2 in Leopard.
Your best best, while remaining in Panther, may be to use a different browser. Firefox 2 will work in Panther. Unfortunately, the recently released Firefox 3 requires at least Tiger, 10.4.

You can only have one active result set per statement at a time.
Depending on the driver you are using you might be able to have more than one active statement (and result set) on one connection. Or not.
Try catch has nothing to do with that.
If you are nesting result sets then it is likely you should be using a join (SQL) which would then only require one result set.

I just upgraded to Mountain Lion. Now I can't open more than one website at a time. When I do the first site, minimized and in the dock, is taken up by the second one.

I just upgraded my computer from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion. I used to be able to have as many websites open as I wished. Now when I open a website and minimize it, it minimizes and moves to the dock just like it used to do. But now when I open a second website, it takes the place of the first one down in the dock that was minimized. I can't open more than 1 website at time now.

There is something basic going on that unfortunately has me stumped.
Before you spend the $20 please try creating a new user, for testing purposes:
Creating a temporary account to isolate user-specific problems: Isolating an issue by using another user account
That is easy enough to accomplish. If Safari and the Dock behave as you expect while using that account, it will help determine the cause. Please report the results of this test.
Delete the temporary account after you finish testing.
Many of those features I mentioned are new in Mountain Lion, and represent a significant change from Snow Leopard. Though you should certainly continue to use your Mac the way you have been accustomed to using it, you may find using Mountain Lion's new features advantageous. Otherwise you may find yourself spending the $20 often. The help available here is often better than Apple's. It is not always correct, but it is always free.

Can't Open more than One Internet Browser at a Time

I bought a Toshiba laptop this past spring which I use, offline, at the office. i've had a problem with it since the day I hooked it up to the internet the first time. I can't open more than one internet browser at a time. Windows 7. I had need to get online with it today and had forgotten about this problem.
I called Toshiba and they wanted to sign me up to some fee-based service. They said, without checking anything (or even asking me who I am, or what my computer serial number is) that I had a virus. Is there a virus going around that causes this problem? IF so, how could I possibly get it considering I bought this computer in a sealed box?
My AV software does not pick up any viruses. I use Avast.
Can anybody help me?

That Windows key turns out to be useful, try Windows-D to show the desktop
To open a new browser window, Ctrl-n while in the browser will probably work, or it your browser supports tabs, try Ctrl-t

The Ask Toolbar is causing that in the Firefox 3.6+ versions. Uninstall that extension.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:

Try using Settings > Safari > Clear History and Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies and Data.

You can have only one iCloud email account for each iCloud account. You can create alias addresses liked to your account, but they will all deliver email to the same iCloud inbox (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm6b1a490a).
If you want a separate email account, you will need to create a second iCloud account.

Photoshop can't open more than one graphic at a time without crashing

I get the error:
The instruction at "0x7c918af2" referenced memory at "0x00000010". The memory could not be "written".
Anytime I try to open more than one image in Photoshop at a time, regardless of how I do it - doesn't matter if I choose the image and "open in photoshop" or if I am in photoshop and go to "file/open".
It's Photoshop CS3. I have already uninstalled, restarted the computer and reinstalled. I tried to "repair/change" from Windows, but it asks for the CS3 cd and then CS4, which I don't have since I'm using CS3.
This is quite frustrating as it would be nice to be able to merge photos and the myriads of other things you can do with multiple images at once, if opening them does not crash your program.

How do you use Forms Central? I am the only account that can open more than one form. I have added all the people in contacts. When they login, they have the upgrade option for more than one form. We have an order number and end user id. Thanks for the help.

It sounds like you have a paid account and the other users have free accounts.
You will have to share the form with the other users, please see this link for more detailed on how to share a form with others:

All the free account users should be able to open all the forms that you have shared with them. Free users can only create one form on their own.

Can I open more than one instance of CC5.2?

In my experience, I have not been able to find a way to open more than one instance of CC5.2. If I want to run an SOD user analysis and an SOD role analysis, for example, I have to run one and wait for the results to return before I can run the next analysis.
If I open a new instance of Internet Explorer and type in the url for CC5.2 while CC5.2 is already running in a separate instance, it overwrites whatever is running and reopens CC5.2 all over again.
In CC4.0 I was able to open multiple SAP sessions and run multiple SOD reports. I understand 5.2 is a web app, but it seems the code should be smart enough to allow me to open multiple IE instances to run multiple analyses.
Am I missing something?

What about option to run your analysis jobs on the background ?
You can still be in your IE session, but schedule several analysis to run on the background. On completion of the jobs, you'll be able to check output results for each of them.
Advantage of this is that it also doesn't depend on your link between your machine and CC server which could be an issue for the foreground jobs.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0- can't open more than 1 file at a time!

We have a computer with Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 at our office. It has worked for a few years just fine, but not something is wrong- whenever we try to open more than 1 document to edit or combine them, the program says there has been an error and immediately closes. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to solve this. We have elements 4.0 and 5.0 on other computers and those seem to be working just fine.
